Hotel terbaik di Chiang Mai

i booked Nap in Chiangmai after reading very good reviews from guests. AND I totally agree : Bedroom is very new and modern, brightly lit, powerful aircond, very modern bathroom with rain shower, a mini bar and a kettle. A very comfortable 7 feet super king bed (reminds me of Hilton Sentral KL). The room is also well kept - brightly painted, very clean floors, tables, side tables. This bedroom is modern minimalist style but very functional. Our visit coincided with Loy Krathong celebrations, a 5 min walk towards Iron Bridge to cross Ping River to release our krathongs. Nap is located at the heart of action- (Loy Kroh Road aka BEER street). there are 4-5 Night Baazar's is within a 3-5 min walk away With McD, Hard Rock Cafe, Marriot, Movenpick hotel, Hotel duangtawan, 7-11 - all within 2 min walk. A line of Bars, Massage Parlours (I mean Foot Massage !), Cafe and Restaurants dots this famous street. We rented a car and parked at the hotel opposite. Walked to Wat Phra Singh, Wat Chedi, Tapae Gate, chinatown. I am planning to stay in this hotel during my next visit in 2024 Christmas. I strongly recommend this hotel BUT only for the mobile persons as Lobby is at 1st floor and you need to climb a flight of stairs. The ground floor is tenanted to a 7-11 outlet

We have stayed in some fantastic hotels in Thailand (see our other reviews in April 2023), and some not so fantastic, but Tamarind Village was the best and possibly our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in, anywhere. I will list all the items that may be helpful to other travellers:- - Room is traditional style, looks amazing! - Set in a beautiful garden, with veranda - TV has a few English-speaking channels - Wifi good in rooms - A/C, TV, Minibar, Safe, Coffee/Tea making facilities etc - Large very comfortable bed The hotel and facilities:- - Located right in the centre of Chiang Mai, but feels like a world away - Staff are brilliant, very friendly, helpful and are always available. They make your stay a real pleasure - Willaiwan (Elizabeth) at reception was so warm and friendly and helpful, she also runs the daily arts and craft classes (free), she is amazing. - Also, daily walking tours (free) of Chiang Mai with Candy, she is a also terrific and really helpful, can organise tours for you, or hail a tuk-tuk or Songthaew outside (thanks for bargaining for us!) - The hotel grounds are beautiful, loads of trees, including the ancient Tamarind tree in the middle, it feels so peaceful - Pool beside restaurant and reception is so warm and never too many people there, great to relax in at the end of the day after a tour.  - Breakfast is lovely, can sit in A/C or in the courtyard by the pool This is a really, really great hotel, totally beautiful and relaxing, We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Cant wait to go back.

Good hotel to stay. Near to night bazaar. Room was clean. Staffs were super nice: front, bell boy, staff at parking lot, staff at restaurant. Hotel looks not that new, decorated in Thai style with carpet on the floor. There are many rooms but limited parking lots. Bathing zone is big and make toilet and the rest are small. Limit space to place personal amenities. Breakfast is not much various, the taste was ok.

Hotel was great. Good location. Elevated carpark to protect your cars from any flooding. Check in timing is semi-strict. Arrived at 11am and was told earliest they could do was 1pm as the hotel was full. They proactively offered to hold our baggage and gave advice on nearby attractions, spas etc. Came back slightly early at 12.30pm and was allowed to check in. Room was mostly clean with some mild dust here and there but no issues. Breakfast spread was good but it’s free seating and there aren’t any waiters to assign you seats so it’s slightly messy. You may need to wait for a seat as the restaurant got completely full at 9am.

We stay here for 2 nights, our room was very spacious and clean, bed is very big and comfy. Bathroom area is also big. We had great customer service especially Michael, he is very attentive. Our room is right in front of the pool, the pool area was nice & relaxing. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it is too close to the airport can hear aircraft, also croaking frogs in the pond couldn't sleep at night, the wifi there is not that good and yes that weird room key...no a padlock! Apart from that it is a ok hotel to stay ;)

整體還是非常滿意的，附近好吃的很多，在古城能訂到這樣價位確實不錯了。有免費咖啡➕泡麪可以吃，前台服務很好。唯一不足就是隔音太差，基本上有人在走廊説話聽得很清楚。但是總體還是非常推薦的，性價比很高，比之前住過的Sleep Mai?好太多了。

早餐很好，衞生很乾凈，但是空調不太給力了。衞生間沒有空調，一大早上衞生間像在桑拿房一樣。而且第二天的衞生間回水味道特別臭。

This is a review after 19 night stay at The Hive Chiang Mai, Thailand. 1) An essential piece of information to know is that the Hive locks its main doors from 22:00 to 8:00, and guests must have phone/cell service to dial the phone number to unlock the door so they can enter/leave the building during this period. This is hugely inconvenient for people who do not have access to a cell phone. The hotel does provide a temporary phone to guests who need it. The one I was given didn't work until they installed a new sim card. Because of the hotel’s uncaring attitude, I was trapped inside the hotel and almost missed my day tour. No apology from the hotel!! 2) Housekeeping at the Hive is extremely unsatisfactory. I wrote several notes requesting housekeeping and gave them directly to the front desk, two of which were ignored and I did not receive the services requested. Three times, I had to bring used towels to the front desk and ask for clean ones. Once, I had to catch the housekeeping crew for clean towels, bath mat and tissue paper after realizing they skipped my unit altogether. 3) Vital services are lacking. I had to leave the hotel at 7 am on my check-out day and I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for me to the train station. Hotel staff perused a note of my request, but they never confirmed or notified me it was done and so I ended up making my own arrangements. 4) Room amenities at the Hive are very poor. There is no desk to work at or put a computer, so I had to sit on the bed to work. There was also no bedside table with a lamp, so I had to leave the entrance light on while sleeping in case I needed to get up and move around at night, which was very bright. Overall, I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with my stay at the Hive. The staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed to have very little concern about the quality of services they provided. I would not recommend the Hive Chiang Mai to anyone. I was totally happy that I could get out of the Hive Chiang Mai Hotel after 19 night stay – it was a very distasteful experience. I don’t recommend the Hive Chiang Mai Hotel to anybody.

The hotel is very clean , our family take together 3-rooms and all of the room safety box can’t used . Happy to stay in this hotel . If have chance to go Chiang Mei next time , I will stay again in this hotel.
