My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarina Colombo, and overall, it was a positive experience. It added a pleasant touch to the overall ambience of the hotel. While the decor might not be the most modern, it exuded a classic charm that complemented the overall atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that some areas of the hotel might benefit from a bit of updating, as certain furnishings showed signs of wear. As a practice I usually speak to several staff when I visit somewhere before making a genuine comment for the improvement of that organization. Seeing so many sad faces in this happy place, I deeply thought many times whether to write on this or not. Taking care of External Customers is a good thing as long as Internal Customers (your employees) also feel fairly treated. “Clients do not come first. Employees do. If you take care of your employees, naturally they will take good care of the clients.” Your staff doesn't look to be happy and as customers we can feel those things also. Note to management!

Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

Try the new burgers. It’s phenomenal..!! Thanks to Chef Aqib & Zeeyard. They are superstars. Cafe staff inc barista’s are robin to their kitchens Batman (of course the chefs)! Okay. I’ve been an avid patron of TITO’s cafe in ground level at Marriott hotel Colombo. Always stuck to coffee and sometimes croissants. But the new and introduced burgers especially beef burger just too brilliant. The cheddar cheese, the bacon the burger the sauce’s just the right amount. Try the Spanish coffee or the cafe lattes ask for single shot of espresso! You would go wrong here.

The hotel was very comfortable- excellent bed, dark curtains, spacious. The shower was the best we have had in 2 weeks of travelling in Sri Lanka. The toiletries provided were very nice also. A driver picked us up from the airport and was there on time for a reasonable price which you paid the hotel (need cash for this). Breakfast was plentiful and eggs are cooked to order. We were able to have a late checkout on our last day which was much appreciated. All staff we had contact with were very pleasant. Two little hiccups occurred during our stay , one of which meant moving rooms which was a bit of a pain to pack everything up a second time but was dealt with swiftly and professionally by the staff. The room has a safe but it is not affixed to anything and thus is portable which may not please some. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a very pleasant and convenient hotel to stay when visiting Colombo.

The rooms were compact. The linen and towels were clean. Everything About the hotel was good except the food at their restaurant. I think they have a chef coming in once a week who preps everything and all that the chefs who are there do is reheat and serve it. Tonight's dal will become sambar tomorrow. Breakfast's aloo bhaji will become the base for the veggie curry they serve for Dinner. The poori was so hard I had to break it instead of tearing it. There is sausage for breakfast and the same gets converted to devilled sausages for dinner. There are quite a few number of restaurants around this place. It's better to not pay for the food and choose to eat outside before going back to your hotel.

OK Folks once upon time this used to be one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka. That was decades ago, this is one of the very few Sri lankan government owned hotel today. This is not so luxurious to match a five star, but a pretty good hotel which fits in well for a three star. There are glitches here and there, it's an old building, you might find the hot water not working or a broken switch, pardon that, the hotel is working very hard to fix those with the little financial resources they have. The staff of the hotel are very kind and hard working. If you request them for something, they will not hesitate to try there best to satisfy your needs. The hotel has undergone a renovation recently and working hard to maintain a good menu of food. Again people are good and hard working but with the financial resources they have, there are limitations. Overall its a good 3 star hotel with a decent menu of food and really polite people. Help them by reserving your rooms with this little place which has a big history, the more guest who visit this place, the more money they get, so they can serve you better the next time your arrive. Be kind when making your reviews, try to look through the eyes of good people here who are trying to make your stay the best ever. Let encourage more people to use thus hotel so they can soon start to cater you with five star perfection.
