With Covid, we had to miss a couple years. It was so nice to return. The best part was getting to see Shamim, Golam, Titu and Ray. We even got to speak with Cheryl over the phone. This place has the most amazing staff members. Can hardly wait to see everyone again next weekend.

Seeing Troy's sights from this hotel is easy with Daisy Knight Dog Park, First Evangelical Community Church 蒙愛羅省基督教會-義橡園堂 and Grace Apostolic Church all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

I stay frequently at the Somerset Inn for business in the Troy area. I'm giving the five-star rating based on the overall value offered by the Somerset Inn in comparison to the many other - mostly more expensive - hotels that I have also stayed at in the area. The decor is slightly out of date. However, that is the only negative that I can find. The rooms are in excellent shape, everything is in proper working order, and nothing is beat-up or damaged. Rooms are spacious and very clean. All the rooms I've stayed in have a tub/shower combination which I prefer. I like to take a bath, and am find it increasingly difficult to find a hotel room with a tub. The area is very safe and immediately across the street from one of the nicest (perhaps the nicest) malls in Michigan - Neiman, Saks, Norstrom, etc. The restaurant is full-service with a separate bar area. Breakfast is excellent, and they serve some of the best coffee I've ever had. I'm generally not one to pay attention to comments negative or positive about staff. At most hotels staff turn over frequently, so commenting on them can mislead fellow travelers. Somerset; however, is an exception to this - their staff have been with them a long time, and all have been quite pleasant and friendly to me. Somerset does quite a robust meeting business and looks like a great venue for a conference or event.

Brand new. This hotel is conveniently located. Close to I-75 but doesn’t have road noise. So nice to have a good nights sleep. Those checking us in were very friendly. Also the manager Mark even came up and mentioned if there is anything that can make our stay better to just let him know. We were very impressed with all that we experienced at this hotel. Will definitely stay again. Very clean.

the room service people are nice, there was a super comfortable bed. there was even snow. I love snow! there is a really nice workspace with a lamp next to the TV. the lobby had a nice breakfast area in the lobby, I liked it and i think you will too.

Saya suka hotel ini! Kami mendapat bilik dengan 2 tv dan ia berfungsi Hebat! Ia menjaga keamanan, lol. Juga dapur adalah hebat! Hiasan dan teres juga hebat dan cantik! Saya ingin tahu bagaimana keadaannya pada waktu biasa tetapi sekarang saya menyayangi mereka. aman damai.
