Absolutely stunning experience! We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel facilities are superb, beach and views and breathtaking. If you go on a left from the beach there is a wonderful easy hike with spectacular views, approximately 30 mins one way. Lots of even more stunning nature within 15-20 mins drive from the hotel. We will definitely be back! ＜3

Vila Vita Parc has long been our happy place: many glorious summers of relaxation in luxury with impeccable service. This year’s holiday was a late decision which saw us booking an apartment for our family of four. Used to staying in the main building or Oasis Parc we found ourselves this year in Vista Parc - totally our mistake, we appreciate. It is still very nice, though it doesn’t exude the standards of perfection and elegance of the main resort. Once you go beyond the secure gates of the main boundary, you are on the edge of a range of timeshare properties. The pavements are uneven and unkempt in places, large communal (and sometimes smelly) garbage bins at close proximity to the flat and cars regularly running past on the public road. It didn’t really add up to the anticipated Vila Vita experience, which is a shame. The walk to and from the main resort was challenging at times in the heat and it was particularly quite a walk to breakfast in the morning. Resort buggies were available and these worked best when ordered at reception, otherwise a lengthy wait was likely. There were still plenty of pluses. The apartment itself was nice: so much room and plenty of outside spaces, including a lovely garden terrace, a bedroom balcony and a fabulous roof terrace. Breakfast at either restaurant was very good with some extremely attentive staff. The adult pool was a haven of relaxation. There always seemed to be plenty of space and bar and pool staff ensured high standards of service. We ate a couple of times in the hotel but prefer to experience the local cuisine and flavour of the region; all our reservations were made easily through the customer relations desk, who also organised some much appreciated surprises for my husband’s birthday. In all, it was a good holiday and whilst we will probably return to our favourite hotel, we will take great care to ensure we are happily within the main resort to have the full benefit of the Vila Vita experience!

I stayed with my family for 5 days at this Hotel, our experience was excellent, the service was very good, the rooms had plenty of space and the facilities were also new, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The pool was super cold, we weren't able to enjoy it, even the indoor pool was too cold for our taste. There is a supermarket nearby, the beach nearby was very calm and full of families. The restaurant was also very good and the chef made adaptations for me since I don't eat gluten or lactose. We just missed a play ground for the children. We will be back next year for sure

Very good and clean hotel. Nice and rich breakfast. Everything you need - great location and close to amazing beaches, outdoor and indoor pools, spa, gym, tennis,bar, live music, etc. Daily cleaning and changing towels and sheets if necessary. Very friendly and helping staff. We stayed for almost 2 weeks with our two children and baby. Was so comfortable and cozy. Downside - street parking. There was always a lot to park, but in high season would be difficult.

Una villa, muy buena y bien situada, muy bonita y agradable estancia, el único inconveniente diría que ha sido el tema del spa, no estaban ni los baños turcos en funcionamiento ni la piscina pequeña, si eso hubiera estado operativo hubiese sido ideal, pero igualmente, todo lo demás un lujo para nosotros.

This is my 2nd time there and it was another good trip. I can't give it 5 stars for a couple of minor niggles but, overall, it's very good. It's a very nice resort, the accommodation is very nice, if slightly functional, and the people are warm and friendly. The villas tend to have private pools and the apartments share pools, which also have a small bar and plenty of shade. The 'sun loungers' are cheap plastic, which is a bit disappointing, but it's not a big deal. The resort is quite spread out but they offer a free shuttle bus from early in the morning until 11pm at night, so it's not an issue. You phone up from your room and they are there in minutes. Breakfast is very nice and fresh with a decent selection of the usual hot food, cereal, fruit, pastries etc. The lunch menu in the clubhouse is the same as dinner but that's fine as most people either eat in their apartments/villas or go off-site to the multiple restaurants within a 15 min drive. The bedrooms in the two bed apartments are small. We were 4 male golfers and one of the rooms was so small that, with the beds next to each other, you could barely open the cupboards. The other room (the en-suite) was slightly bigger. Our bathroom shower drain was blocked and flooded the room on the last day but I guess that could have been an isolated issue. One thing I don't like is that, with the 3 night package, there is no housekeeping and they don't change the towels. That's very odd to me. I actually called them on day 3 to ask for new towels which they agreed to but they never turned up. In terms of the golf, I know they've had very little rain since April and they are not allowed to water any part of the course other than tee's, fairways and greens. Not an issue I hear you say, but the tees are very lush to the point of ridiculous (they just need to be cut) and anywhere other than the middle of the fairway is very very dry. The plus is that the greens are superb, other than all the unrepaired pitchmarks, but that's not their fault! I was there in the middle of July so it was hot, but the advantage is that it was quiet. I've been there in high season and you are staring at a 5.5/6hr round. This time we were round in 4 hrs. What a pleasure. If you can deal with the 35c, then it's cracking. I will be rebooking for 2025.

My husband and I are staying here for the last part of a two week vacation in Portugal. We had looked at reviews and pictures of this resort prior to arriving and were excited to stay here. Upon arrival we could see that the views were beautiful but the resort fell short in every other way. When we checked in our room was not yet ready so we stopped at the restaurant for lunch. While at lunch we had to track down staff to give us a seat, get any drinks, and then to order our lunch. Finally our food came and for a 5 star resort the food was less than subpar. We ordered 2 sodas, a personal pizza, and a cheeseburger and the bill was over $60 usd. The restrooms that were available to use for guests had toilet paper holders that were falling off the walls, soap dispensers that were rusted, and bathroom doors that did not lock. Finally once it was time to check into our room I was at first impressed with how the room looked but that quickly changed. Once in the room we found ants crawling around the bathroom and within 5 minutes we had killed over 10 ants alone. At this point we were frustrated and contacted our travel agent to help resolve this issue. Soon after my travel agent contacted the hotel the hotel then called me personally to say that they were made aware I was “complaining.” During that phone call they never offered anything to make our stay better. We decided to walk around the resort to get out of our room and walked down to the spa only to find all the lights off and the “hot tub” cold. After a long day of travel and frustration we decided we would give the restaurant another try. Unfortunately our experience was not any better with dinner. We both ordered risottos one mushroom and one scallop and prawn risotto. The mushroom risotto was almost all mushrooms that tasted like they were from a can and the scallop and prawn risotto had only two scallops and two prawns. We contacted our travel agent again to have them help with our problems with the resort and then decided to get some rest. The next day we spent the day by the pool where not once did any staff ask if we wanted a drink or to order lunch. When we found a staff member to order lunch they gave us a menu but never came back to take our order. Finally we got our food and after we finished it they never came to pick up the plate so after over an hour we took the plate to them. Since check in we have been working with our travel agent to get a refund for our stay and our travel agent has been met with nothing but pushback. Considering all of the issues we are having a refund is the least this resort could do. This resort has the potential to be a great place because of the scenery but they have a lot to improve on for it to be considered a 5 star resort.
