"I recently stayed at this hotel , and I have to say my experience was a real mix of good and bad. I'll break it down clearly so other travelers know what to expect. Check-in experience I arrived at the hotel AT 21 PM, which was supposed to be the standard check-in time. To my surprise, there was absolutely nobody at the reception desk. I stood there waiting, thinking someone would appear in a minute.. After a while staff member finally came out from a back office. They looked a bit stressed or overwhelmed.The check-in process itself was rushed and cold. Coffee in the room – horrible Another big downside was the in-room coffee. The hotel provides instant powdered coffee – the cheap, soluble type that comes in a small sachet. I made a cup hoping for a decent morning coffee, but it was truly horrible. The taste was artificial, bitter, and had absolutely no real coffee flavour. It honestly tasted like chemicals. In my opinion, a hotel charging these rates should definitely offer capsule coffee (like Nespresso or a compatible system). Powdered coffee is outdated, low-quality, and leaves a terrible impression on guests who appreciate a good cup of coffee to start the day. This is a small detail that makes a big difference. I ended up going out to a nearby café to buy real coffee. THE POSITIVE POINTS Cleanliness – excellent On the positive side, I have to say that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The bed sheets were crisp, white, and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean – no hair, no dust, no stains. The floors were well swept and mopped. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes their job seriously and does an excellent job. I felt very comfortable in terms of hygiene and tidiness. The room itself – fine The room was fine. It wasn't luxurious or particularly stylish, but it was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough, the TV worked well, the Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the air conditioning functioned properly. There was enough space to move around and store my luggage. So for a basic, no-frills stay, the room met expectations."

"Absolutely loved this place – amazing location and a fantastic overall experience. The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within walking distance, from great restaurants and cafes to public transport and key attractions. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials provided. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, and I immediately felt at home. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It’s clear that the hosts care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. I’d definitely come back again!"

"It was a great stay, well equipped with all kitchen Utensils, a microwave, a fridge, a small espresso machine and an electric kettle. Overall more than satisfactory!"

"Liebes Team, Ich hatte extra um ein Zimmer auf rühiger Seite gebeten, wo ich als Lungenkranker Nachts das Fenster öffnen kann . Dies war nicht möglich, denn es war so laut vom Autolärm , dass ich es schnell schließlich musste. Die Klimaanlage brachte auch keine Luft obwohl sie eingeschaltet und auf „viel Luft“ gestellt war . Ich habe nicht 1 Minute geschlafen….. Sonst habe ich nichts zu beanstanden, alles andere war Top! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Elisabeth Weichs"

"Biz kızımla iki kişi konakladık. Odamız oldukça ufak ama kompakt bir odaydı. Hava epey soğuk olmasına rağmen oda çok sıcaktı. Yerden ısıtma sayesinde. Konumu çok merkezi olmasına rağmen hemen yakınımızda olan ve ulaşım hatlarına gitmek için kullanmak zorunda olduğumuz yolda köprü altında bir çok sorhoş ve evsiz vardı. Bu durum özellikle ilk gün bizi endişelendirdi. Bir kez daha kızımla gitsem burada kalmam sırf bu güvenlik endişesi sebebiyle."

"Muy decepcionada. Avisamos semanas antes que íbamos con un bebé y pedimos cuna. All que nos contestaron que por supuesto que la instalarían antes. Cuando llegamos no lo estaba y la de recepción no siquiera lo sabía. Encima la cuna no era cuna , era más bien un parque de juego al que le habían puesto un cojín malísimo, que para un bebé de 4 meses es algo importante. La habitación estaba muy fría, no había gel de ducha, la campana de la cocina no funcionaba y la mitad de la habitación no se calentaba con la calefacción. Nos dejaron un calentador pero tampoco funcionaba . Vaya un desastre! Y en los alrededores solo hay un súper pero si quieres irte a restaurantes o cafés etc ya te tienes que desplazar más ."

"The location is perfect; very close to all public transport and easy to get around the city. Amenities are quite limited, but apart from that everything was fine and the stay was comfortable."
