The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.

The hotel's location is great, but the main entrance is right at a crossroads, so you have to turn left and go about ten meters to hail a taxi. During check-in, they proactively offered two cups of hot tea, and every time I encountered staff, they were polite and genuinely sincere, not just going through the motions. When I was leaving by taxi, the doorman actively helped me track its arrival, precisely ensuring I wouldn't wait even ten extra seconds in the cold. 👍

I personally think this hotel is the closest to Central Street (right across the street from the entrance!!) and it's also a relatively high-end hotel with good facilities. The value for money is also excellent! Although the hotel looks a bit dated and the front desk feels a bit cheap (not grand enough, and usually only two staff members), you can't beat its fantastic location! Central Street is just downstairs, right across the road. I highly recommend staying in the rooms directly facing the elevator on each floor! You get a panoramic view of Central Street, and you can see all the real-time crowds. You can also catch some of the night view, which is really beautiful! The room is a little narrow, and even the family room isn't particularly spacious, but it's adequate. If you open three suitcases at once, they'll pretty much fill the room. They provide Nongfu Spring bottled water, but the water available for free pickup near the elevator isn't – it seems to be the kind that costs 1 RMB a bottle. This might be due to cost considerations, but it doesn't offer a great experience; you definitely have to boil it before drinking. However, I would definitely choose this place again next time I come to Harbin. There's also a night market nearby with great food and shopping, and St. Sophia Cathedral is just a few hundred meters' walk away, which is very convenient!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

Choosing this airport hotel was a brilliant decision! The free shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly professional. They confirmed the pick-up time in advance, and the driver was friendly and patient. He even helped with all my luggage, so I didn't have to lift a finger. The Mid-Levels Hotel where I stayed on this business trip was really great! Good location, very convenient for skiing. When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room type. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is also good, with rich variety and you can eat well. If I come here next time, I will definitely choose this one!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! There's a friendly porter at the entrance who helps with luggage and always greets you warmly when you come and go. All the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Besides the fixed set menu and buffet breakfast, the hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea and a free late-night snack every day, which is a really thoughtful touch. I absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookies; I asked the staff, and they told me they were made by their own pastry chef. They even packed a box for me to take away. The room was very cozy and clean, and the service and environment are just as good as any star-rated hotel. The location is also superb; turn left, then right, and walk about 200 meters, and you'll reach the Hongzhuan Morning Market. Turn right and walk 200 meters, and you're on Central Street. There are also many great food options right outside the hotel. I truly can't recommend this place enough. I feel so lucky to have booked such a satisfying hotel. If I get the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely choose this place. 👍
