Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. It is right across from shopping department shores. Major busy areas are also just within a 10-12 min walk.  Clean room and the size of my room is very decent.  Staffs were helpful and efficient.  I saw an airport bus tonight HND right downstairs so it is very convenient.

Location of this hotel is remarkable and within 7 mins walking distance to Shinjuku Station and Expressway Bus Terminal. There’s also 2 convenient store near hotels (Lawson & Family Mart) + McDonalds and Wendy’s Burger Cafe. Hot and cold water dispenser on every floor for easy access. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo. Staff were also friendly and readily to assist you in check-in and luggage storage. Good security system as room card is required to tap on reader in the lift to get to your designated floor and room. After 10pm, the main door of hotel is also locked and requires room card to enter the hotel entrance and lobby. 

What a charming and adorable hotel in Ginza! Before checking in, I actually mistakenly went to another property under the same brand, and the receptionist there was incredibly kind—she personally directed me to this location. Although the building boasts a long history, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The room was spotless, and both the lounge and elevator are brimming with vintage elegance. The only minor downside is the short walk from Ginza Station. During the day, the front desk service felt a bit brisk and efficient—perhaps due to cultural differences—but the staff was still helpful and pleasant. In contrast, the nighttime reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Next time, I’d love to try the hotel’s dinner; the ground-floor café is absolutely stunning with its retro vibe.

Ini kali kedua saya menginap di sini. Harganya berpatutan, dan walaupun sarapan agak mahal, ia sangat lazat dengan banyak hidangan istimewa, jadi ia berbaloi. Ada tempat letak kereta, dan untuk tetamu hotel, cuma 2500 yen untuk 24 jam, yang sangat munasabah di Tokyo. Onsen juga separuh harga untuk tetamu hotel, 2200 yen untuk dewasa dan 1300 yen untuk kanak-kanak. Terdapat pusat membeli-belah besar yang bersambung dengan tingkat enam hotel, dengan banyak pilihan makanan enak seperti yakiniku dan sushi. Ia kurang daripada 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Ariake Tennis no Mori, dan terdapat kedai serbaneka betul-betul di seberang hotel, sangat mudah. Ia hanya 1.3 km berjalan kaki dari kawasan pusat Odaiba, menjadikannya mudah untuk membeli-belah dan bersiar-siar. Jika penat berjalan, tambang teksi pulang pun tidak mahal.

I had an excellent stay at YOTEL Tokyo Ginza and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the service and accommodations exceeded my expectations. The luggage storage option was incredibly convenient and made it easy to enjoy the city before check-in and after check-out without having to drag my bags around Tokyo. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and it was a great option whether I wanted a quick bite or a relaxed meal. The on-site bar was another standout feature—perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I also really appreciated the late checkout accommodation, which added a level of flexibility and comfort that made my departure day much less stressful. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and recharge. Overall, every aspect of the experience felt well worth the cost. If you’re looking for a modern hotel with great amenities, excellent service, and a convenient location, I highly recommend YOTEL Ginza. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

employees and amazing breakfast. They had many vegetables + yogurt + all kind of meats (I really liked the beef) - really worth it for 2100 yen per person. My only complaint is that breakfast ends quite early at 9:30. It is very close to 2 metro lines (green and orange) so you can easily reach any place in Tokyo. There is a non-stop 7/11 at the -1 floor (you can take the elevator and exit through the shop). It has a very easy to use and good exchange rate ATM. The gym is like the typical hotel gym. Very small and with few dumbbells.

A lovely hotel that I would stay at again. I booked the bunk bed, which my roommate and I felt really comfortable in. Staff were quite friendly and most understood/could speak English. It says self check-in on the booking page but there was someone present to help us through the check-in process. Note that there's an accommodation tax (900 yen per person) that needs to be paid on check-in. Since we stayed for more than five days, they did full housekeeping (changing bedsheets) for two out of the eight days. However, they also were able to provide fresh towels and clear trash daily (we just put their provided magnetic notice on the door and left the items at the entryway). Showers were small, but amazing. They provide a day's worth of toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an electric kettle, a microwave, plates, utensils, cups, scissors, detergent, and two pairs of room slippers. There was an HDTV (with an HDMI port) that we directly connected to Netflix (no need to logout) as well. This hotel is about an 8 minute walk away from Ryogoku station and 11 mins from Asakusa station. If you have a really physical day or have hefty luggage, then this might feel a bit far, but the area generally feels safe, and you get to cross the bridge over the Sumida river to/from Asakusa, which is nice. Other things to note: There is one shared washing machine for the whole hotel that's free to use, and it takes about 2H per wash and tumble dry cycle. There was no quick wash setting. We had to do ours in the wee hours because other guests were quicker to use them in the ”prime” hours (7-9am and 8pm-12mn). A QR code and/or number code is used to unlock your door's digital lock. It's also used for checkout, so save the sheet of paper they issue. Otherwise, remember to take a picture as there's no service staff after a certain time and they will lock the doors to the entrance where the only way to get in is the issued code. Someone pressed the fire alarm accidentally one morning, which brought the fire department, ambulance and police to the hotel and the alert was deafening and heard neighbourhood-wide. Look carefully before you press/lean on a surface - there's no covering on the alarm button, but it is in the centre of a giant red circle. It was an eventful morning but we did not enjoy running down and climbing up 8-storeys worth of stairs (they shut the elevators in emergencies). Overall, a relaxing, cool vibe that feels clean and cozy.

The room is clean and tidy but small. The TV is with smart service that we could use to watch Netflix. There is a Macdonald at the ground floor but it’s not 24hour open and there is also a convenience store but I’m not sure whether it is 24-hr open. It’s convenient if you wanna go Disney.

I was always out of the hotel but I noticed the cleanliness of my room and the good service provided by people at the front desk. The only thing I would like improved is the check in time. My plane arrived at 4am and I had to wait until 3pm to check in. It was nice though that they let me store my luggage until then so I could go around freely. Overall, my stay was good. Thank you.
