Hotel terbaik di Doha

One of the reasons why my trip was so successful is my staying in this luxurious hotel, thank you for making our trip excellent. Staying in Mesherb was the best decision we’ve made.

Menginap di Doha dengan banyak hotel dengan harga yang sama. Four Seasons dan Mandarin Oriental adalah yang paling banyak di rumah. Diperbaharui sebelum Four Seasons. Semua kemudahan di dalam rumah sangat baik. Perkhidmatannya juga hebat. Jika anda kembali ke Doha pada masa hadapan, Four Seasons mesti menjadi pilihan pertama.

الخدمه ممتازه جدا شكر خاص للسيد رمزي على جهوده وتخصيص وقته وكل جهد لحل مطالبنا لقد قام بأكثر من المطلوب واكثر من الواجب واخجلنا جدا بطيبه وتفانيه الرائع الفندق أيضا جميل وكان السعر مقابل الخدمه منافس وافضل من فنادق اقل مستوى وعند الحجز والتواصل مع مكتب الاستقبال قام السيد رمزي بكامل الترتيبات والاجابه على كل الاسئله والطلبات بإذن الله نتطلع للزياره القادمه والعوده لهذة الفندق الرائع و طاقم عمله المحترف The service is very excellent A special thanks to Mr. Ramzy for his efforts and devoting his time and every effort to solve our demands He did more than what was required and more than the duty and we were very ashamed with his wonderful kindness and dedication The hotel is also beautiful, and the price for the service was competitive and better than lower-level hotels When booking and communicating with the reception desk, Mr. Ramzy made all the arrangements and answered all questions and requests God willing, we look forward to the next visit and return to this wonderful hotel and its professional staff.

Staff at reception kept disagreeing with each other. We booked as a birthday celebration with 8 people to enjoy the roof top bar - there is no roof top bar apparently and another staff member said it's under construction. Female at reception said she ”meant to call me to confirm but didn't” - weird. Birthday wasn't mentioned at all and the male member of staff was extremely rude, shouting and being so cheeky about a payment he hadn't received straight away. I informed him it was for a different room and I'd send my friend down right away yet he demanded he waited outside my door until she arrived. Very extreme and dramatic, a very horrible man who I'd never want working front of house in my hotel, he was the worst part about our stay and it's a joke he stands at reception to greet people. Took 1.5 hours to get a bottle of wine that cost us £60 and they said we were breaking the law by asking for alcohol before 9pm. As someone who has stayed in this county for over a year, I'm well aware hotels are selling alcohol all day/night and there website states they sell alcohol. Unsure why this was such an issue. Place was dirty, cigarette burns all over the table and a nightclub that opened at 10pm and we weren't allowed in - very odd. Just a disaster from the beginning, thankfully we went out and had a nice dinner in the city and eventually tried to find the funny side but overall a complete waste of money and we will never be back. Breakfast was included and when we ordered, nothing we ordered arrived and the food was not fresh, arriving with clingfilm over all the plates. Called to check as we hadn't ordered what they gave us and reception told me ”that's all they had”. it's 100% not a luxury hotel and CERTAINLY not 4 star - laughing as I write this as it's such a joke. I wouldn't even give it 1 star at this rate.

Accessible by metro from airport. Good service from the staff at the reception, especially Mr. Fairoz, who was very friendly to assist and provide some advice for me, even helped me take some nice photos. The hotel itself isn't as bad as described by some in the comments. The room and breakfast buffet were fairly decent. Distance wise is good if you wanna be close to the National Museum and a metro station, Souq Waqif is also not too far away by walking at night.

位置比較好，處於市中心，去哪裡都比較方便，離瓦其夫市場特別近，打車去機場也很快，價格也不貴，房間比較大，我們是臨時定的休息一下，性價比還可以，就是當時開的那個房間煙味大的誇張，因為就是臨時休息半天，就算了，下午可能是打掃衞生的人，我們在裏面，結果還開錯了門，直接打開以後發現我們在就跑了，問了前台解釋了一下是清潔人員，也就算了，不過這個屬於大的工作失誤，窗外就是一片工地，沒啥風景

اقامة جميلة جدا نعيدها مرات اخرى الخدمه ممتازه والتعامل ممتاز والطاقم ممتاز جدا خصوصا الاستاذ عبدالالاه زاز كان في قمة الرقي والمساعدة حتى وقت يكون فيه مشغول مع ضيوف تانيين، يحسسك انك في بيتك جميلة جدا جدا جدا جدا

Apartments looks not very fresh & modern. Everyday several times fire alarming sounds. It is very annoying and disturbs your dream during the nights. Staff is friendly, and that is all positive about the place.

Out of 5 Night I used 2, in that two, TV was not working the first, Electric cattle not working, no towel in the shower, the bed is not even. I called the service, they kept saying someone will be there, I had to call three times on interval of 20-, and 15-minutes interval to get help.
