"Can see the cleaners hard at work to keep the place sparkling clean, though the bedsheet seems abit yellowish and towel railings rusty. Maybe time to upgrade fittings. They have a sitting area where u can grt free drinks (milo, coffee etc) from dispenser machine."

"Although the location is not that convenient, however food courts, some restaurants and Speedmart 99 (Mini Mart) are still around within walking distance. Overall the hotel is good enough with basic needs except the water flow is not strong enough (slow flow) for shower."

"I had an excellent stay at Impiana Hotel Senai. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was very convenient, and the service from the staff was professional and welcoming. "Everything was good except for the toilet cleanliness. The floor in Room 416 was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. We were too tired to request a room change as we arrived in the evening with kids. We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near Senai Airport, but we do hope the management can take cleanliness more seriously, especially for the toilets. Thank you."

"The hotel is quite old so the amenities are dated. The bed is not that comfy and floor also didn’t feel it’s properly clean before handing over the the room to us. It can do better."

SSuhaimiThe location is strategic near all major convenience stores and restaurants not to forget AEON Mall. Parking is easy on weekends. Weekdays u might find it difficult because it's a shop lot. The room is surprisingly equipped with a bathtub. I am impressed. Plus tidbits are available in the room. Outside hotels also have paid laundry which is convenient. Great stay.

It is located at a neighbourhood area and hence it is quiet at night.The friday pasar malam is near the accommodation. However, the quality of the pillows can be improved and will be good if detergent can be provided. No wifi information was provided, but not a big issue. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.A special thanks to Mr. Nesh, the swimming pool in charge, for being extremely helpful and attentive he made our kids pool experience enjoyable and safe.Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, definitely worth the money. Overall, a great value stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris.Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.

WWin BkkLocated in Kulai, a convenient 10-minute Grab ride from Johor Bahru Airport. I used this as a transit hotel. I arranged a late check in via WhatsApp, which was smooth. The dorm room was clean. A/C worked well. The reception didn't know the wifi password on the floor I stayed, so I had to use it on the reception. Eating options were abundant and very close by even at late night.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at N45 and would recommend it.

I recently stayed at City Star Hotel Kulai, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel has a very demure and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind.
One of the nice touches was the free drinks available in the fridge at the lobby, which is a thoughtful addition for guests. There’s also a minibar in the room, adding to the convenience. Speaking of the room, it was spotless—definitely one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in.
Overall, City Star Hotel offers great value with little extras that make a difference. If you’re in Kulai and looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
