God service. At first I charged double from Trip.com and them, but they immediately refund me after I asked them about the problem.

The location is good and the service is quite nice. Just that the single room is unbelievably small and there is no fridge in the room either. Another thing I have to mention is that the bathroom door simply won't stay open and keeps shutting automatically, which is absolutely dreadful. The shower door is broken. Other than above, it's fine. But what's left anyway?

The best thing is its location. The hotel is a mere 5-7 min walking distance from Copenhagen Central Station, and there is a grocery store beside the property which makes it super convenient. The service in the hotel is as expected. Do note that they do not do daily housekeeping, which is fine but it could have been a little more frequent for longer-staying guests. The beds were super comfortable, but their tap water was extremely cold for some reason. The breakfast options are good enough but the variety is the same every day, which is dependable but can get boring if you're staying longer. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was located just nicely where it wasn't too pricey and not too far from the trains/metro.

we were a family in this hotel for 1 night. really liked the location. the metro is 3 minutes walk, it is very convenient. we bought a ticket 24 hours and managed to see a lot of locations. The double room is small but comfortable enough. good bed, clean. there is everything you need. breakfast is long from 7 to 11 o'clock, it's convenient. breakfast is sufficient - egg dishes, yoghurts, sausages and bacon, pastries, cheeses. very friendly front desk manager. in addition, I want to indicate that we arrived 3 hours earlier and we were immediately settled in a room, it was ready, we liked it, we recommend the hotel!

A slightly odd hotel but overall a decent stay (I’d give 3.5 rather than 4 stars if that were possible). The hotel is an add-on to a leisure/conference centre and it does feel that way. A big plus point for me was the balcony in the room. Not a great view of the train station but a joy to take in some sun at the start of the day. The rooms are noisyish with cars and trains passing outside but I’m very noise sensitive and I stopped noticing quite quickly. The room was spacious but basic with a slightly odd smell. Very comfy beds but comically small pillows. Breakfast is in a separate building - pretty basic but functional and I got used to the lack of frills. Free coffee machine was a plus and hot chocolates were a nice way to end the day. The staff were a mixed bag, generally nice but one or two were unfriendly e.g. at breakfast “Please can I have some hot milk for my cereal?” “No, only children can have hot milk here” 🤷‍♂️ The location was goodish. Right next to the train station which worked well as I did several day trips - but it’s the other side of town to most of the attractions so a long walk to Nyhavn for example. Overall I was happy but would maybe pay a bit more and look at a more traditional hotel next time even if I’ll miss the morning sunshine.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those who want to get around by public transportation being so close to the train and metro. The bed was comfy, breakfast was very good with many choices of food, including gluten-free, and fresh fruits. The staff were all professional and very friendly. It was easy to call this place home for a week.

This is why reviews help… so that I could choose a hotel that did not disappoint. I needed to book one night using United Airline points, but I don’t ever trust the reviews on the booking site, whether it’s through an airline, timeshare bank or other. TripAdvisor is usually where I look, as the reviews are most often objective, up-to-date and give me an idea of how people feel about a place. After sifting through many of the reviews, I landed on the Mercur in Copehagen. I’m glad I did. Upon getting to the hotel, I observed Kristoffer at the front desk, assisting guests before me. I could tell he took pride in his work and really cared about the guests, based on his demeanor, suggestions and help. When I got to the desk to see if I could check in early, he apologized, letting me know that the room wasn’t ready yet. I told him there was nothing to apologize for, as I was early and it was before the stated check-in time. He led me to the room to store my luggage. Kristoffer and I then embarked on a bit of my ‘tourist’ walking tour, giving me suggestions based on my interests, and even telling me who to ask for at a particular bar/restaurant, who I later made contact with and was so very friendly. I had a great day and evening out with the help of Kristoffer. I opted to add the breakfast into my room package and that was really good, so it was very convenient for my morning to get the day started on the day I would depart the beautiful city of Copenhagen. I was able to touch base with Kristoffer one more time that morning to thank him for all his suggestions and help. Kristoffer let me know that the location of the main train station was only a block+ from the hotel, making it extremely easy for me to get to the airport for my flight home to California. I’m always a fan of using public transportation when I can. I could see that many others adopted this attitude as well based on how many where there with their suitcases. If you are looking for a great place to stay, my suggestion is The Mercur. Close to the trains, and very close to the main walking promenade and Tivoli Gardens, among many other things.

Location is super good, just opposite to metro station not more than 2 mins walk. My room was located Ground floor next to passageway, you'll hear pedestrian talking which a bit noisy though... but you paid what you get in terms of location, cleaniness also with Nespresso coffee machine and free daily capsule this is value for money. Will book Tiffany Hotel if I plan to go Copenhagen again. I enjoy my stay and it is convenient to anywhere in the city.
