Hotel 2-Star di Fujian, China

The hotel is on the edge of the ancient city, very close to the ancient city. Well, it takes two or three minutes to walk to the ancient city, and there are many restaurants in it, all of which are authentic Minnan characteristics.There is also a parking lot next to the hotel, which is very convenient for parking.

First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are like in the pictures and it was the cleanest hotel I have been to in China! Very close to the airport and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Despite all the rooms are for smokers, there is no strong smoke smell, just a very subtle hint (which is better than all the other hotel I visited in China, including non-smoker rooms).

indonesian here, im doin solo trip right now, let me tell you my honest experience staying in this hotel, first thing first its cheap BUT its very proper, ill write the key points, wifi working and never lags, 2 free water bottle, 2 disposable toothbrush, 1 disposable towel (you can ask for more because the owner respond is very fast), shower gel and shampoo included, hairdryer works, is this place the best? nope, BUT its the best hotel at this price, i compare 2 more place with the same price but the review and photos are scary, Conclusion, if you are doing a budget travel, this is the right place to stay, its proper and clean, i dont get any rash or sickness, owner respond very fast and the guide is very clear, where you need to go, how to go inside the room, how to connect to wifi, how to register yourself, and btw im extending my stay but with ******* app, i go outside and ask for cleaning, when i go back its very clean and my luggage is safe. Love this place 👍👍

Hotel is in a residence area I supposed. So don’t expect hotel facilities and fit out. Shower is ok. But the water will splash out as it’s only separated by a flimsy curtain. There’s a pipe in the toilet ceiling that leaks very loudly. Already feedback to the owner. He said he will fix the pipe with a longer one. They provide disposable towel. So bring your own if you mind. Basic toothbrush and other toiletries are provided. But shampoo isn’t great. Feels like the cheap kind. Has one washing machine in a lone lobby. Works ok. Good for one night stay if you are watching a concert nearby.

Perfectly adequateCheap hotel In a very good location. The woman at the reception desk was very sweet, although absolutely no English. Communication through WeChat. The room is large. The floor could have done with the good sweeping. The air conditioning is good. Wi-Fi is terrible, but overall, it's not a bad place. The location is very good, surrounded by stores.And there is a Xinjiang restaurant right next door with lamb kebabs, which I highly recommend.

出差入住鉑雅公寓，整體很舒服。房間整潔安靜，隔音不錯，能好好休息。位置出行方便，設施實用，服務簡潔到位，性價比很高，很適合長期出差住。

這次入住體驗超預期！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全又新，環境安靜舒適，服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房都很順暢，細節處都能感受到用心，性價比很高，下次還會選擇這裏！周邊很多好吃的！

The receptionist was very nice and happily refilled our empty water bottle. The room itself was nice, quite generic, with the usual kettle, hair dryer, and some free tea samples. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was working well as well. The only issue was that there was a big clump of hair left in the shower when we arrived. It is no big deal, but it does give a bad first impression. The hotel itself is walking distance from a renovated pedestrian old street that is quite popular with tourists.
