房間簡直是夢中情房！我訂的海景房，推窗就是波光粼粼的洱海，躺在床上也能將絕美湖景盡收眼底，日出日落時分，暖橙色的光灑進屋內，浪漫得不像話。房間裝修精緻，設施一應俱全，智能馬桶、高品質床品，細節之處盡顯貼心。
酒店的服務也超讚！從前台辦理入住時的熱情引導，到貼心幫忙規劃遊玩路線，每一位工作人員都態度親切，有求必應。早餐種類豐富，不僅有當地特色餌絲，還有西式麪包、水果沙拉，營養又美味。
位置更是絕佳，離熱門景點都很近，出行十分方便。在洱海邊散步、騎行，隨時隨地都能捕捉到美景。這次入住體驗堪稱完美，下次來大理，肯定還選這兒！

這次旅行最滿意的就是選了這家酒店，必須給個超讚的評價！
一踏入房間，就被高級的奶油風裝修狠狠拿捏住了，簡約又不失格調，每一處細節都透露着品質感，隨便一拍都很出片。房間裏的設施也十分齊全，小冰箱、投影儀應有盡有，給旅途增添了不少樂趣。
不得不誇的是，酒店在細節上做得非常到位。水龍頭的水温可以精準控制，衞生間乾濕分離，打掃得一塵不染，居住體驗感拉滿。更驚喜的是整個房間支持智能語音控制，開關燈、調節温度都能輕鬆搞定，真的太方便啦！
老闆的服務也特別熱情，還貼心地推薦了周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。這次入住體驗真的太完美了，下次來這邊還會選擇這家！

This is a perfect place to stay with the view of the lake with the mountains background. Just a room kinda small space. But the bed is comfortable ☺️ Near to Santorini Park with 10 mins walk. Love Dali! 🥰 For the muslim, if want to find halal food, need to take Didi to Muslim Meishi Street (about 1 hour). No issue for us as we bring some halal food and bought some buns from halal bakery there.

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Ideal State Intangible Cultural Heritage Art Museum, Jinsuo Island and Jinxi Bay all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. We had such a great time at the hotel. The room was amazing and the location was one of the best in Dali. Our private butler was Nancy and she was so sweet to be honest. From helping us chosing our meals to planning our itinerary in Dali, she helped us all along. Highly recommend staying in the hotel. A serene stay with amazing views. Felt as if i’m in greece. So many restaurants are nearby and the famous lomis garden is also close and the hotel offers free shuttle to the spot.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and helped with my luggage. Please note that the hotel has many stairs so you would want to bring light luggage.
They welcome you with an amazing fruit and snack platter.

🚕Good location: At Long'an Wharf in Haixi (the nearest seaside to Dali Old City), we are only 150 meters away from Erhai Lake. On the main road, we can take a taxi and don't have to drag our suitcases through the alleys.
1. Extremely clean: extremely clean, even the bottom of the bed will not have dust, and the whole house is free of dust, hair and dirt
2. Considerate service: prepared many things that girls need, which other hotels don't have
3. It is particularly quiet: because there are no other homestays around, it is very quiet, and it is on the main road, so the transportation is convenient. Resting outside is good for a refreshing trip
4. 24-hour hot mineral water, hot water is available at any time, girls need this

第一次來雲南旅遊，在這家民宿感受到了家一般的感覺。民宿的環境很好很有氛圍感，還有很多植物，二樓露台的多肉超級多，很漂亮！在房間很乾凈很舒適，東西準備的非常齊全，有捲髮棒、各式各樣的梳子，便攜式的燒水壺非常方便、乾淨又衞生！洗澡還有一次性浴巾，不用自己帶了！民宿裏隨處可見的礦泉水，還有恆温的，真的考慮的很周到。晚上睡覺的時候還發現竟然還有電熱毯，真的是很用心！每晚11點還有老闆的温馨提醒！晚上睡覺很安靜很舒適。地理位置離龍看碼頭觀景台很近，每天早上可以去看日出，旁晚散散步很愜意！還有三衹小貓咪，真的很可愛，就是火苗夏天稍微有點高冷哈哈哈。
走的時候因為一些原因，在客棧多留了一會，發現阿姨和老闆打掃房間時都是拖鞋進去的，不知道其他客棧是不是這樣的，但是真的很讓我意外，真的把房間打掃的很乾凈，沒有一點異味！
P5的自助補給站真的很貼心了，還提供墨鏡、披肩，應有具有！

