The Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday

We had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays.  The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children.  All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number.  We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.

This has been our 4th stay at this premises and as always, the stay was excellent in general. Check-in was a little delayed due us arriving a little earlier but as the hotel reception is quite spacious, we had no issue lazing on a sofa with some Arabic coffee and dates. Check-in staff were very pleasant, a big change to our last stay but that may have been a one of. Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow and really good A/C that kept a good temp. When we checked in, our hotel towels were frayed on the edges and that got changed to nicer ones. Amenities in the room was good quality, however we only got a small bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to request for more every day. Location was excellent. Short walk to the souk which is excellent to walk around and lots of eating places. All in all, even with the minor setbacks, the stay, facilities, location and hotel itself was excellent. I would come back to it again on my next visit to Doha.

We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room. The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers. The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice. The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms. The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing. This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

Both areas are beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. Another standout amenity is the fully equipped 24-hour gym. This is especially convenient for travelers with busy schedules or those adjusting to different time zones. The gym features a wide range of modern equipment suitable for cardio training, strength workouts, and general fitness routines. The space is well organized, clean, and spacious, making it easy to enjoy a productive workout at any hour of the day or night. Beyond the facilities, what truly sets Millennium Place Doha apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, approachable, and eager to assist, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the smooth operation of all amenities. We enjoyed a staycation at the Westin with a full board option. This is an all in one resort and has many good amenities including a nice pool area, great restaurants, and many other services on site. The hotel has a pleasant smell to it and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is very big with a large bathroom. The room had a lot of furniture including a comfy couch at the foot of the bed, a desk, a large tea/coffee station closet area, comfy bed and lots of cabinets and countertops to put our things. The bathroom was a standout for sure with a large closet area with lots of drawers, a large shower with excellent pressure, and a bath tub that could get a view of the TV in the bedroom. We appreciated the white tea scented bath products and lotion. The room was showing a bit of wear to the carpet and some of the cabinets but nothing major. We felt the room was good and clean. With the full board we got to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The breakfast was a good buffet filled with western and Asian options and was well stocked each morning. They made hot drinks to order which we enjoyed each day. The lunch was a la carte during our stay and we enjoyed some good steak, chicken and salads during our stay. The sticky toffee pudding at Seasonal Taste was a standout for dessert and we would recommend it. For dinner we were allowed to go to their Iftar tent and it was very good with plenty of options for sushi, pasta, Indian and Thai dishes. The baked fish and Thai curries were really well made for their Ramadan tent. There was also a Baskin Robbins ice cream cart at the iftar. We also enjoyed watching the live entertainment with the swirling dervish and a live band with Arabic instruments. They have some other good restaurants on site including Sabai Thai and Hunter's Grill but those were closed due to Ramadan. We have been at Seasonal Taste around the holidays and they will do special dinners and brunches so it is worth checking out. We had a bit of a mix up on our last day for lunch but the hotel resolved it quickly. The main pool area was closed during our stay but we had access to the indoor pool which was nice and empty when we visited. They have nice and clean locker rooms by the main pool and near the indoor one as well. We used the Heavenly Spa desk to use the squash courts, fitness studio and booked a massage. Staying at the hotel gave us access to the indoor pool and preferred rates for both the squash court and massage. There is not much near this hotel other than other hotels which also have some good restaurants. The metro station is also a bit of a walk from here and there is not too much to do in the area so we would recommend staying in and maximizing your time at the hotel if you are booking here. If you do need to go out we would recommend taking Ubers.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at this hotel. The hotel was comfortable and provided a truly relaxing experience. We were impressed by the exceptional service we received. A special thank you to Mr. Akhil at the reception for his kind assistance. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a staycation.

Branding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a subway station and the main sightseeing areas. The room was nice and spacious, with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it’s served on the top floor, which offers beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aira. My only complaint is that I could hear some noise from outside at night, even though I was on the sixth floor, and there were occasionally a few flies in the room.
