這家麗思卡爾頓在歐洲屬於比較新的了，房間挺大，設施挺新，裝修風格看過去讓人感到放鬆。酒店入住還送了一些小甜品，而且每天都會補充，很用心。工作人員熱情主動，各種服務都對得起這個價格。早餐是半自助半點單，非常好吃，種類非常豐富，很滿意！

Amazing location next to the Potsdamer Platz and literally steps away from the Memorial of the Murdered Jews and Brandenburger Tor. Also a super central location for getting to all the other tourist attractions like the East side gallery, alexanderplatz etc. The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained. Housekeeping was rather careless e.g. forgot to refill conditioner for both nights, sending same amenities twice, but fast to respond overall.

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, sehr stylish und guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist mega klasse, abends legt im Innenhof ein DJ auf und der Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut. Das Stue ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin.

Well appointed, but a walk to almost anything of use with the no shops and bars nearby. Facilities and service are excellent, and beds were comfortable in well appointed rooms.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

We stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for a weekend trip with our two daughters (7 and 11), and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere even though it’s quite large and business-oriented. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for a family. The beds were super comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless. Breakfast was a highlight — an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that even picky kids enjoyed. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always taking time to check if we needed anything

Apartments Rosenthal Residence is located in the lively Rosenthaler Platz area in central Berlin. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Rosenthaler Platz U-Bahn station, offering convenient transportation. Nearby, you can find numerous bars, galleries, restaurants, and shops, making the area rich in amenities. The apartment interior is modern and comfortable, with spacious and bright rooms. It is fully equipped with a kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, suitable for both short and long-term stays. The rooms are elegantly designed and feature comfortable king-size spring beds, providing an excellent sleeping experience
