I recently stayed at Ezdan Hotel Doha and was truly impressed by what it had to offer. As one of the largest hotels in Doha, it caters to a wide range of guests with its diverse accommodations—from cozy single rooms to spacious long-stay apartments—all designed with modern comforts in mind. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding range of facilities. The Olympic-sized swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped health club made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Dining options were plentiful too, with a variety of international cuisines alongside local Arabic dishes, and I especially enjoyed the in-room dining experience offered by the hotel’s signature restaurant. What really set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering personalized care and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable, and it was clear that their warm hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel's reputation. Moreover, the location is a major advantage. Situated within walking distance of the corniche and near West Bay, the hotel offers easy access to Doha’s vibrant city life, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. For families, the outdoor playground and dedicated kid’s pool add an extra layer of convenience and fun. Overall, Ezdan Hotel Doha strikes an excellent balance between luxury and affordability. Its impressive facilities, top-notch customer service, and prime location combine to create an outstanding hospitality experience—one that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Qatar.

The location was ideal close to the metro station and restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to the National Museum and, if determined, it is possible to walk to the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif. Got a free room upgrade and had a fantastic view of the museum and some of the harbour. The room itself was comfortable with good facilities, stable WiFi, and a cosy bed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with my inquiries and check in/out was a breeze. It is about 15 mins from Hamad International Airport airport by taxi. Would recommend and would stay again next time I'm in Doha.

Excellent place to stay in Doha, very friendly staff. Hotel room is lovely with nice amenities, lots of hot water, fresh towels, comfy bed. Breakfast was great, lots of good choices, nice Coffee. The location is excellent, just a few walking distance to the Corniche and the National Museum metro station. There is a gym , sauna and gorgeous swimming pool. On my next visit to Doha I will stay at this great hotel.

I stayed at Sapphire Plaza Hotel for two nights and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient — there are cafés, small shops, and a few restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab food without taking a taxi every time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly good. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential. The bathroom was a bit dated, but everything functioned well and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a decent job, although I would have appreciated slightly more attention to detail. Breakfast had enough variety — not a huge selection, but the basics were fresh and tasty. The staff were polite and responsive, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. There’s no luxury feel here, but for the price and location, Sapphire Plaza Hotel is a solid and reliable option. I’d stay again if I needed something affordable and central.

I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness.

Branding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!

Good size room (I was told that I had been upgraded free?), bed is quite firm. 2 extra pillows in the cupboard 👍 nice). Very friendly and helpful staff. But, the bathroom is tiny and cramped. The shower water pools at the rear of the shower cubicle and does not drain - ewww. The carpet was not flat and easily tripped over (how hard would it be to relay it FFS?). Breakfast was barely adequate. (pizza for breakfast??). The location was pretty good - 10 minute walk to 2 different metro stations. If you are in Doha for the F1, it's ok because you won't be in the room much.

I stayed at Saraya Palace Hotel in Doha, Qatar for 10 days. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, making my visit enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

This hotel is mediocre at best. Good things are that the rooms are large, breakfast is OK, location is very good. Bad things are that the hotel is old and not maintained in best condition. The shower pressure is fluctuating. It is not top clean, merely acceptable level. The furniture are old, you can see finger marks or scratches on them. Toilet seat has yellowed out with stains of old. You can notice the splotches of silicone in bathroom tiles, clear markers of cheap labor. Towels are coarse. Can say more but you get the picture. If you are a discerning traveler, you might be bothered with such details, though this feeling may be offset with the relatively low price of the hotel. Lastly, the hotel actually warns you about this and it bears notice that there are bars in the hotel and weekends being a lot of bachelor party-goers to the hotel at night.

With utmost honesty: second time flying to Doha, Qatar; booked the hotel because I got some bonuses from Trip App and a deal from booking the hotel. Also it was with 1 star better than the first one. The hotel, from my experience with being booked at it and judging just from my hotel room, it was from a hotel with maximum 2.5 stars, at best; comparatively with the first one, it wasn't by any chance a room from a hotel with 4 stars. - the shower curtain bar was rusted all over it; - the toilet seat had some sort of yellow stains on it and looked old; - dust everywhere and even though it was a sandstorm when I arrived, and with all the windows closed, there was still dust on the shelves. - from the pictures the room seemed a bit larger, but it felt a bit more cramped than the other hotel room when I stayed the first time, maybe from the way it was arranged in the interior. On the last night or maybe day, the air con broke and it was very hot, they could not repair until the next day, but the good part was that they gave us another room for the night. - the service was good, and the personnel were polite; - the hallways were all clean and the lobby was very nice. Over all, like I've said, I can't speak for the rest of the hotel, just from my room, but it never felt like a 4 stars hotel. I don't think I will book again here, maybe if it is absolute necessary.
