"A great option for a short stay in Doha We stayed at Premier Inn Doha Airport during a layover and was very satisfied. The hotel feels new and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed and blackout curtains — perfect if you need real rest between flights. What we liked: * Excellent location — very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. * Clean and modern — the room is well-designed with a pleasant minimalist style. * Fast check-in — the staff are friendly and efficient. * Quiet — you barely hear any aircraft noise. Overall: an excellent hotel for transit or a short trip. The price/quality ratio is among the best in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and peace close to the airport."

"A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement."

"The hotel was well located around all our intended activities. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The meals were very good and varied, didn’t go wrong with doing full board. The only down side of the hotel is their internet connectivity through WiFi, it was really really poor we exhausted our data travel limit as we couldn’t call family back home in the UK. Other perks compensated for the bad internet. I’d advise the hotel looks into this."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel."

"Kemudahan: Perkakasan baru, biliknya sangat luas, penghawa dingin yang mencukupi, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Muzium Negara. Terdapat stesen kereta api bawah tanah berhampiran Muzium Negara. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, sesuai untuk penerbangan sambungan. Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan tersenyum di meja depan, penyelesaian cepat. Dianggarkan ramai orang Cina tinggal di sini dan belajar beberapa ucapan mudah. Anda juga boleh menyimpan barang-barang di lobi, dan terdapat juga bar Terdapat ramai lelaki dan wanita yang cantik pada waktu malam. Sarapan adalah semua sarapan Barat standard, dengan rasa Arab Kecuali untuk gerai telur dadar, selebihnya tidak sesuai untuk perut Cina peribadi saya. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat baik, sangat disyorkan."

"Kelebihannya, hotel ini dipilih khas lebih dekat dengan lokasi muzium negara. Sebelum itu kami tinggal di stesen Qatar Intercontinental. Bilik-bilik bersih. Kami tiba pada pukul 12:00 dan segera duduk.  Daripada kekurangannya, adalah mengejutkan bahawa tiada berus gigi atau ubat gigi di hotel 5 bintang. Satu botol syampu dan perapi kecil untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 kanak-kanak selama dua hari. Ini teruk.  Saya sangat terkejut dengan harga sarapan pagi: 125 reai Qatar untuk dua; mereka juga kononnya memberi kami diskaun 50%, jadi 250 reais. Kami membayar sebanyak itu di pantai antara benua Doha, tetapi perkhidmatan dan makanan di sana berbeza. Terdapat sesuatu untuk dibandingkan dengan jumlah yang sama. Saya tidak suka itu kerana wang tidak ada pilihan sama sekali dalam makanan. Hampir semuanya adalah India pedas dan kebangsaan. Tak senang makan. Beratur untuk memesan telur dadar. Kami pergi ke sana dalam keadaan lapar 1. Bekerja pada perkhidmatan dan makanan.  2. Berus dan tampal hendaklah di hotel 5 bintang 3. Tidak perlu mahal harga sarapan pagi, dan buat 50% jika tidak berbaloi."

"The hotel itself isn’t that bad, but I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. The good things about it are that the rooms are big and spacious , there’s even a couch in the room. Plenty of mirrors, the shower is larger with good pressure. Location is also very convenient, close to basically everything especially the airport. I personally didn’t book with breakfast because I was worried it was gonna be limited and I was right, they could improve on that considering it’s 35 riyals. Moreover the carpet is old and dirty, I saw a lot of comments complaining about it and I’m surprised that they aren’t doing anything about it , very weird. The personnel isn’t really friendly or helpful. They don’t help guests with their bags, or even greet the guests, shocking , only one guy at the reception was friendly , the rest no. They could also improve on cleaning , stayed in the hotel 5 nights it was cleaned only once."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Doha. The room was beautiful and always perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was delicious – the staff even prepared fresh gluten-free bread and pancakes for us and made cappuccino with oat milk. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!"

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."
