首先酒店的地理位置，距離最近的地鐵站走路要13分鐘，不是很近。酒店設施完善，房間寬敞空間大，衞生整潔乾淨。前台小姐姐很好，熱情親和力強。前台的戴眼鏡的小哥哥就遜色不少，毫無溝通可言，一問一個不吱聲，也不知道他是聽見了還是沒聽見。入住當天趕上了旅行團，前台衹有1名工作人員，當時場面亂做一團，明顯顯示出酒店面對多人同時辦入住，沒有應急預案！早餐品種單一，親眼看到有客人把取餐的夾子掉在地上，服務員撿起來沒有任何清理，又放回了原處！早餐7點開始，第一天我們8:00去的時候，好多餐品都已經空了。第二天我們特意7:30去，當時連座位也沒有了，餐品依然是空的，第三天8:30去，依舊空空如也！可能旅行團出發早，都吃完了。連3天我們發現除了小蛋糕，其他的都不補餐嗎？食物難吃，品相差，很多桌上都有很多剩飯，對食物造成了極大的浪費！酒店大堂管理鬆懈，親眼看到外賣員隨意送餐，路人進來坐沙發上休息，根本沒有工作人員問詢，這對入住的客人造成了潛在的安全隱患。酒店每天都會接待旅行團，明顯能力不足！又忽視了非團體客人的入住體驗，得不償失！以上是我們此次入住的真實體驗，真心希望酒店越辦越好！