PPengguna TetamuHad an amazing stay. Great service - after check in staff will recognize you from then. Wasn’t a typical five star hotel, it feels much more like home, offering a unique, cozy atmosphere.
The hotel itself has a lovely local style and is incredibly peaceful. It’s located a bit deeper into the old town, so you’ll need to walk a few steps to get there, but they’ll gladly come out to assist you.
(VIVIAN was exceptionally nice and introduced me to some great local eateries and places to visit. She was always ready to accommodate my needs in the best way possible)

JJamieOur experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel.
The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude.
The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance.
The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not.
Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression.
Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality.
Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

PPengguna TetamuInterestingly, as soon as you enter the entrance to the hotel (about 20 steps from main Dali ancient city's pedestrian street), it is serenely quiet and no noise from the chaotic tourist crowd can be heard at all. How blissful! Don't let the simple, understated entrance throw you off.
What I like about this hotel is as soon as I made the booking, the hotel contacted me and added me via Wechat. Checking with me on my arrival date and timing, and offer to pick up from the main road as the hotel is located on the pedestrian street so no car is allowed. It's a welcoming touch which I appreciated.
I specifically booked the room that oversees the 'Wu Hua Tower' from my balcony. It's so close, loved it! Beautiful morning and night views of the tower.
The hotel has just recently opened earlier in 2024; the room interior is modern and clean. Comfortable room size, bedding and amenities. It also has one of those multi-button toilet seat (just like the ones in Korea/Japan). One minor detail if can be improved is to add hooks or railings to hang the towels.
The helpful team of staff, Pei helped me with the luggage using the trolley upon arrival, and Ah Hua who helped me to arrange a driver for the day and recommended places to check out. There was even grilled tofu and tea by the charcoal fire each night (it's freezing at night in Dec) whenever Ah Hua can manage (thank you for the supper and company, Ah Hua!). Met the easy-going owners too, husband and wife.
No breakfast at the hotel but you will be spoilt for choices with so many eateries within walking distance. If you're up for it, there is a local morning market just outside of the North Gate, about 10mins walk. Very local with plenty of authentic breakfast options. Love the morning hustle! Plenty of photo opportunities.
If you enjoy shopping, it's a 'disaster' as this hotel is located right in the middle of it! Shop till you drop. It is also close to plenty live music bars.
I must say, this is one of those hotels that I will bookmark to stay again whenever I return to windy Dali.

🛏設施：房間裏的設施一應俱全，而且品質都很高。床又軟又舒適，床上用品乾淨整潔，睡起來特別安心。衞生間的衞浴設施出水流暢，水温穩定，還有各種高品質的洗漱用品。房間裏配備了智能設備，使用起來非常方便。公共區域還有免費書房，小朋友可以看漫畫，還有小貓咪等，就算不出門也能玩得很開心。
🧹衞生：衞生方面更是無可挑剔。房間打掃得一塵不染，每一個角落都乾淨整潔。床單被罩沒有任何污漬和異味，衞生間也沒有水漬和毛髮。公共區域同樣保持得非常好，垃圾桶清理及時，讓人看着就舒心。能感受到民宿在衞生管理上真的下了很大功夫。
這次在民宿的體驗堪稱完美，已經迫不及待想推薦給身邊的朋友了，以後有機會還會再來！

PPengguna TetamuWonderful experience stay at this quiet place. They provide free pick up from train station for 2 nights consecutive stay.
Very warm hospitality and friendly host. The host share with us Dali attractions route during our arrival. The place is near to the old town, five mins walking distance. There is steep slope when you walk back to the place.
The room is clean and tidy with smart home facility. There are mineral water provided in the room, mini bar in the room also had the mineral water and cold drinks.
There are delicious afternoon tea, flower biscuit, night dessert and rice noodles for breakfast. Forgot to take picture of breakfast. The tea and coffee are really good.
Highly recommend this place if you come to Dali.

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.

PpaigeneoLocation is conveniently located within 5-10min walking distance from the Dali train station exit. There's escalators and lift to the bridge that crosses over from the train station. Just note that location is 20min ++ drive away from the Dali Ancient City. Gave a 4 stars for amenities as we encountered sudden cold water while showering on the first night, and the toilet lights in the room could not be turned off. Hotel facilities might need to be upgraded soon. Staff service made up for these shortcomings as response was prompt from staff to rectify our room's tv issue on the first day.
