"Tempat ini sesuai untuk keluarga, oleh itu ia mempunyai ruang yang cukup berbanding tempat lain dan mempunyai mesin basuh dengan pengering di dalam bilik, serta peralatan dapur yang termasuk ketuhar pembakar roti, ketuhar gelombang mikro dan peti sejuk.. kakitangannya juga sangat ramah dan membantu.. Lokasinya juga sangat bagus kerana ia tidak jauh dari laluan kereta api bawah tanah… Saya pasti akan mengesyorkannya!"

"My wife and I had an amazing 7D6N stay in Tokyo, including 2 short day trips to nearby cities. The apartment was extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable and feel just like home. The property was in brand-new condition, it felt as though we were the first guests to stay there. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location is situated between several train stations, with a walking distance of 12–15 mins. While it is not right next to any station, we found it manageable. Despite being located near the Yamanote Line railway tracks, we could barely hear any train noise thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo."

"One of the best apartments I have stayed in, they had all the amenties included, towels, washer, detergent, soap, shampoo, rice cooker, pots, pans cutlery, plates, fridge, vacuum, iron, ironing board, extra trash bags, smart tv etc. They also had an abundance of clothes hangers for when we do a lot of laundry. Not only that, they laid out the sofa bed for us so it was essentially a double bed and a single bed, one of the only properties that we found that could accommodate 3 people.  Location wise, there is a Lawson and a FamilyMart literally right outside the apartment complex, making it super convenient to get snacks and fried chicken. Only downside is that most places around only open at 11am in the morning so breakfast options are limited. There was one we frequented, Sukesan Udon Ryogoku as it opens at 7am but we quickly got sick of that. TL:DR, a lot of great amenities and the convenience stores is really conveniently located. Downside is the limited breakfast options nearby and only two train lines (chuo sobu and oedo) are nearby"

"Our stay at Section L Yushima-Ueno exceeded expectations from start to finish. The staff was consistently present, professional, and thorough in explaining house rules and procedures. They were fluent in English, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and general guidance. That level of support made traveling with a toddler much easier. One important note for guests is: trash must be sorted into combustible and non-combustible categories and brought downstairs when full. Once you understand the system, it’s straightforward and aligns with Japan’s overall cleanliness standards. The in-unit washer-dryer combo was invaluable, especially for a family trip. We packed light and washing clothes daily was a must after 12-15,000 steps a day. The appliance guide provided in the room made it easy to operate. Note that this model of washer/dryer can only take smaller loads compare to American models and you DO NOT want to interrupt the drying cycle as you can't unlock the door! This was my fourth trip to Japan and my first traveling with my child, and the added convenience made a noticeable difference in comfort. We stayed five nights (our plane arrived in the evening) during our Tokyo leg and used this as our base while visiting Asakusa, Odaiba, Tokyo DisneySea, Tokyo Disneyland, and teamLab Borderless sprinkled with a bit of shopping. The location proved to be extremely convenient. Multiple train lines are within a 5–10 minute walk, making daily transit smooth and efficient. I specifically chose this property because the unit size is larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the bathtub is closer to American standards, which made oue evening wind-down time much more comfortable. There is a FamilyMart just around the corner, and the staff at Section L there even helped me prefill the form for Japan’s luggage forwarding service, allowing us to avoid navigating packed trains with multiple large suitcases. That alone reduced a major travel stress point. You’re also surrounded by izakayas, malls, 7-Elevens, and countless dining options. An Ippudo Ramen location is roughly a 10-minute walk away, along with many other great local spots. Overall, this property is an excellent balance between space, location, and family-friendly functionality. I would absolutely stay here again on a future Tokyo visit."

