I went in June(their winter) and the night is 2 celcius. the heater didnt work that much its freezing cold. However I got a junior suite with this fancy Jacuzzi!! They are far from everything but the cars from Indrive app is cheap so it didn't that matter.

We stayed for four nights at the hotel and even though the service was great, the hotel itself is outdated. The air conditioner barely worked in the room, the beds were very hard and not comfortable. We never got to used the pool, but the restaurant had good variety and breakfast was always great. The location is a bit far from the main city if you want to walk, but other than uber/taxis were affordable from there to the main center.

The hotel itself was nice; I was happy with the room and bathroom. But the breakfast was disappointing (just fruit and scrambled eggs) and the facilities (pool and sauna) are only available for a very limited time in the evening.
There is also ongoing construction on the property, which woke me up every morning around 7am and continued all day. It was very loud and noisy in my room, otherwise I would have bee much happier with the stay.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean yet you cannot rest.
The noise does not allow you. Construction start very early 6-7am and finish very late. The staff have no consciousness of how loud the talk in the halls or the way the noise carried inside the Hotel due to their banging the doors, moving stuff etc.

There was no breakfast buffet. They served a small portion of eggs & fruit. The staff was friendly, but no one really spoke English. The room lacked clean, fluffy towels, robes & hair conditioner.

Very noise. i couldn't sleep. i was trying to cancel but he told me they would have to charge the whole stay. I didn't feel comfortable in that property.

We booked a room with two beds, but when we got there they informed us that they did not have a room with two beds. They had informed me that they had sent me a notification informing me that they didn’t have a room with two beds. Unfortunately, the advance notice didn’t help any, as my friend and I were on the Salkantay 5days/5 nights hike, in which I didn’t have any access to the internet or data on my phone. Plus, on the night of our stay was when we came back from the Machu Picchu hike late at night, and therefore, didn’t have time to stay at another hotel.
The hotel tried to make it up to us by upgrading us to a suite. However, we were two grown adults that needed our own beds. So it wasn’t that helpful. One other thing, the hotel had a funny smell throughout the hotel and rooms.
It was not a horrible stay, hence the 3 stars, but it wasn’t a comfortable one either. I guess you get what you pay for.
