All the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable, especially it’s also child friendly. Their pool staff are very attentive too. Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

The Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday

This has been our 4th stay at this premises and as always, the stay was excellent in general. Check-in was a little delayed due us arriving a little earlier but as the hotel reception is quite spacious, we had no issue lazing on a sofa with some Arabic coffee and dates. Check-in staff were very pleasant, a big change to our last stay but that may have been a one of. Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow and really good A/C that kept a good temp. When we checked in, our hotel towels were frayed on the edges and that got changed to nicer ones. Amenities in the room was good quality, however we only got a small bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to request for more every day. Location was excellent. Short walk to the souk which is excellent to walk around and lots of eating places. All in all, even with the minor setbacks, the stay, facilities, location and hotel itself was excellent. I would come back to it again on my next visit to Doha.

Enjoyed my stay, very friendly staff . Only comment is the breakfast place was a bit small so people literally had to wait to be seated. Yet the staff has been very attentive to the issue and bringing coffee and food while I was waiting outside. Would come back if I visit Doha again

When checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

Both areas are beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. Another standout amenity is the fully equipped 24-hour gym. This is especially convenient for travelers with busy schedules or those adjusting to different time zones. The gym features a wide range of modern equipment suitable for cardio training, strength workouts, and general fitness routines. Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

We enjoyed a staycation at the Westin with a full board option. This is an all in one resort and has many good amenities including a nice pool area, great restaurants, and many other services on site. The hotel has a pleasant smell to it and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is very big with a large bathroom. The room had a lot of furniture including a comfy couch at the foot of the bed, a desk, a large tea/coffee station closet area, comfy bed and lots of cabinets and countertops to put our things. The bathroom was a standout for sure with a large closet area with lots of drawers, a large shower with excellent pressure, and a bath tub that could get a view of the TV in the bedroom. We appreciated the white tea scented bath products and lotion. The room was showing a bit of wear to the carpet and some of the cabinets but nothing major. We felt the room was good and clean. With the full board we got to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The breakfast was a good buffet filled with western and Asian options and was well stocked each morning. They made hot drinks to order which we enjoyed each day. The lunch was a la carte during our stay and we enjoyed some good steak, chicken and salads during our stay. The sticky toffee pudding at Seasonal Taste was a standout for dessert and we would recommend it. For dinner we were allowed to go to their Iftar tent and it was very good with plenty of options for sushi, pasta, Indian and Thai dishes. The baked fish and Thai curries were really well made for their Ramadan tent. There was also a Baskin Robbins ice cream cart at the iftar. We also enjoyed watching the live entertainment with the swirling dervish and a live band with Arabic instruments. They have some other good restaurants on site including Sabai Thai and Hunter's Grill but those were closed due to Ramadan. We have been at Seasonal Taste around the holidays and they will do special dinners and brunches so it is worth checking out. We had a bit of a mix up on our last day for lunch but the hotel resolved it quickly. The main pool area was closed during our stay but we had access to the indoor pool which was nice and empty when we visited. They have nice and clean locker rooms by the main pool and near the indoor one as well. We used the Heavenly Spa desk to use the squash courts, fitness studio and booked a massage. Staying at the hotel gave us access to the indoor pool and preferred rates for both the squash court and massage. There is not much near this hotel other than other hotels which also have some good restaurants. The metro station is also a bit of a walk from here and there is not too much to do in the area so we would recommend staying in and maximizing your time at the hotel if you are booking here. If you do need to go out we would recommend taking Ubers.

I have pleasant 4 days staycation here. Housekeeping team, Mr Sherrif & Ms Ramchandra really take care my 1022 room well. Ms Rhea and the team from The Silk Road Restaurant doing their best and provide good hospitality throughout my meal time. However, the food taste is not up to my satisfaction, it can be better.

Branding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!
