Hotel berhampiran Marks and Spencer, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

My family had an amazing stay at Rose Park Hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the Steambath & Sauna. The hotel is also near to Mashreq Metro Station and other restaurants. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager - Mr. Shahul, Supervisor - MMS for the birthday decoration and to the helpful room attendants Tanvir and Mubarak for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saya hanya meminta mereka  untuk memotong rambutMereka menolak saya untuk melakukannya tetapi mereka tidak memberitahu saya harga untuk rawatan muka selepas mereka melakukannya. Mereka meminta saya membayar $250. Mereka sangat penipu, mereka meminta saya untuk potong rambut dan untuk rawatan muka dan untuk pembersihan kaki 550usd kami adalah tetamu hotel. Hotel mesti bertanggungjawab untuk jenis chitters ini Tetapi berdekatan hotel saya mempunyai masa yang indah di Marriot. Kakitangan sangat membantu dan mesra. Saya pasti mengesyorkan tinggal di sana.

我和太太於2024年三月三十一日入住杜拜香格里拉酒店，第一印象已經非常滿意，酒店大堂寬敞、明亮、佈置幽雅！所有員工服務態度有禮、誠懇、細心！ 而最驚喜是把我們所訂的普通房間升級至豪華貴賓房，雖然當時祇是上午十一時許，他們一方面引領我們到41樓的休閑室，享受茶點，另一方面立即分配在40樓的貴賓房間給 我們休息，非常貼心！ 另外，我們也嘗試過酒店內著名的越南餐廳，食物不止多款式，而且味道美味、賣相亦吸引！ 總括逗留在酒店的三日兩夜，百份百有賓至如歸，甚至有點受龎若驚的感覺！哈哈！ 下次若有機會再來杜拜旅行，我們一定再選擇入住這香格里拉酒店！

It was one of the bests in Dubai. I've been in several hotels before. I'm telling you this is the one you can feel relaxed and everything is just right there. The waterpark and Dolphine Bay are close and there are some swimming pools. The aquarium is also in the hotel. I prefered having breakfast in the room and the room service was completely satisfactory. I enjoyed my stay. Highly Recommended👍👍👍

Ia adalah pengalaman yang baik untuk tinggal di dalam kapal ini. Ia adalah kapal yang besar. Kami mendapat bilik yang sangat bagus, luas dan sejuk. Perkhidmatan yang baik dan cepat. Walau bagaimanapun, katil adalah sangat kecil untuk orang bersaiz baik. Keseluruhan kapal itu kelihatan seperti filem hollywood seram lama di mana segala-galanya ditinggalkan. Sukar untuk mencari arah, dan ia boleh menjadi menakutkan dengan sangat sedikit orang di sekeliling. Ia juga seperti kembali ke masa lalu menerokai tempat-tempat yang sepatutnya diduduki dengan banyak perniagaan dan orang. Saya harap mereka menghidupkannya semula kerana Dubai hampir sentiasa penuh dengan pelancong.

My room was new renovated, all was well, check-in fast. Little complain, the drain in the shower was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. Apart from that, it was not my first and not my last stay.

The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

Stay was Excellent. Room is nice and furnished with kettle, iron, etc. only missing was hair dryer. Hotel facilities were great. They got a small pool and gym. Location is next to Sharjah Expo Centre and for shopping, it is closer to Nesto. Staff were excellent- during our check-in process, Ms. Sharon was supportive in sorting the procedures and get it done smoothly. Breakfast Restaurant was Orient, well supplied to meet different cuisine. Its value for money stay and extremely happy with the stay.
