Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. The hotel is very close to Suidobashi Station on the JR line, which provides excellent access to all the main attractions in Tokyo. You can easily reach places like Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo Dome, and even Shinjuku or Shibuya with just one or two connections. Despite being so close to the train tracks, the rooms have good soundproofing, and we could not hear the trains at all inside the room. That was a huge relief because I was worried about noise, but it turned out to be completely fine The room itself was clean and spacious by Tokyo standards. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The housekeeping did a great job, and we had plenty of space to open our suitcases and move around comfortably. That is not always easy to find in Tokyo hotels, so I really appreciated that. At the reception area, you can help yourself to tea and coffee, as well as some basic hygiene kits and amenities. It is a nice touch, especially if you forgot something or just want a hot drink before heading out for the day. But, there are a few things to be aware of. First, the check-in time is later than usual but at 5:00 PM. That is quite late compared to most hotels where check-in is around 2:00 or 3:00 PM. You need to plan your day around this and make sure you have somewhere to keep your luggage if you arrive earlier. It is not a dealbreaker, but it is something you should know before booking. The second thing was the bathroom setup. In our room, there was a strange curtain separating the shower area from the rest of the room. The problem is that this curtain does not actually hide anything. If someone opens the door from the room into the hallway, anyone standing there could see straight into the shower area. It was an odd design choice. My advice to the hotel would be to apply frosted film to the shower door. That would solve the privacy issue completely, and the strange curtain would no longer be needed. Another small issue was the luggage storage area. Some of the lockers were locked but not being used, which meant there was not enough space for everyone to store their bags. It was a bit frustrating because empty but locked lockers took up space that could have been used. However, I have to give credit to the administrator who helped us resolve the situation. They were kind and found a solution, so in the end, it worked out fine. I do want to recommend the restaurant on the first floor for evening relaxation. There are only a few tables, so it feels quite intimate and not too crowded. The prices are slightly higher than the average in Tokyo, but the desserts are wonderful, and they serve champagne as well. It is a lovely place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I especially enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a glass of champagne and a sweet treat, it felt like a small luxury. Overall, sequence Suidobashi is a solid choice if you value cleanliness, space, and good train connections. Just be prepared for the late check-in, the unusual shower curtain, and a possible small hassle with luggage storage. None of these issues ruined my stay, and with a few small improvements, this hotel could be truly excellent. I would still recommend it, especially for travelers who plan to spend most of their day exploring Tokyo and just need a comfortable, quiet place to sleep and recharge

It is right across from shopping department shores. Major busy areas are also just within a 10-12 min walk.  Clean room and the size of my room is very decent.  Staffs were helpful and efficient.  I saw an airport bus tonight HND right downstairs so it is very convenient.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, dekat dengan Stesen Shinjuku, sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah. Berdekatan ada Montbell, Keio Department Store, Nowan, Lumine 1 & 2, Yodobashi, dan lain-lain. Semuanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Terdapat juga McDonald's dan Lawson, jadi tidak perlu risau tentang sarapan. Hotel ini kelihatan baru dan biliknya juga besar. Akan menginap di sini lagi pada masa akan datang!

What a charming and adorable hotel in Ginza! Before checking in, I actually mistakenly went to another property under the same brand, and the receptionist there was incredibly kind—she personally directed me to this location. Although the building boasts a long history, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The room was spotless, and both the lounge and elevator are brimming with vintage elegance. The only minor downside is the short walk from Ginza Station. During the day, the front desk service felt a bit brisk and efficient—perhaps due to cultural differences—but the staff was still helpful and pleasant. In contrast, the nighttime reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Next time, I’d love to try the hotel’s dinner; the ground-floor café is absolutely stunning with its retro vibe.

This clean and comfortable hotel offers a spacious, quiet stay with excellent public transit access and an hourly shuttle to Tsukiji Market. The Drawbacks Out of the Way: It is situated a bit far from the main city center, though the area remains pleasantly quiet and peaceful.Extra Fees: Be prepared to pay extra for parking and the on-site onsen, as neither is complimentary. Overall Verdict: A highly functional and comfortable stay that balances a peaceful, slightly off-the-beaten-path location with stellar transport links and a convenient shuttle. Ideal for travelers who prioritize space, cleanliness, and transit convenience over being right in the heart of the bustling city center.

A lovely hotel that I would stay at again. I booked the bunk bed, which my roommate and I felt really comfortable in. Staff were quite friendly and most understood/could speak English. It says self check-in on the booking page but there was someone present to help us through the check-in process. Note that there's an accommodation tax (900 yen per person) that needs to be paid on check-in. Since we stayed for more than five days, they did full housekeeping (changing bedsheets) for two out of the eight days. However, they also were able to provide fresh towels and clear trash daily (we just put their provided magnetic notice on the door and left the items at the entryway). Showers were small, but amazing. They provide a day's worth of toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an electric kettle, a microwave, plates, utensils, cups, scissors, detergent, and two pairs of room slippers. There was an HDTV (with an HDMI port) that we directly connected to Netflix (no need to logout) as well. This hotel is about an 8 minute walk away from Ryogoku station and 11 mins from Asakusa station. If you have a really physical day or have hefty luggage, then this might feel a bit far, but the area generally feels safe, and you get to cross the bridge over the Sumida river to/from Asakusa, which is nice. Other things to note: There is one shared washing machine for the whole hotel that's free to use, and it takes about 2H per wash and tumble dry cycle. There was no quick wash setting. We had to do ours in the wee hours because other guests were quicker to use them in the ”prime” hours (7-9am and 8pm-12mn). A QR code and/or number code is used to unlock your door's digital lock. It's also used for checkout, so save the sheet of paper they issue. Otherwise, remember to take a picture as there's no service staff after a certain time and they will lock the doors to the entrance where the only way to get in is the issued code. Someone pressed the fire alarm accidentally one morning, which brought the fire department, ambulance and police to the hotel and the alert was deafening and heard neighbourhood-wide. Look carefully before you press/lean on a surface - there's no covering on the alarm button, but it is in the centre of a giant red circle. It was an eventful morning but we did not enjoy running down and climbing up 8-storeys worth of stairs (they shut the elevators in emergencies). Overall, a relaxing, cool vibe that feels clean and cozy.

While this hotel has a convenient location, the experience was ruined by a lack of basic hospitality and very cramped quarters. The room was so small it was difficult to even open two large suitcases. More disappointing, however, was the staff’s attitude. Everything is followed strictly 'by the book' with zero flexibility. I was told a late check-out would be charged by the hour, and even a simple request for a complimentary bottle of water was flatly denied. The staff were condescending and never offered a smile, making for a very unwelcoming environment. A small gesture like a bottle of water costs almost nothing but earns customer loyalty; unfortunately, this hotel chooses rigid rules over guest satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight. There are McDonalds, convenience store, restaurants at ground level. Hotel staff are friendly. Complete amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Very nice room, there are 2 bottles of wines (Red And White), 3 bottles green tea and water in the fridge, its not very close to the station, it might take 10-12mins to there, shops and restaurants inclusive
