My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The service staff are very kind, especially ”Thu”. We stayed for seven days in total, and every day felt very comfortable, just like coming home. The hotel is clean and tidy, and every service staff is kind and polite. It is a very recommended hotel when you come to Da Nang, Vietnam. But I hope that the breakfast dishes can be changed a little bit. I hope that the location of the restaurant on the fifth floor can be designed witt more effective ventilation to avoid the smell of food remaining on the body after eating. Overall, this is a very recommendable hotel.

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

I visited Da Nang for a business trip. I made a reservation at a cheap place because it's an early morning flight. If it's the same price, go to Sanova next door. When I checked in, I was informed that the water was free and checked out at midnight, but another employee asked for money It's not free of charge, but 50,000 dong per bottle, so I gave my card and told him to just go. This hostel is located very close to an airport (15 minutes by scooter). There are many restaurants and bars nearby but as I’ve learned this part of Da Nang is not very popular for Western tourists, the best district for parties is on the other side of the river. The Room was big but provided good privacy (as for the hostel). Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help with arranging everything. They also serve a nice breakfast.

Waar TripAdvisor al niet goed voor is. Heb dit hotel geselecteerd op basis van mijn criteria en toen kwam dit hotel er als beste uit. Het hotel ligt niet aan de kustlijn maar in het centrum met uitzicht op de Drakenbrug. De kamers zijn zeer ruim en schoon. Bedden zijn prima en ook het ontbijtbuffet is rijkelijk. En net als overal in Vietnam is het personeel uitermate vriendelijk en dan de prijs €35 incl ontbijt. Daarom wat mij betreft meer dan een aanrader voor wie Da Nang bezoekt.

As it was my 1st time in Danang, Lan and her team were very helpful to my request for directions, was able to provide their personal recommendations of places to eat local food and the recommendations were quite good in fact. Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Near Han market and lots of popular eateries within a 15mins walk Traveller’s note: On my 1st night, opposite the hotel, there was a local eatery which had a karaoke session which was very noisy. This was the only thing which I found was irritating. Local eateries nearby to consider for meals: 1) Bep Cua Ngoai - Local dishes Add: 136b Yên Bái, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam 2) Bún chả cá Bà Hoa - Bún chả cá Add: 27 Lê Hồng Phong, Phước Ninh, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam eatery note: Do try the soy milk, it is good! 밤 늦게 도착했는데 친절한 직원들 덕분에 편히 체크인하고 쉴 수 있었어요. 세 가족 쓰고자 침대 두 개 방 예약했는데 방에서 살짝 해변도 보이고 전체적으로 청결해 아이와 함께 하룻밤 쉬기도 좋았습니다. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 기본 칫솔, 면봉, 비누 등 잘 챙겨져 있고 물 맛도 괜찮았어요. 조식 음식이 간결하고 모두 맛 좋았어요. 조식 공간이 좁긴 하나 시간대가 넓어 이용에 어려움 적고 직원분들이 모두 친절하시고 적극적으로 안내해 주셔서 더 편히 이용할 수 있었네요. 환전가게, 목식당, 과일가게(미미), 미케비치 모두 도보로 이용가능하고 그랩 이용 비용도 적게 나오는 좋은 자리에 있어 이 점도 편했어요.

Tôi đến Wink với gia đình, lần này là lần thứ 3 tôi đến đây. Phòng thì không rộng đâu nhưng nó vừa đủ để cho những ai chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ khi thuê khách sạn. Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

일정 변경으로 하루 전날 급하게 잡아 리뷰도 제대로 못 보고 저렴해서 좀 걱정했습니다 키 받고 들어가보니 운 좋게 창가 방이었어요 근데 뷰 진짜 최곱니다.. 가성비 최고예요 리버, 드래곤 브릿지(바로 앞은 아니지만 잘 보임) 다 잘 보이고 야경은 당연히 이쁜데 일출이 진짜 예뻐요 그리고 위치도 좋아요 한시장도 직선거리 3분? 이라 찾기도 쉽고 유명한 맛집 카페 다 같은 라인이라 그냥 직진만 하시면 됩니다 그리고 핑크성당도 3분? 바로 뒷 블럭 입니다 그리고 체크인 당일 날 새벽 늦게 갔는데도 친절하셨어요 혹시 몰라 모기약 있냐고 했는데 직접 꼼꼼히 뿌려주셨습니다 중간에 일행이 합류돼서 방 하루 더 잡아야 했는데 여기로 하루 더 연장하고 일행 방까지 하나 더 잡았습니다 그때도 번역기 해주시면서 친절하셨어요 다만 욕실이나 방에는 환풍기가 없어서 좀 답답했어요 창문은 있습니다! 저희는 가끔 방 문 살짝 열어놓거나 창문 열어뒀습니다 근데 열어놓고 자기엔 벌레나 모기 들어올까봐 밤엔 안 열고 낮엔 모기약으로 군데군데 뿌려놓고 창문 살짝 열어두고 나갔습니다 시설은 당연히 좋은 호텔 만큼은 못하고 노후된 티가 나지만 시트, 수건 다 청결했습니다 좋은 향도 났구요 종합적으로 환기는 아쉬웠지만 뷰, 위치, 서비스, 친절도 모두 만족하고 갑니다 뒤 일정이 계속 시내 쪽이었다면 전 또 연장했을 것 같습니다 ㅎ 내돈내산 후기입니다!

They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!
