"Great place to stop. Extremely friendly staff and check-in and housekeeping. Locked out of my room at four in the morning. Made a phone call for the sign at the desk in five minutes. They were here opening up my door. Breakfast was OK. It was clean crowded need a little re-organization but it was good. Everything was there. Check out was easy. It was comfortable. Town seemed dead. Everything within 1 mile of hotel. Cute town go to the steakhouse."

"One of the several good value options in Kanab, we finally chose La Quinta Inn for our 2 night stay for visiting the surrounding national parks, and we did not regret it. The room was nice, modern and clean, with a quiet fridge and a coffee machine. Pictures based on the surrounding areas were an especially nice touch. Staff was efficient and honored my request for a top floor room (thanks!). Laundry room (a top priority for us) worked well, although about half of the machines were not operational. Breakfast included bagels, muffins, bread, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, yoghurt, as well as the usual pancake machines. One drawback was that the breakfast was exactly the same on the two mornings we stayed there, and based on some online videos of La Quinta breakfasts I expected a somewhat better selection (like bacon, potatoes, cheese etc.)."

You can walk to two awesome hiking trails from the house, or drive to three national parks (Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon) and numerous national monuments, state parks, slot canyons, The Wave, and more.

There's a porch to relax on after your adventures to watch the sun glow off the red rock cliffs or to enjoy a morning coffee. You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit two cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. Two separate bedrooms, spacious living area & a roomy restroom. Large, south facing windows provide plenty of sunshine to fill the spaces. Includes 5G fiber internet and a Roku TV to help you stay connected if you so wish. The kitchen is stocked with the a refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig with coffee/tea/cocoa and fixings (sugar/ creamer), spices, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and a 2-burner stove. If there is anything you need, we are happy to provide anything we can.
Pets: We have a tie-out available to safely enjoy being on the porch with you. Please pick up after them. We can provide food and water bowls, a clean bed and pet bedding for use to protect furniture. Please clean up in house accidents; we can get you more supplies if needed.

The main floor also features a half-bath stocked with paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, lotion and hair dryer.
Kitchen-the well equipped kitchen features a convenient laundry area with a full washer and dryer. Included is a coffee/tea bar, seating for two at the kitchen bar, and a dining table that comfortably seats six.
Bedrooms- “upstairs” you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, each featuring comfortable queen beds, spacious walk-in closets and blackout curtains to ensure a restful nights sleep-ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom offers a smart TV and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind under the stars.
The shared bathroom is designed with convenience in mind featuring a Jack and Jill layout: one entrance directly from the master bedroom, the other from the hallway. Two separate sink areas that can be closed off for privacy
The bathroom is fully stocked with essentials including a hair dryer under each sink, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper, and lotion.
All bedrooms are equipped with two lamps, featuring USB-C, USB and AC outlet charging ports.
