Cari Hotel 5-Star di Berlin

Everything went smoothly — from booking to check-in and check-out. All the staff were friendly and responded quickly to everything. The room was spacious enough for a standard type. Some corners were not perfectly clean, but nothing too noticeable. Overall, everything was okay. Breakfast was also good and offered more variety than the average American breakfast at other hotels.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin.

Mixed feelings with our stay. Hotel did a good service recovery by putting us at their sister hotel- exe suite room as they sold our room on the first night and gave us complimentary abf and sight seeing tour bus tickets. Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day. Morning shift staff seems unaware of our complimentary taxi ride back and other complimentary which we have to spend more time waiting

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

The building was originally a telecommunications facility that has been renovated to house a museum, offices, restaurants, and more. This hotel is one of them. It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste. Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. You can also feel a sense of professionalism from the staff, as if they take pride in working here. The breakfast is also excellent—on par with that of a quality restaurant. The rates are high, but the level of quality justifies the price.

I stayed in this hotel together for 5 days, only stayed in single room with a single bed!In second floor of the front side  you can hear traffic sound even with closed window quite a lot, but in 5th floor that problem is solved, you can hear but in medium level!As I traveling with a car-free parking space beside of the hotel(back of it) is big bonus!In general all is good, really!
