"location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall
upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request.
Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim."

"I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room are very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The amenities complete but it just ready for only one person. The location was also ideal — close to everything but quiet enough to get a good night’s rest.

"We enjoyed our stay at mega hotel. My kids love it very much especially the swimming pool makes them don't want to fly back to Johor. Thanks Mega Hotel for your good services while we are there. The Food for room services also Great. I ate the Laksa sarawak it was marvellous taste."

"The hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive."

"The location is strategic and it is walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby and even there is the hotel's restaurant. The foods are delicious 😋 Next time, i will come to this hotel again! I hope the hotels can be improved again especially the smell of the toilet, a bit smell fishy but still durable !"

"I had a pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The cleanliness was excellent — everything looked spotless and well maintained. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, adding a nice touch of luxury to the room. However, I found the pillow not very comfy for my liking. Other than that, it was a great experience overall."

"Loved everything about our stay!
It might be quite a distance from the city if you don’t drive a car, but if you do, it’s only less than a 10-min drive.
Service was definitely top-notch; from the main entrance to the front desk, including the staff at the Zest restaurant.
Breakfast spread was very good and tasty especially the fresh fruit juices!
Definitely recommended and will stay here again 😊"

"It is so easy to book this hotel through ***********. I checked in to this facility for one night stay. No deposit required, easy check out too. Apart from the basic toiletries, hairdryer and iron with iron board is provided too. We get 2 single beds which view is facing the hallway but it was nice though because we can see the light. Not too far from airport which cost us only Rm11. Did not get to try their breakfast otherwise quite satisfied with my stay and their service"

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

HHajidiAbsolutely blown away by the quality of service and overall experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations.
The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

SSharon SherinaThe check-in instructions were provided quite late, which made it a bit difficult to find the location. I hope they can share the details earlier in the future, including directions on how to check in and where to find the lift to the hostel. When I called the contact number, the lady informed me she needed to check if the room was ready, and at the last minute, I was told that the toilet in my room couldn’t be used. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a hotel room instead. Overall, the stay was okay.

Wwan syahmi 23The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was normal and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attraction. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
