First time staying at the Sana Hotel and it is the best one I’ve been in Berlin so far, the location is good, the room was bright and spacious, I had a possibility to opt out of daily cleaning which I really appreciate (more eco friendly) The sauna and swimming pool were both nice, especially when it was on the same level as my room. 100% recommend !

Service is good, location is acceptable because subway is still close, couple minutes of walking. Quiet room. You just need to know all facilities are in pink color.

We recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay. Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed. However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers. This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature. It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room. Pros: • Excellent location • Superb service • Great breakfast • Fantastic bar and terrace • Generous room size Cons: • No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans • Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures Conclusion: A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

Perfect location , the apartments are quite small but with all you need included, there is a big comune space for chilling,reading or playing, kind reception stuff.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

The room was very noisy. The corridor is not very clean or need some renovations. The servant at breakfast doesn't follow the hygiene rules and touches upper parts of the utensils. Breakfast is a bit expensive. Overall it is might be an okay option to stay but there are much better places in the area.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The self check-in system is slow and inefficient, and the staff—although young—seemed uninterested, lacking both compassion and willingness to help. I arrived just in time for an important meeting, yet the check-in process took far too long. When I finally reached my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned at all. I returned to the customer care desk, where I was met not with an apology, but with the question of why I was upset, followed by a casual “we’ll just give you another room.” The replacement room added further frustration: the key cards did not work. After going back once more, I was told they should work, and only after insisting did the staff member reluctantly accompany me—where she realised I was correct. I was then asked to wait in the hallway while she returned to fix the issue. Throughout the entire process, there was no apology, no sense of urgency, and certainly no gesture of goodwill or compensation. The premium room itself, once accessed, was spacious, clean, and had a balcony that allowed for good ventilation. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of my stay. The breakfast, which used to be excellent at this hotel, has declined significantly in quality. Overall, the lack of efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again

Strategic location. Room size is just nice. Wish they could be more generous with refilling the sparkling water daily. Breakfast buffet spread is good too. The hotel is next to Shopping places like Primark and Alexa Mall. Near Alexanderplatz metro station and Tram.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte. The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! They even let me use their gym/shower after the marathon even past the check out time, so thoughtful! I will highly recommend this place. Danka schön, Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte! See you again.

The surroundings are so breathtaking you'll forget everything else... which might be exactly what they're hoping for! 😉 **Cleanliness: 🌟** Room roulette! My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion
