衞生還算乾淨，一開始進前台checkin的時候沒人，等了好一會兒。。地理位置不錯方便，適合旅途中途休息

The service up and support from the banquet staff including the day of our event was exceptional. We needed three conference rooms and hotel rooms for an event that was put together on a very tight timeline. The communication between us and the venue was exceptional, all questions were answered in a timely manner. The three event rooms were set up as requested and well supported during the event. Jordan made recommendations that were most accommodating to meet the needs of the guests attending. Jordan was able to secure all the hotel rooms also required on short notice. We worked with Moxies for the meals and special food accommodations for some of the guests. We would certainly recommend the Sandman Signature Langley for holding events.

We had a very good room with plenty of room and comfortable bed. There is an automatic light in the bathroom which seemed to go on and off as it pleased! We had a daily cleaning service. We were on the ground floor and it was a bit noisy at times. Reception staff were mixed, either very friendly or very cold towards you. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Ample parking (with homeless person living in his car in the car park but he didn’t bother anyone). Tesla charging station in part of the car park which got quite busy. Good proximity to restaurants and shops and near main road. Short drive to Scott Road sky train station which was useful.

I was only in for 2 nights, but I am full of regret. The room next to the Breakfast room: 1. you have to walk the whole length of the building, because of issues with the key fob this helped me skip leg day. 2. The SMELLS! If you are queasy when you smell old kitchen grease, ask to be moved the second you find out they've stuck you here. 3. The NOISE started at 5am, kitchen staff just doing their job. But they moved something heavy that shook my bed from the vibrations in the floor. There was so much noise as everyone clamors in for that free breakfast all morning. You know folks with kids, it was like they were next to me. Let me move on to the couple with two young boys in the hot tub at 8pm, eating junk food. I told the staff, next day still not cleaned up. Know how I know, gummy bears. The boys melted the gummies on the tiles. Parents didn't clean it up, staff didn't clean it after I told them. The water was gross, but the gummies almost made me laugh because I have been working so long (non-stop for months) I just wanted to relax for a bit and life goes NOPE!! I got in anyway on the second day out of hopelessness, went to the front desk afterwards to complain. Is it ever clean, probably not. Long shower after that I wasn't going to write a bad review. However, Best Western auto-email spam kept reminding me to write a review. Your wish is my command!

This hotel is not worth the 185 to stay one night. There were fruit flies in our bedroom. I killed over 15 throughout the night. The pool and water slide are not working but there is a sign posted on the door. One of the men dressed up in a suit had his wife in the parking lot and she dumped her garbage on the parking lot. She also put her used coffee mug on the curb. The breakfast was in a bag. It was half a Costco muffin wrapped in plastic wrap, a hard boiled egg placed into a bag with a juice box yoghurt and a rotten apple. We are fine with a bagged breakfast but this was not very impressive. Beware the hotel is not worth the money

The property is in great condition and very clean, comfortable rooms and nice amenities. What really made the difference though was the staff as everyone we interacted with from housekeeping to front desk to the breakfast room staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Great experience!
