"The best view, the best supporting I got from hotel, the most convenience spot for traveling all of Dalian seaside. 1. You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time."

"Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment prepared essential items including toiletries and kettle. using left side lift go to 26th floor to check in. (Refer to photos attached). Ground floor is Liz Hotel with blue colour design. It is confusing to find the check in reception. The is a KFC and Lawson at the ground floor. By the price, it is worth for money by near to YouHao Metro Station, Halal Muslim restaurant. there is a local foods street behind the apartment. Staff is helpful to assist and answer any enquiries included order food 美团外卖 。"

"Had a great stay, room was spacious, front desk was attentive and tried to get an upgrade on the same floor, room was clean and well equipped, easy to eat in the neighborhood, great location, friendly service, escorted us to our room door and gave us a small gift when we left, very attentive hotel"

"Excellent place, walking distance from Restaurants and Venice. The metro is just 2 minutes walk and there are convenience stores in the same building. Love the prices, the quality and area for the price offered is amazing. The views are also great."

"特別特別好！老闆是個很温柔很細心的女生，住宿的裝修風格很舒適，loft的二層層高也不低。我是學建築的，大家可以放心訂這家公寓，從地理位置、安全性及室內舒適度來説，性價比拉滿！同等價位很難得看到有采光這麼好的住宿！因為住進去的那幾天比較冷，老闆就免費為我們升級了地暖比較好的loft。室內有新風系統，地暖相較於瀋陽那邊不會太乾燥。樓下從後門出去就是地鐵站，附近很多吃的。因為是過來旅遊的，就問老闆有沒有推薦的美食，然後她很詳細地為我們介紹了當地的特色。去吃了幾家，確實不錯。"

"Апартаменты неплохие, ненадолго можно брать, бюджетный вариант размещения в центре города, до метро идти минут 10, кто с маленькими идти - лучше рассматривать другой вариант. В номере чувствовался еле уловимый запах сигарет, надо сразу просить номер для некурящих, также не понравился дизайн стеклянной перегородки ванной комнаты - вечером если включить свет везде, то полностью видно, как вы моетесь. Завтраки хорошие, дети бесплатно до 1.3 м, были арбузы, дыни, апельсины, хлопья, яйца, наггетсы и т.д. но для европейцев нет ни вилок ни ложек🤷 и отсутвуют такие напитки как чай и кофе! Почему то только вода, сок и молоко..."

"這次我們夫婦二人來大連故地重遊，入住的大連中山廣場附近的大連星耀海景酒店公寓，非常好，28層高窗外美景一收眼底。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，洗衣機、電冰箱、電磁爐設施齊全，對於自助遊的遊客太方便了。附近公交地鐵都有，出行非常方便；美食也應有盡有；而且價格太親民了，在大連這樣的旅遊城市，沒想到這麼低的價位能住到這麼好的房間太出乎想象了。公寓酒店服務人員熱情周到，真有賓至如歸的感覺。美麗的大連，流連忘返的美景，我這是第四次來了，還會再來的。"
