Cari Kondo di Berlin

"reception staff with her attitude, tried calling reception but nobody pick up. was given only one bottle of water and there’s no replenishment based on number of days of stay. requested for 1 double bed but given room with 2 single beds. the only thing good about this hotel is the location, walkable distance from Gesunbrunnen train station."

"Very friendly staff. But room of the street side is very noisy, and room is too hot even after turning off the heating. And can’t open window to change fresh air. They don’t have vending machines to sell water and charge 7 euro for a glass bottle of water which is ridiculously expensive as it’s not from a fine dinner but from a hotel reception."

"We stayed 4 nights at The Circus Apartment in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and really feels like home. Even tho' the apartment was near train station, however it was cheaper for us to take uber as the places were near."

"It was great! We got a very spacious room with everything one might need during the trip. The armchairs were amazingly comfortable (we even want to buy the same ones for our home). The location is also great. And the manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience for a reasonable price!"

"Es un alojamiento pintoresco y cómodo, muy cercano a los puntos más turísticos de Berlín. Cierto es que está muy cerca de las vías del tren y el ruido puede resultar un poco molesto, pero vale la pena por su ubicación. Las habitaciones son muy originales y tan solo hemos echado en falta a alguna persona responsable del alojamiento para resolver dudas y como conocer si habría servicio de limpieza de habitaciones."

"wonderful room, very quiet area, very clean and cozy. There is no soap in the bathroom, you have to walk about 30 minutes from the metro station. In addition, there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it feel like a sauna on a hot day"

"너무나 쾌적하고 아름다운 숙소입니다 만나는 모든 직원들이 친절하고 다정했습니다. 지친 여행자들에게 과일과 음료를 무료로 제공하는 것도 참 좋았습니다. 방이 매우 넓고 주방기구나 가구도 너무 깔끔하고 세련되었습니다. 베를린에 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 숙소입니다. 감사합니다."

"The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips."

"Очень хорошее место, с удобной транспортной доступностью в любой конец города. Рядом все радости Кройцберга. В комнате очень чисто, уборка по запросу, заселение и выселение возможно самостоятельно. Нам любезно разрешили оставить сумки в последний день нашего пребывания в Берлине. Все понравилось!"

"I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable."
