Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. My room was huge and very clean. The decor was dated but expected for the price. The staff was very helpful every time I needed something. Also there is also a free ‘shuttle’ into the city center which was basically them just calling me a taxi and paying for it whenever I wanted to go. The only downside was the breakfast. It wasn’t great quality food and they didn’t have any western options. (There was technically an egg station but they said they didn’t have eggs)

What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Our kids felt really comfortable here and it just made for a great Dalat experience! Highly recommended!

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

We are a family of five with three little children, we booked four days but stayed only two because the hotel didn't have hot water(the weather is cold and there was no heating in the room). The manager promised it will be fixed the next day but nothing happened. The manager promised us a refund for 2 days but never did it and he avoided Agoda service center messages and our emails. big disappointment, think twice if you are willing to take chances with that hotel and suffer with hotel issues instead of enjoying your trip.

Это небольшой отель, всего по 3 небольших номера на этаже. Очень чистый, есть лифт, холодильник в номере. В душе все есть. Постели хорошие, удобные, чайник, вода, чай, кофе. Очень хорошее освещение в номере, что редкость. Завтраки на террасе 7 этажа, все вкусно. Приветливый персонал, заботливая хозяйка, спасибо ей. Напротив отеля недорогой ресторан и пекарня, рядом рынок, недалеко до озера и BigC. Вечером по выходным возле рынка движение перекрывают - ночной базар и народное гулянье. Мы заказали в отеле поездку на машине по всем главным достопримечательностям с 9 утра до 3х часов за 900кД, через турагенства из-за коронавируса такую поездку заказать не удалось. Посетили дворец императора Бао Дая, канатную дорогу, монастырь Тхиен Виен, водопад, пагоду Линь Фуок, статую большого Будды и храм рядом с ним. До Крейзи-хауса и пагоды Линь Шон сходили сами пешком. От отеля вниз ведет улочка, стены домов на ней расписаны художниками, обязательно прогуляйтесь. Номер, в котором общие кровати, находится в полуподвале. Отель понравился, рекомендую. Недостаток - оплата наличными в отеле (по карточке дополнительные %), о чем я забыла, поскольку бронировала через Агоду, где обычно платишь сразу.

2 malam di Colin Hotel, hotel terbaik dan terbersih di Dalat Saya melakukannya. Hotel ini dikunjungi oleh ramai orang Korea dan Cina, dan keseluruhan susun atur dan keadaan bilik adalah baik. Namun, berbanding bilangan pilihan untuk sarapan pagi, nampaknya tidak banyak yang boleh dimakan. Itu agak mengecewakan.

We have been traveling throughout Vietnam for the past 30 days ad Du Parc Hotel was by far the worst. The hotel is outdated and honestly filthy. When you walk into the room, you can immediate smell mustiness and sewage. Although they try to hide the smile with lemongrass. The lemongrass fragrant will disappear. No air-conditioning but a fan that can only be set on high. Mattress box spring is old and stained, maybe water damaged. Coaches in dining area/bathroom as well as on our room. This was not a good stay

Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.
