St. Regis, formerly known as Sheraton, is a new luxury hotel in Kuwait City. The hotel was open after an exterior renewal and a complete renovation of room floors and rooms. Lobby and restaurants remain untouched for now. Was extremely happy with the service as expected. I booked the a Grand Deluxe room which was extremely spacious and really nice. Views of the Main Street, nothing special, except for the beautiful architecture of Shaikh Jaber Alahmad Alsabah Center, which houses the Opera. Food is delicious, known for its Indian, Lebanese, and Italian, and Persian restaurants, in addition to the English Tea Lounge. The location is excellent for business and leisure, with many restaurants, cafes, and shopping around. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and hotel. Beautifully decorated with a luxury vibe. The staff are fantastic. Furniture comfy and grand. Rooms are classy and modern with a taste of antique classic style. The bed is comfy and pillows too. Towels great size and great cotton weave. Again the bedding is all cotton too. This makes for a comfy stay in the room. The hotel has a great sea view, make sure you get that so you can see the daily sunsets over the Kuwait bay. You can see stars too from the bed. The hotel has everything you need with a wise staff that facilitate tours if needed and drives/pick up’s. Be sure to build a relationship with them all, they are superb! Remember to tip as with any and all places, it is much appreciated. The food at the hotel is great too, although ring Ramadan the restaurant was closed; they did room service and will soon after the end of Ramadan open the breakfast buffet which I think will be great, good price- 2 dinar. All in all, this place is in a safe and beautiful location.

The hotel offers unmatched service, friendly and supportive staff, excellent accommodation quality and facilities, room service, and great restaurants. The Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team truly makes every effort to make me feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. From the moment I landed at Kuwait International Airport to my departure time, the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team made everything easy for me so I could focus on my business goals without worrying about the travel arrangements (visa processing, visa drop-off, airport pickup, accommodation, food, ground transportation around the city, and airport drop-off, and any other assistance I may require. I want to thank Mr. Boubacar, Assistant Reservations Manager, who has always been helpful and efficient in arranging my Kuwait visitor visas and those of my business partners. He consistently ensures my travel arrangements are ready in time and that my visit to the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City goes smoothly.

Beautiful property and the staff and team are also great. I really like the options at breakfast in comparison to other properties we have stayed at in Kuwait. Very large selection of items which is great. Unfortunately we experienced some interesting hiccups in our short stay. We visited the property in July where the weather in Kuwait was around 45degrees Celsius and the air conditioning stopped working in the hotel. The miss for me here is the lack of proactive communication. I only found out after asking as the temperature was getting unbearable in the room and wasn’t getting better even after I turned the inroom air conditioning to max. The room was extremely hot and we ended up checking out early and going to another hotel. With all these hiccups the management team(Safia) was very empathetic of the situation and sent me their sincerest apologies. I also want to say thank you for finding my Van Cleef necklace in our room and having the team deliver it to me. As you can imagine I was extremely worried that it was lost and the team found it in my room post check out and brought it back safely. Special thank you to Safia who made things right even with all these hiccups. True customer service. Really appreciate everything!!

Very good location, 20 min far from the Towers and 10 from Cornice. We stay there 5 days. Breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and kindly with a special mention for Mr Santosh, Mr Rafat and the Manager. Wifi very strong as well as the cleaness of our room n° 1405. Bus stop is 50 meters far and the bus 51 will bring you to city center. Kuwait City is not a touristic place, so you'll not find shops for tourist and no maps. Remember that Red Fort is closed on friday morning, it'll open in the afternoon at 4 p.m.

PPengguna TetamuFirst time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.

PPengguna TetamuAfter a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

The hotel offers unmatched service, friendly and supportive staff, excellent accommodation quality and facilities, room service, and great restaurants. The Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team truly makes every effort to make me feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. From the moment I landed at Kuwait International Airport to my departure time, the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team made everything easy for me so I could focus on my business goals without worrying about the travel arrangements (visa processing, visa drop-off, airport pickup, accommodation, food, ground transportation around the city, and airport drop-off, and any other assistance I may require. I want to thank Mr. Boubacar, Assistant Reservations Manager, who has always been helpful and efficient in arranging my Kuwait visitor visas and those of my business partners. He consistently ensures my travel arrangements are ready in time and that my visit to the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City goes smoothly.

PPengguna TetamuLate review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location and hotel. Beautifully decorated with a luxury vibe. The staff are fantastic. Furniture comfy and grand. Rooms are classy and modern with a taste of antique classic style. The bed is comfy and pillows too. Towels great size and great cotton weave. Again the bedding is all cotton too. This makes for a comfy stay in the room. The hotel has a great sea view, make sure you get that so you can see the daily sunsets over the Kuwait bay. You can see stars too from the bed. The hotel has everything you need with a wise staff that facilitate tours if needed and drives/pick up’s. Be sure to build a relationship with them all, they are superb! Remember to tip as with any and all places, it is much appreciated. The food at the hotel is great too, although ring Ramadan the restaurant was closed; they did room service and will soon after the end of Ramadan open the breakfast buffet which I think will be great, good price- 2 dinar. All in all, this place is in a safe and beautiful location.
