"Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! "The front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive."

This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12-15 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. This family friendly home located on the first block from the beach. Situated on a cul de sac it offers privacy and a peaceful time yet it is easily accessed from the main road, avoiding busy traffic on the way in or out. A 3 minute walk and you touch the soft sand of the long stretch of Hampton beach and the board walk. There is private parking for up to three vehicles, offering convenience and hassle-free easy travel, a rare find in Hampton Beach. Please note, due to snow accumulation in winter months, parking may be limited to only one or two vehicles. Please check send a message first if booking during snowy winter months if you’re concerned about parking or need more than one space.
This well maintained two story home has living space perfect for family gatherings, abundant natural light, three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, with comfortable beds and premium mattresses, two full big size bathrooms and laundry with detergent provided. Each bedroom has temperature control and a/c units. Linens, towels, beach essentials including chairs, beach towels, and rolling cooler are also provided for the guests. Beach yogis will enjoy yoga on the provided yoga mat, during the rising sun, breathing in the ocean air. Starter paper goods, coffee, hot chocolate and spice rack are also made available to guests.
The first floor features a spacious living room with two three-seat sofas, a whale shaped coffee table, tv, storage, coat closet, and it opens to the dining room and kitchen in an open concept configuration; a big bathroom with stand up shower and laundry complete the first floor. The dining room has direct access to the porch where you will find a gas grill, a two seat deck bar during the warmer months. Behind the deck an outdoor hose is provided to rinse off sand.
The second floor has three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a reading chair, dresser, space for pack and play (also provided) and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds with full bottom and twin top beds, dressers and closets in each bedroom. The second full bathroom is on the second floor, and it also has more closet space.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all needs and necessities. Enjoy your regular cup of Joe, an espresso or cappuccino on the west facing deck.
Parking for 3 cars is parallel to the deck. You are a leisurely 3 minute walk (1 minute slow run to the beach for the morning exercise) to the desirable north side of Hampton beach, and a short 5 minute walk to the sea shell stage for outdoor concerts, the board walk with many restaurants, casino ballroom with concert venues, entertainment for kids of all ages, shopping etc. Some activities to enjoy are the seafood festival, sand sculptures, deep sea fishing, and activities by the beach. Bike rentals are only 10 minute walk from the house on Ashworth ave. Bike or drive on Ocean Blvd to Rye, Odiorne state park with its trails and ocean vistas. Visit the quaint town Portsmouth in 15-20 minute ride along the ocean, and enjoy stunning views of the area.
Several marathons occur in Hampton and neighboring towns during different times of the year that bring a great new vibe to the area.
The long stretch of immense beach and fine sand is always there to enjoy year round. June-September are the summer months when most people swim in the ocean. In recent years people have swam as early as May, and as late of October or even November ( water is just cool enough for those strong young ones). Surf enthusiasts enjoy visiting Cinnamon Rainbows, which also offers winter outfits besides surf gear.

Rest easy in our cozy main bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed and ample closet space for your beach attire. The second bedroom features a full-size bed, making it perfect for kids or as a quiet workspace. All linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
BATHROOM:
Refresh after a sun-soaked day in the bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower. We supply fresh beach towels to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
PARKING:
Enjoy the convenience of private parking with ONE designated spot in the building. While additional parking isn't available onsite, street parking and paid lots can be found nearby. A parking gate opener will be provided for your ease; please return it at checkout to avoid a $100 fee.

Enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean views from this Charming, bright and cozy 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom beautiful beachfront condominium in a quiet well-maintained building. We offer weekly summer rentals and off-season rentals from October-May.
The kitchen and living room are an open floor plan, with hardwood floors, high vaulted ceilings, room darkening blinks. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need it has granite counters tops and stainless appliances, and an in- unit laundry.
The one spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with large a closet and built-in dresser drawer and a smart tv and nightstands. The bed has drawers with extra linens blankets and extra pillows in closet.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with stand-up shower. There is a linen closet fully stocked with bath and beach towels.
The living room has a pull-out full sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2 people comfortably. There is a large flat screen television with cable. There is an electric fireplace for those chilly nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, silverware and coffee maker. Linens, bath towels and blankets are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Central air conditioning system is present in all rooms. There is a Bose radio/cd player and Wi-Fi.
The private balcony seating is perfect to relax on after a day at the beach and people watch and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean.
The unit is easily accessible by elevator and provides one onsite designate parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot across the street.
Free nightly outdoor shows at the Seashell, Monday night movies on the beach, you will find major acts at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, there mini golf, fireworks every Wednesday, arcades, great food and memories for a lifetime.
