"We enjoyed our stay overall and felt that the apartment offered good value for the price. Check-in was relatively quick, and the manager was always available and easy to contact, which made everything smooth and convenient. There are a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness of the apartment was acceptable but not perfect. It would also benefit from some light cosmetic renovations or a refresh, as the apartment itself is good and comfortable but is starting to look a little worn and outdated. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the windows were very dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time, which took away a little from the otherwise amazing view. Other than that, everything we needed was provided. The apartment had kitchenware, a kettle, and a microwave, making it easy to prepare simple meals if needed. The Wi-Fi was average—not particularly fast, but stable enough for everyday use. Toiletries were also provided, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, so I can’t comment on it. Another small downside was the elevators—they were very slow, and waiting for one could take quite a while. Of course, that’s not something the host can easily change. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If you’re considering this place, I think it offers good value for money, especially because of its very convenient location."

"Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and smelled fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They genuinely cared about the guests and paid attention to every detail, making us feel welcome and comfortable. "I really enjoyed my stay at The Base Apartments at Central Pattaya. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, shopping areas, and many restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good and well-maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience staying here. The only downside was the check-in process, as it had to be done outside the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else was great. I would still recommend this place and would consider staying here again."

"Check-in was fast and easy. Room was ok too, but you can see it's not new and there are many spots on a coach and chears. But it's fine. The main problem was noise. We lived not near to the road, but heard bikes all of the time. It was noisy all of the time. We needed earplugs to sleep. Hard to keep the floar clean, because you entrance the flat and step on the same spot which you will cross going to the bathroom. Strange. We also saw a cockroach and black mold. But looks like it's pretty normal to Pattaya. The location and the building was good. Pool is clean, you can use gym and sauna from 9am to 9pm."

"Had a wonderful stay at MUXA Condo @ Centric Sea Pattaya. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with a beautiful sea view across the balcony. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pattaya. Highly recommended!"
