Les personnels sont très accueillant, la nourriture était varié par contre il y'avait une file d'attente pour les plats chauds, pour crux qui ont la formule all inclusive soft une cafétéria est à votre disposition jusqu'à 23h pour servir des boissons chaudes (Cafés, thés) et froides (Jus et boissonsgazeuses). Les chambres sont propres et le service de ménage passe chaque jour pour faire le nettoyage. Il y'avait des animations pendant la nuit. Concernant les activités sportives on a fait aquagym dans la picine avec un coach, du basket et du lancement des flèches. Il y'a deux picines et une troisième pour les petits enfants. Pour ceux qui veulent allez a la plage il faut sortir de l'hôtel et marcher 3 min et là il y'avait une parti réservée à l'hotel Venice Beach.

This hotel is a perfect choose to take a rest and spend very good time in Djerba. The food is great and there is something for everyone. The hotel areas and rooms were clean all the time. Staff in this hotel are very helpful and friendly. The Entertainment team are doing wonderful job, we had a lot of fun. We are very satisfied with our stay and definitely recommending this hotel. If I choose Djerba one more time I definitely choose this hotel.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très calme. N'attendez pas d'ambiance ou d'animations, il n'y a rien mais cela était bien précisé à la réservation. Les repas sont simples mais très bons et le personnel de restauration est adorable (mention spéciale à Aziz et au responsable du service du soir dont j'ai oublié le nom au restaurant et à Ahmed à l'accueil). Logements très spacieux et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Il faudrait cependant rafraîchir les peintures dans les salles de bain. Nous étions en pension complète et cela n'inclut aucune boisson (même pas l'eau). Je trouve juste dommage qu'une bouteille d'eau ne soit pas offerte à notre arrivée avec la chaleur qu'il fait. On a dû aller au bar en acheter. Vous pouvez vous déplacer sans problème en taxi pour pas très cher et aller au Géant faire les courses. Je vous conseille également l'excursion Tataouine avec Omar (que vous retrouverez tous les jours à la piscine) bien moins chère que celle proposée par le Tour opérateur (FTI nous concernant) et exactement la même chose (nous avons retrouvé le bus du Tour Opérateur à chaque arrêt...). Cependant nous avons entendu des personnes se plaindre des autres excursions proposées par Omar, à voir... Nous avons réservé avec FTI le tour de l'île en taxi: chauffeur très sympa mais qui nous arrête dans des boutiques où il reçoit des commissions à Houmet Souk... En bref si vous souhaitez vous reposer vous êtes à la bonne adresse même si personnellement, j'aurais apprécié une petite ambiance le soir de temps en temps sans que ce ne soit pour autant la grosse fiesta.