"For me the location is the biggest advantage of this apartment. I’ve stayed in this area several times, and this was by far the best-located place of them all. It’s close to the Yamanote Line, metro stations, parks, convenience stores, and everything else you might need. The balcony on the top floor was another standout feature, especially with its view of the top of Tokyo Tower, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. The apartment itself was also comfortable. The room was spacious enoug, the washing machine was very useful, and having a kitchen was a nice extra. Personally, with how cheap and good food is in Tokyo, I don’t see much reason to cook, but for anyone who wants that option, it’s there. The main downside was the service and amenities policy. Having to either clean the apartment yourself or pay a fairly high cleaning fee already felt inconvenient, but having to pay extra to change the towels made it feel even more unreasonable. Even though the towel fee is not very high, it still comes across as poor service. We also had to take the trash out ourselves, which added to the feeling that too much was expected from guests. Overall, this is a nice and well-located apartment, but the approach to cleaning and amenities takes away from the experience. Because of that, I don’t think I would choose it again over a hotel with daily housekeeping."

"처음으로 아이들만 데리고 떠난 도쿄여행이라 엄청 긴장을 많이 했었어요. 가기 전에 숙소에 대한 고민을 정말 많이 했는데 결과적으로는 대만족이었어요. 대욕장은 원래 이용하지 않아서 없다는 것이 하나도 문제사항이 아니였구요, 화장실에 일본식 좁고 깊은 욕조가 있어서 거의 매일 물 받아놓고 반식욕 해서 오히려 더 좋았습니다. 또 세탁기가 있어서 매일 빨래 돌려서 뽀송뽀송한 옷 입고 다닐 수 있었구요. 룸크리닝은 제가 묶었던 방은 8천엔에 이용가능하다하셔서 그냥 매일 아침저녁 돌돌이 돌리고 챙겨갔던 일회용수건으로 바닥닦고 싱크대거름망 받아와서 바꿔줬어요. 1층 엘레베이터 근처에 쓰레기통이 있어서 방에 있던 통에 분리해두었던 쓰레기 간간이 버려주면 되었어서 어려움도 없었습니다. (청소기는 1층에 리셉션가서 말하면 빌릴 수 있어요.) 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 이 숙소에서 기억에 남는 가장 좋았던 점은 직원분들이 거의 항상 상주해 계셔서 저희가 놀러 나가거나 들어올때마다 항상 밝게 인사 해주셨던 부분이었어요. 마치 놀다가 집에 돌아왔는데 빈집에 오는게 아니라 동생이 밝게 맞아주는 기분??!!ㅎㅎ 그리고 마지막날 체크아웃 후 택시예약을 부탁드렸는데 정말 친절하게 끝까지 나와서 택시기사님과의 소통도 도와주시고 저희 택시가 갈때까지 문앞에서 손흔들며 인사해주셨어요!! 저희 아이도 그 부분이 너무 감동이었던지 여태 다녔던 호텔들 중에 정말 제일 친절한 분들이라며 나중에 본인도 호텔리어가 되고 싶다고까지 하더라구요🩷 (첫째가 중요한 시험을 마무리하고 그 기념으로 가게 된 여행이었는데 메모에 남겨둔걸 잊지 않고 손편지에 말차초콜릿까지 선물로 주셨어요!! 오히려 저희가 완전히 잊고 있다가 챙겨주셔서 깜짝!! 센스에 감동받았습니다~😍) 일어는 정말 젬병이고 영어도 잘 못하는 상태에서 갑자기 가게 된 도쿄여행이었는데 숙소덕분에 마지막까지 좋은 기억으로 여행 마무리 할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!! "很適合家庭居住，有洗衣機，餐枱餐椅，床很好睡。複式民宿很，小朋友在樓上睡覺時，大人可以在樓下小酌，各有各的空間。對面已有停車場，收費的附近幾個停車場最便宜的，泊一天¥1200，很合理"

"숙소 위치가 이비야역이랑 A선? 이 둘다 10분 거리라 조오금 걷긴해야하지만 택시 안타고 다닐 괜찮은 거리였어요 그리고 가성비에 너무 좋고 도쿄에서 이 가격에 이만한 룸 구하기가 어려울 정도로 너무 만족했어요 다음에 도쿄에 또 온다면 여기로 오고 싶네요 4박 동안 너무 좋았어요!!!! 특히 핸드폰 잃어버려서 가게에 전화 부탁드렸는데 직원분께서 도와주셔서 쉽게 찾았어요 정말 감사합니다💕"
