You are probably welcomed by Myriam or Estelle....with a smile. Such a wonderful host, I have to say, they guided me well about the travel, provided converter (which was a savior !), ensure my stay in comfortable. About the stay experience, - Rooms are decent size - Excellent wifi - comfortable bed, nice bathroom - 5 min walk to bus stop, which can take you to city - Lift access to rooms Well done team, thanks for your help...Cheers Amit

J’allais écrire un commentaire qui commençais par « une galere à 279€ la nuit » et je me suis ravisé grâce à Karim, réceptionniste méritant de cet établissement le soir du premier et du second et dernier jour de mon séjour. Karim a gommé ma colère par un geste commercial honnête et prégnant, il a fait preuve de compréhension sans dénigrer son entreprise, il a promit, il a agit, prit ses responsabilités et m’a réintégré sur un prix « plus acceptable »… une compensation aux excès du p… de Yale Management (+ de 50€ d’écart entre le tarif resa et le tarif du jour affiché à l’arrivée) que je ne dois qu’à lui… pour le reste mon commentaire était le suivant : Chambre correcte mais pour ce prix c’est abusé… pas de douche, une baignoire à enjamber (neuve au demeurant) mais l’exercice reste acrobatique ! Petit déjeuner catastrophique le 1er jour, nettement mieux le lendemain : œufs brouillés qui sortent de l’arrière cuisine froids, pain mal décongèle, yaourt servis ouverts pour certains, à l’ouverture à 6h30 on avait l’impression que 100 personnes étaient déjà passées. Attention : vendu comme Vanves Parc des Expositions il se trouve à 1,5 kms à pied donc mieux vaut voyager léger et aimer une petite balade matinale (tant mieux c’est mon cas… ) s’il pleut ca peut devenir Koh Lanta parce que qu’aucun transport en commun ne vous y mènera … Bref si vous avez un salon à la Porte de Versailles… benchez !

Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are ”safe” from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗，不建議浪費金錢在這裡，糟糕的前台服務人員，非常噁心的廁所味道，以及不夠確實的清潔服務。

I've been a regular guest of Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo for the last 25 years. The hotel has undergone a substantial renovation lately, and is really up to standard now. The only thing they need is a proper espresso machine in the bar downstairs, replacing their Nespresso machine.

We thought it was fine, if a bit basic. It’s good value for money if you’re not bothered about staying somewhere super bougie. Pros - Service was good; staff were polite and quick to help with any issues. - There’s a tram stop and metro station nearby, so getting around is easy. - View of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Cons - Automatic blind stopped working - seemed pretty brittle and cheap. - No cups or glasses provided in the room.

Didn’t like location but I suppose it’s good for those attending convention centre. Excellent restaurant facility, breakfast really good. Everything about this hotel is reall funky - you’ll understand what I mean if you stay there. Most of the staff speak excellent English. Really clever and creative use of space in the room

A good budget hotel. The staff is great and extremely helpful. The lady who does the breakfast (available in the lobby for an extra cost) works very hard to make sure that everything is just right for her customers. The front desk quickly went out of their way to help get an extra towel and soap when we needed them. Small room - reminds me of a cruise ship room. But well designed, clean and friendly. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but great for budget travelers. This location was also very convenient to the metro (10 minute walk) and bus station (right across the street). It did take a little travel time to get to tourist sites, but the price was good and offset the travel time.

Unsure how to feel about this hotel. We have stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are really good and super clean. Reception staff was fairly good at english and the whole hotel area was fairly looked after. However the garden could do with a bit more attention to it. Breakfast staff could do better at looking after guests during breakfast. And i dont mean as to serving them but mending the condiments and food so it doesnt run out completely. Also do not raise your shoulders when asked a simple question in english. Its a hotel, people should know at least what the food they serve is called in english. Breakfast tables are all set for two so if there is more then two of you, get prepared to make your own arrangements or be there early to grab a single long table that can sit more people. Breakfast table preparations could be taking place earlier in the morning than in the evening. That way guests could use tables indoors for socialising etc.

Excellent price quality for Paris. Very friendly and special greeting. Reception staff was extraordinary. Very nice and clean hotel. Maby just a few minor flaws A bit far outside you need to take a cab Uber of metro and de restaurant was good but not special.
