Every very nice, i like welcome drink. Only room no soundproof

We loved the location, staff, the nice swimming pool and the breakfasts. We did not clear the toiletries and T shirts from the bathroom and cupboards. While we were at the airport, I received a email from Ivy the hotel staff that the housekeeper found our belongings in the room. Wow, such honesty!

Location is great, the service wasn’t too bad , people were generally nice. unfortunately it was very disappointing that the room was not as clean as we thought it should be as shown in the pictures. There were dust on bed frame and ledge, stains on wall too.

The staffs are very polite and nice. The quality of breakfast and services are good.

Great location. Out dated inside. Noisy from the 6th floor, curtains didn’t fully close so woke us up early when the sun rose

I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many. Everything about this hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff were amazing, the facilities, food, location, room. There are not enough superlatives to use. I am very sad to leave here today. Thank you to everyone! It was an unforgettable experience.

Location is great. Staff is extremely nice. The king size bed turned out to be just 2 smaller beds put together. With the hole between the two mattresses in the middle. Breakfast finishes at 9.30, which is ridiculously early for a vacation destination. They can exchange currency at reception, but the rate is obviously bad: I got 520k VND for my 200 HKD.  Don't make my mistake.

All the staff are kind. Facilities, clean welcome, good location, staff treat me like a family. Thanks to the hotel here, I'm leaving good memories in Da Nang. Employees who greet me with a smile every day, I will stay at this hotel when I revisit Da Nang. 직원 모두가 친절합니다. 시설,깨끗한 환영, 좋은 위치, 직원들은 나를 가족처럼 대해줍니다. 이곳 호텔 덕분에 다낭에서 좋은 기억을 남기고 갑니다.

편하게 여행 잘하고 왔어요 위치 좋구요 패밀리룸 넓은 크기와 테이블형 거실이 맘에들어서 선택했습니다 처음에는 룸이 다른타입 패밀리로 배정 받아 졌었는데 이야기 해서 다음날 바꾸게되었어요~! 패밀리룸 타입이 여러가지라 미리 메모해주시면 이런일은 없을듯 합니다 그래도 직원분들 친절하시고 하나하나 신경써주셔서 마지막 체크아웃 하는 날에도 첫날 룸배정에 대한 기억을해주시고 신경을 계속써주셔서 기분좋게 나왔습니다~!이로인해 생각지못한 서비스를 받아서 더 기분이 좋아진것도 있습니다 ㅎ 신식 건물이 아니고 노후는 어느정도 됬으나 깔끔합니다

태교여행으로 새벽도착이라 공항이랑 가까운 숙소를 알아보던중 리뷰가 좋아서 방문했습니다 늦게 방문했음에도 환하게 웃으며 응대해주시고 달려와 무거운짐도 다 옮겨주시고 너무 친절했어요 룸에 갔더니 너무 예쁜 백조와 아기백조까지 너무 기분좋았습니다!! 꼭 방문하세요

엄청 친절하시고 좋았어요 약간 노후 되긴 했으나 괜찮았어요 루프트탑 수영장 좋았고 조식도 종류 여러가지 다양하게 나왔어요

나는 행운아 입니다~ 많은 호텔중에 너무 친절 하고 훌륭한 직원들을 만났습니다. 나는 한달동안 베트남에 머물고 있고 잠시 나트랑으로 다녀오려고 차편을 알아 보는것을 도와주었으며 나에게 많은 혜택을 주었습니다 감사합니다 룸도 항상 체크해주시고 불편한 점이 없는지 항상 물어봐주었습니다. 또한 현관 앞에 문을 열어 주는 남자분들 너무 고맙습니다 제가 항상 왔다 갔다 하지만 언제나 웃으면서 저에게 인사해주었습니다. 나는 잊지 못할 4일이 되었습니다. 조식도 맛있고 룸도 훌륭하며 최고의 직원들이었습니다 감사합니다 나는 나트랑에서 다시 다낭으로 돌아올때 다시 방문할 생각이 있습니다♡ 감사해요 여러분

마지막날 비행시간 전에 샤워도하고 쉬고싶기도해서 예약한 호텔 아무 생각없이 짐놔두고 나가서 선훌사고 샤워하고 쉬다가 비행시간 맞춰서 체크아웃하려 했는데.. 리셉션에서 아침 조식을 못먹으니 가는길에 배고플까봐 물이랑 도시락을 주시는데 감동~~감동 솔직히 시설은 좀 노후되었지만 직원들의 친절함 호텔서비스로 마음이 따뜻해지는 시간이였음

員工非常友善，尤其Ms Ivy, 會關心顧客在酒店體驗，有什麼需要跟進，每天笑容滿面，並推薦旅行景點，甚至check out 後會send thank you letter.實在太貼心。 而二百多一晚的酒店亦無多求，地點方便，可在房內遠觀噴火橋，床枕亦睡得舒服，早餐亦非常多款好吃。但隔音真的頗差，街道上有音響會聽到(但會在十點多關掉)，而最後2天，隔房住了韓國人，出入大力關門，說話又大聲，在房間完全聽到他們在走廊說話。 ps 建議自己帶牙刷
