Excellent service from the staff. The hotel provides unlimited beverages and ice creams and the breakfast buffet was really good. Super helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

Excellent stay! Good taste in design (Lobby, Garden & room). Spacious room and good quality (very comfortable bed, good supply of amenities).  Breakfast quality and varieties are amazing! Staff we had contacted with were very pleasant & helpful, always with smiles, including staff at front desk, housekeeping as well as security team.Highly recommended.

The room is as described and the staffs are very friendly. They offered to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs when we check in and check out. The heater also works well and never had issue with hot water when bathing. The courtyard view is very nice and morning breakfast is hearty. The location is also convenient as a didi pick up point. I like that the TV can screen-share from different devices including Apple devices. However, the in room wifi can be stronger.

I had an amazing stay at Yutang Luxury Resort Hotel, located in the heart of Dali’s Gu Cheng. The location itself is a huge plus—nestled within the charming old town, it’s easy to take your time and explore the vibrant surroundings. The hotel serves a simple but delightful breakfast, and I found it to be just perfect for starting the day. It’s not overly extravagant, but it’s incredibly satisfying. One of the best things about the resort is its proximity to bars and local nightlife—just a short walk away, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of Gu Cheng until late. The staff at Yutang were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Dali. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth.

Pada waktu malam, duduk di atas katil tatami, dengar muzik, lihat Tasik Erhai mengalir perlahan, dan rasai aliran masa. Kemudahan di dalam bilik adalah sangat lengkap. Terdapat pelembap (sangat penting untuk orang selatan!) dan pembesar suara adalah dari Dyson. ! Pada hari terakhir apabila saya pergi, Muxinbao menghantar saya ke lapangan terbang saya berasa sangat boleh dipercayai dan dijaga dengan sangat baik

It’s a quiet beautiful hotel conveniently located at the old town. The non-smoking room is modern with Japanese toilet/bidet with adequate heating. Good wifi. Wide spread of breakfast. Service is good. We celebrated our friend’s birthday and the kitchen prepared longevity noodles for the birthday girl. Nice spacious environment, too. Check in & check out is fast. Highly recommendable hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem of a hotel. I’m sure all the other reviews have mentioned the great location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. However what really stood out was the level of customer service - as a solo traveller who stays in hotels half the year, this was truly the most outstanding. No other hotel has made me feel like “part of the family”. While strong at first, my tip is to just embrace it and enjoy Da Li!

We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

The hotels location, facilities and services are great. Hotel located near the South Gate of Dali Ancient Town & it is very convenient to go around for sightseeing & enjoying various local foods. Room is beautiful & well-decorated, compliment by a fabolous outdoor garden. Staffs are very friendly and supportive for our needs. I have a good stay at this hotel and I will surely recommend THE ONE for whoever travel to Dali

The location is just outside Dali Ancient City, walking distance to Ancient City and travel to other places is convenient by taxi. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores outside the main road. The hotel is not big but is very beautiful and very special. The front desk and customer service are top-notch and helpful! Breakfast is good and nice. The rooms are clean, have nice beds and are quiet.
