"Overall, I would rate my stay 7/10. The apartment itself is great. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of convenient places nearby, including 7-Eleven and Central Festival, which is just a short distance away. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The only major disappointment was that the rooftop swimming pool on the 31st floor is closed for maintenance until the end of July. Unfortunately, this information was not mentioned anywhere before my arrival, so I only found out after checking in. I specifically chose this property because of the rooftop pool, so it was a significant letdown. At the moment, only the lower pool is available. I want to make it clear that this is not the owner’s fault—the closure is due to maintenance by the building management. However, it would be very helpful if future guests were informed about this in advance so they know what to expect. I hope the rooftop pool reopens soon because otherwise this is a very good place to stay."

"We didn’t realise there was no reception so needed a barcode   Unfortunately the security staff would not allow us access without it & as I needed internet to contact them it took us 2 hrs. At least we know for the next time. And yes would definitely stay here again as it was in a brilliant location for the nightlife and one road back from beach   The rooftop pool had stunning views but sadly no parasols"

"Had a wonderful stay at MUXA Condo @ Centric Sea Pattaya. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with a beautiful sea view across the balcony. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pattaya. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely cost-effective! The room is large and tidy, the facilities are well maintained, the sound insulation is good, and the rest is very quiet. The service response was prompt, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Convenient location, suitable for travel and short-term trips. "We were lucky to stay in two different apartments. On the first day, we had one on the 26th floor with a gorgeous view! A big plus was the layout: the bedroom is situated in the middle of the apartment. After the entrance hallway, with the separate toilet and shower on either side, you enter the bedroom, and the kitchen is the final room before the window. Since there are bars and pubs in the courtyard, this layout ensured peace and quiet in the sleeping area. The apartment itself was stylish and cozy. Special thanks for the soft mattress-it was even more comfortable than the one I have at home. The second apartment was on the 12th floor and slightly smaller. In that one, the kitchen was first and then the bedroom, and the bathroom was combined. Luckily, the local bars were closed that day, so we also slept in silence. The check-in process was very convenient: you just pick up the keys from the mailbox following the instructions, and check-out is the same. No need to worry about anyone being late. I would gladly stay here again, thank you!"

"Check-in was fast and easy. Room was ok too, but you can see it's not new and there are many spots on a coach and chears. But it's fine. The main problem was noise. We lived not near to the road, but heard bikes all of the time. It was noisy all of the time. We needed earplugs to sleep. Hard to keep the floar clean, because you entrance the flat and step on the same spot which you will cross going to the bathroom. Strange. We also saw a cockroach and black mold. But looks like it's pretty normal to Pattaya. The location and the building was good. Pool is clean, you can use gym and sauna from 9am to 9pm."

"I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the card entry to the elevators gave a good sense of security. The lobby is very big and a great place to wait before leaving or just read a book. The pool area was beautiful. Very near to restaurants and to the beach."
