👍🏽Kebaikan: - Bas ulang-alik percuma ke dan ke stesen Sapporo - Pelbagai uncang teh percuma di lobi - Tempat mandi awam adalah hebat! Terdapat 7 jenis mandian. Kegemaran saya ialah tempat mandi terbuka, tempat saya mandi ketika salji turun. Sungguh pengalaman yang luar biasa. - Makan malam dan sarapan adalah ***a bufet. Banyak pilihan dan makanannya sedap. - Beberapa ulasan menyebut bahawa kemudahan/bilik kelihatan usang, tetapi saya dapati bilik ***a Jepun vintaj itu selesa dan hebat. Saya sangat menikmati penginapan! - Terdapat 2 kerusi urut bersebelahan tempat mandi awam. 👎🏽Keburukan: - Tidak ramai kakitangan berbahasa Inggeris jadi agak sukar untuk berkomunikasi. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu mengambil sedikit masa untuk mencari tempahan kami. - Mandian peribadi tidak berbaloi. Membazir duit. - Perlu meletakkan papan tanda tentang adab menggunakan tempat mandi awam. Masa saya mandi di tempat mandi awam, kumpulan Korea semua mandi sambil berdiri dan terus merenjis. Mereka berbual kuat dan menjerit sesama sendiri. Salah seorang daripada mereka menendang air dalam bilik mandi......

Loved my stay here with my family , amazing property with so many activities for kids . We are pure vegetarians ( no egg too ) and their staff n chef were so humble n understanding and made special meals for us for breakfast n dinner .

Located about 50-minute drive from Toya Lake Onsen Street, it is all the way up hill toward the direction of Lake Shikotsu. My rental Toyota GPS can not locate the exact location of the hotel so I have to reply on my cell phone GPS. You have to drive through a small bridge to get over to the other side of the road where the hotel is located up on a slope. On the first look, how could they built such an enormous building on the slope ! There was a tour group checking in when we arrived, but check in with the reception is still fast. We stayed on the high floor where there is a lounge with a massage chair for guest use. Our room is a deluxe suite western + Japanese style, enormous in size, and very comfortable, looking over the river and hill. Two twin beds, sofa, Japanese style living room, closet, big powder room, bath, and toilet. It is one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in Japan. The onsen is again enormous. Very big indoor bath, with different taste such as apple. Outdoor onsen is again enormous, with tens of different ingredients in each smaller bath tub. Example of taste are honey, lavender. One of the most diversified onsen I have ever visited. When it comes to dinning, dinner or breakfast, it is a big let down. Both quality and choice is not up to my expectation with the beautiful onsen the hotel provides. However, the restaurant itself has a very nice environment, spacious and bright, and green outside. Overall it is a nice hotel to visit with reasonable price.

初の利用です。妻の誕生日祝いで宿泊。東館の3Ｆ露天風呂付き和洋室。チェックインの15時より早く到着しましたが、早めに部屋に通してくれました。車付けに付くと、係の方に車を預けます。部屋からは洞爺湖が望めます。大浴場は西館3Ｆに有ります。多少距離は有りますが、同じ階だったので助かりました。サウナがあるので先ずは大浴場へ。満室でしたが、空いていてゆっくりとサウナを満喫。水風呂は２つ有り、一つはジャグジータイプ。オートロウリュ付きで、ゆったり8人は入れます。館内着はセパレートタイプで、別にセパレートのパジャマも用意されています。夕食はフレンチのコース。他の口コミで量が少ないとありましたが、私達は全く充分な品数でした。お酒も豊富で種類も沢山。ディナー後2回目の大浴場へ。22時からのお茶漬けも頂き就寝。朝一でサウナを満喫し朝食。和洋から選べるハーフビュッフェ。私達は和食を選択。炊き立て新米と秋シャケなどが乗ったプレートに、ビュッフェも私達には充分な品数。何を食べても美味しい。スムージーも美味しかった。スタッフは海外の方もいましたが、とても良い接客をされていました。部屋良し、食事よし、スパ良し、サービス良しと大満足。ディナーのデザートの際、妻のプートにホワイトチョコで誕生日のお祝いメッセージとプレゼントをさりげなく頂きありがとうございました。是非又利用したいお宿でした。

Accueil charmant, souriant de la propriétaire même avec la barrière de la langue. La chambre n'est pas des plus récentes, elle est très propre, tout fonctionne très bien, elle est confortable et la literie est de qualité, vue agréable sur le lac, au calme pour dormir. Ai pris la demie pension...que du bonheur !, tout est préparé par le chef avec les légumes frais du jardin est c'est vraiment délicieux et copieux. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre de Toya Onsen, un trottoir pour piétons longe la route sur la totalité du parcours. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant la pension soit pour aller vers Toya Onsen soit vers Date JR station ou Higashi-Muroran JR station. Un taxi depuis la gare de Toya JR coûte un peu plus de 20 euros, 20 minutes de trajet. Il y a un ”dépanneur” juste à côté de l'hôtel. Vraiment un hôtel à recommander sur ce beau lac Toya, de plus les prix sont plus qu'honnêtes pour la qualité des prestations.

第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！

Hotel fill with activities for all ages. We went in a big family group of 14 pax ranging from age 9 till 80 and everyone loved Toya Sun Palace. Kids and teens enjoyed the wave pool in the water park where there were Stingray and Flamingo buoys to use free of charge and during the time of our stay there were 6 slides opened. However there was additional one bigger slide which required to pay a 500 yen extra if we’d like to use and they would give us a 4-6 pax buoy to slide down and this 500 yen extra was for 50 minutes. The place that our 6 kids (9-18 years old) enjoyed the most was the Game Center Arcade with variety of games for everyone. A big thank to the Japanese man who was on duty the night of our stay (12/4/2023), he was very kind and very generous and because of him we had the best experience ever in playing games at the game arcade. Sorry we didn’t catch his name. The onsen here was very good especially the outdoor onsen where we could enjoy the onsen while over looking at the beautiful Lake Toya. We stayed in both a Japanese Modern and a Western Modern and the only difference between them was the Tatami vs Carpet floors. Rooms were standard Japanese style room and were big enough for 3 in each room. Dinner buffet was good with an all you can eat Hagandaz ice cream and we all loved there Japanese steam eeg (ไข่ตุ๋น). And for breakfast buffet the food was ok for me since they didn’t provide yoghurt and not many varieties of vegetables salads however we were stunned by the beauty of Lake Toya scenery. Anyway my son and daughter loved Toya Sun Palace so much that they wish to visit again soon. We really enjoyed onsen and the Game Center plus a Ping Pong room so much and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. Thank you Toya Sun Palace ❤️

The hotel is situated near the Lake Toya. It is an onsen hotel (hotel which offer the traditional Japanese hot bath). It is set in a traditional Japanese peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large foyer where free-flow of sake (Japanese rice wine) are offer for free for its guests. It is also near to some of Toyako-chu’a popular tourist spots, ie Hokkaido Toyako Summit Memorial Museum etc as well as restaurants.
