Hotel Doha dengan Kolam Renang

The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. ‘been wanting to chill for a while and this place is really cool. The music, the vibes, the staff are all incredible. Most specially Navin who’s really accommodating, also Rolyn and Krishna who assisted us very well during our stay. My new safe haven ❤️ Will surely visit soon!

The hotel was perfect. It was great for a long layover. We had the opportunity to have a good sleep, easy access to the restaurants in the airports and refresh ourselves by having showers. The service was excellent. We didn’t use the gym or spa but we did watch a few good movies. If I do have long layovers again, I would definitely book in at the hotel.

To anyone looking for a truly exceptional 5-star experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Every interaction with Sanjana was a delight. She anticipated my needs and was always one step ahead, making me feel like a valued and pampered guest. Sanjana's dedication to her role was evident and greatly appreciated.

Service with a smile. When staying long term in a hotel, the fact that everyone takes the time to learn who you are is so refreshing. From reception, to gym, to pool, to restaurant and bars, there are many to say thank you ‘Sushmita’ in O’Glacee and ‘Emanuel’ the bagagiste are but two of the staff who make it a pleasure to stay here. It’s a great location, within walking distance of the metro and Souq waqif. Clean & modern with a delightfully familiar charm, it doesn’t feel like a chain hotel, but a boutique home away from home in Doha.

Hotel looks brand new and still plenty of building work around outside. Ground floor cafe also being finished off. Really pleasant staff, but no hot water when I was there. Otherwise very comfortable rooms. Easy to get around and Metro nearby. Would stay again if there was a deal.

موقع ممتاز و خيار استثنائي في وست باي الدوحة. بالقرب من سيتي سنتر الدوحة و المترو ستيشن. استقبال مميز و فريق عمل محترف على مدار الساعة. سعة الغرف ممتازة و تأثيثها ممتاز جداً. السرير مريح جداً. مستوى الهدوء مميز بالرغم من وجود بعض مشاريع البناء بالجوار. انصح فيه بقوة و سأكرر زيارتي للفندق
