Hotel berhampiran Tangkup Waterfall, Chiang Mai

I love R1，all the staff are nicely and helpful! The breakfast is good ,7-11 and restaurants near by the hotel! The hotel boss is very nice , I like her so much!

I didn’t realize that there was no lift. The book the hotel near the airport since I had to catch an early flight. The room I got was on 4th floor and it was rlly tiring. I think i would pay for a few more baht and stay at B2 Chang Pueak. The service there is phenomenal.

Kemudahan di sekelilingnya agak jauh berbanding hotel lain di Thailand, dan ia mengambil masa 15 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke 711 yang terdekat. Ia mengambil masa lapan atau sembilan minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke jalan raya. Kerana kami memandu sendiri, kami tidak merasakan pengangkutan itu tidak begitu mudah. Malam daftar masuk. Terjumpa seekor lipas gergasi terbang. Takut sangat kekasih aku. Hotel ini menaik taraf saya kepada suite superior secara percuma. Walaupun beberapa penambahbaikan telah dilakukan, persekitaran kebersihan masih membimbangkan.

Thank you check in staff for upgraded my room, a Birthday fruits dish and a complementary lunch voucher for 8 days stay, really feel pampered and warm welcome. This hotel has a nice garden with 2 small fountains on the small pound, and a swimming pool for relaxation. It is a place for attractive scene photography to post on social media. Room was always neat and clear, provided bottle drink every morning, thank you again the cleaning staff. Every morning wake up, I always look out the spectacular mountain scenery from room window, wow! i have paid a little token for 8 days buffet breakfast, little changes from routine menu while stay for 8 days, but I do enjoy eating in the peaceful ambience restaurant enjoy the beautiful garden and pool view. For short stay of 2 nights with paid breakfast, you might feel it good. Lastly, suggest install handrails on stairs for elderly and physical challenged tourists to assist them easier walking up taking lift at Tower rooms. Thank you again with much appreciate.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I felt at home. The hotel is imbued with Victorian style, every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, many thanks to the designers and owners of the hotel, I literally did not have time to take pictures, very beautiful design. Very responsive kind staff, whatever you ask, they will do everything. They also gave me a free upgrade of the room and I got a very large room with a bathroom and a beautiful stylish balcony. The only thing I would like to point out is that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is not very fast, and if you ask, they will bring you a personal router to your room. I also want to note that the breakfasts here are not various and may not suit Europeans, but the dining room is very beautiful. Thank you very much 🙏

An okay budget hotel but I have a few complaints: - Ants in the corner of my room (they changed my room the next day) - Bed is super hard, my back felt stiff the next day - Hot water tank is not reliable, so water temperature tends to fluctuate Otherwise, it's in a good area for restaurants and cafes.

Everything was great with this apartment hotel. We even booked an extra 2 weeks. They cleaned thoroughly everyday and the view was beautiful. However, upon leaving, they said the cover for the T.V remote was missing and I should pay 350 baht to replace the entire remote. I can't see how it was completely missing from the apartment. They only told us once our cab had already arrived, so we couldn't even go up and look for it ourselves. An upsetting end to an otherwise great stay.

My stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and safety concerns. The bathroom lacked a step to contain shower water, causing it to spill throughout, creating a safety hazard. Mold in the shower and leftover food in the fridge added to the discomfort. Urgent improvements are needed for hygiene and safety standards.

The staff service were good. They are attentive to all requests by customers. They’re also help full too. I believe the only thing I quite dislike is nearby there isn’t any food stall if you don’t drive.

A place far far away from town and also Mon Jam. I was planning to stay 1 night in Mon Jam actually, however I didn’t noticed the homestay is another mountain from Mon Jam (called Pong Yaeng) which was Trip.com suggested to me when I search for hotels of Mon Jam. I booked it for family trip, we called the Grab to send us to there so that we can check in and drop the bags first. I must to say, the way to get to the homestay was quite thrilling cause the last section of the way were rugged mountain road, luckily the driver was expertly to send us there safely. After we settled down and want to go out to Mon Jam for sightseeing, there were no car to pick us up through Grab cause we were too far away from town. Although the host had help us to ask for the ride, there was no reply too. Even if yes, it cost around 400-500 THB which was very expensive tho. So we were stuck in the homestay to having the peace and silence. Luckily we can still order food from the host when we feeling hungry, having the meal with the mountain view and BBQ+hotpot for dinner were also some good experiences here. Actually the place was quite good and the host was very nice, I’m sure there would be a good place to stay if you are not concerned about the location and looking for some peaceful stay. But I would strongly recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or even a driver, just in case you want to go somewhere else for sightseeing. Or you can go to play or sightseeing before going to the homestay, it’s all up to you😉
