"Dear team, my friend fall down in the bathtub when he was taking the shower. Also when I took the shower after him I slid in the bathtub too, it happened because the “antislide effect” applies only on half of the bath. When I checked the emergency button, i found out that it was impossible to reach it from the bath. It seems really strange to me because other hotels install “emergency button” at arm’s length. Dear stuff, I kindly suggest solve this problems because I’m sure my friend was not only one person who fall down in the bathtub."

"I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my visit. My room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the stunning city and sea views The dining options were excellent, . Breakfast was a highlight fresh, plentiful, and served with wonderful service."

"Jika anda tiba dengan penerbangan awal, anda tidak akan dapat mendaftar masuk awal walaupun anda mempunyai bilik. Anda perlu membayar tambahan 99 Qatari Riyal Anda hanya boleh mendaftar masuk selepas jam 10, jadi anda boleh tambah duit sahaja. "A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement."

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel."

"Kemudahan: Perkakasan baru, biliknya sangat luas, penghawa dingin yang mencukupi, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Muzium Negara. Terdapat stesen kereta api bawah tanah berhampiran Muzium Negara. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, sesuai untuk penerbangan sambungan. Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan tersenyum di meja depan, penyelesaian cepat. Dianggarkan ramai orang Cina tinggal di sini dan belajar beberapa ucapan mudah. Anda juga boleh menyimpan barang-barang di lobi, dan terdapat juga bar Terdapat ramai lelaki dan wanita yang cantik pada waktu malam. Sarapan adalah semua sarapan Barat standard, dengan rasa Arab Kecuali untuk gerai telur dadar, selebihnya tidak sesuai untuk perut Cina peribadi saya. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat baik, sangat disyorkan."

"Great experience at Steigenberger Hotel. The facilities are nice clean and comfortable. Location was great too near to the tourist attractions. Would recommend to everyone who is planning to go to Qatar. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would love to be your guest again next time. Great place and great price 👍"

"Lovely and clean hotel. We got upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment on arrival which was nice. The room had everything you need from shaving equipment to toothbrush and toothpaste. The room had a kitchen which had a washing machine, a living room area with extra television and an extra WC for your convenience. The bedroom was en-suite with bath and shower. Breakfast was amazing. So much variety and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Really loved it."

"Very nice view and its value for money kind of place to stay. Went there for a exactly the kind of trip intended and was not put down at anything.. tv’s could be having netflix but that was just a small thing compared to the rest of the effort and thought put at every single bit of experience."
