Ulasan Majestic Hotel

We had a lovely time! Went to the Cubs game and this was a great place to stay within walking distance to Wrigley. We were able to check in early and the parking situation was great as well. It was a little pricey but for the location and special occasion, we decided to splurge. This is an older building but we found it nice. I know some people complain about the wallpaper, carpeting ect but this is not a chain and it is exactly what we expected. We will stay here again next time we go to Wrigley.

Negatives: definitely needs some updates, it is starting to show its age. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet had a few large stains, and the shower was slow draining. Positives: Bed was comfortable, plenty of space, quiet, AC worked well, location. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times, it's best feature by far is location. 15 min walk to Wrigley, 45-60 mins to Lincoln Park. Free parking in the surrounding neighborhood if you are willing to walk a few blocks north or if you get lucky along Lake Shore Dr.

Everything was excellent. The only potential negative for some guests would be parking. I dont mind a lengthy walk, if fact i walked several miles during my trip. If your not up for a hike, choose a different location. If you dont mind a hike from your vehicle, you will love the hotel.

I was downtown for a concert at Aragon so only stayed one night. I'm glad I read the reviews so nothing was a surprise! Check in was easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Have to unload at the entrance if you have a ton of stuff and use valet parking located around the corner from the hotel. The elevator is super small! I used it to haul all my stuff on a cart but used the stairs to go back and forth. My room was nice enough. It was definitely dated but super clean and spacious. I liked that there is a fridge and separate living area. The bed was very comfortable too. I missed the reviews alerting how loud the radiators are! I almost called the front desk because it sounded like someone was trying to come thru the floor of my room! My bathroom was nice just an old and very low toilet which had problems flushing. There's also no shelf space in there for girls who have a lot lady products but I made it work. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It's definitely a great location if you plans in the area. I'd stay again.

Simple, clean, low amenity property. Good for an overnight and exploring the north side. Good location.

Room was clean and inexpensive for being so close to downtown Chicago. Valet parking added only $25 daily for in and out services all day in a secure parking garage. Also very reasonable for the location. Bldg was old so did hear floors creaking. But would definitely stay again.

This place is so nice, right when you step in it smells amazing. The lobby area was very clean and inviting. The building is old and the room was a little dated but the rooms are clean and very spacious. I loved my experience at this place. The staff was courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay here again and suggest it to others.

The Majestic Hotel was very quaint! The rooms were adorable! I’ll definitely stay there again. And I got a free bottle of wine. My experience was quite nice.

The deadbolt was jammed, so couldn’t possibly work as in it was deliberately jammed. We called the front desk to fix it, and they never showed up to move rooms. We felt really uncomfortable, so we left.

Great little hotel, right off Lake Shore Drive. Parking garage was convenient, and only $25 for 24 hrs! It’s definitely an old building, but they’ve done a pretty good job maintaining. Some really fun Cubs memorabilia and decor on the ground floor too! I’d definitely stay again, especially for the price we got!!!

It probably has nothing to do with the property but maybe a miscommunication. When I reserved the room, your app stated that a complimentary bottle of wine was included. The bottle of wine was actually$17.00.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Suite layout was perfect for our needs. Other guests were also kind. Great location just off Lakeshore Drive.

One night stay for a show in Uptown. Older building remodeled to a hotel. Room was small and clean. The room had an excellent beverage cache in the room's refrigerator at reasonable prices. Parking was secure, indoors and relatively inexpensive too.
