I recently had the pleasure of staying at two exceptional hotels in Dubai: DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel and DAMAC Maison Distinction. Both hotels exceeded my expectations with their luxurious amenities, prime locations, and exceptional service. DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel offers stunning views of the Dubai Canal, complemented by beautifully designed rooms that provide a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool area. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with many attractions and dining options nearby. DAMAC Maison Distinction was equally impressive. The hotel's modern design, spacious suites, and breathtaking views of the city skyline made our stay unforgettable. The view of this hotel is really nice

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful but the few rooms had noisy ac sound and we couldn’t sleep.

Terrible service. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

One word is not enough to represent my inner feelings. First of all, I have stayed at JW Marriott and Marriott's apartment hotel in the Business Bay area in Dubai at the same price of around 1,500. This time, I saw that it was a five-star hotel, including the location and the fact that I could walk to Dubai Mall, so I thought it would be a good choice. I didn't expect it. 1. The room type shown by Ctrip is very different from the actual one. I booked a downtown view, but the window on the 7th floor of the lower floor I was taken to actually looked out at the business building opposite. You can forget about the Burj Khalifa. I communicated with the front desk staff in English, and their attitude was very tough. They said it was normal that our promotional pictures did not match the actual ones, and the room type of the day was the standard. I asked if there were any high floors, but there were none. However, they asked me to pay extra to change to the canal view room that the Ctrip system showed as booked. I asked why it was shown that it could be upgraded after booking? The hotel said that this was booked by someone else, and if I wanted to upgrade, they could do it. It was simply illogical and deceived consumers. 2. Since I couldn't cancel, I decided to pay extra to upgrade the room on the 19th floor. I paid 200 dirhams, but the constant noise from the decoration from 10 am to 5 pm prevented me from getting a good rest after jet lag. The bedsheets were even more outrageous, they were pilling sheets that had been used countless times by Samsung standards. The carpet was dirty, and the sofa was not as modern as in the pictures. The wifi signal in the bedroom was one bar. 3. The reason why I think it is outrageous is that Chinese people have reported the same problem in the subsequent reviews, and the attitude of my attempt to communicate with the hotel made me understand how indifferent they are. At the same time, it is conceivable that many compatriots who cannot communicate fluently in English have suffered the same loss. 4. If you want to spend 1700 to find a hotel with a good location in downtown Dubai, please don't look at this one. Other options must be more worthwhile even in the peak season.

The service is good and the staff do a great job, a bit annoying with the reviews you leave on Google but I understand. The room is cleaned every day, they do this very well. Breakfast costs 75aed, it is fine but nothing special. You have to ask for an adapter at the reception to be able to connect the devices if you are a foreigner. There are very few sockets available in the room. They should do some renovation of the furniture and some details, but in general the room is already good and spacious, it is like an apartment. 15 minutes walk from the Burj.

It is only four traffic lights away from Dubai Mall. The hotel has good facilities and starts cleaning the rooms at 12 noon every day. Overall it is good.
