Hotel berhampiran The B1, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

We indulged in a truly comfortable and welcoming stay at StudioM Dubai. With an exceptional comfort and friendly hospitality, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the cozy accommodations to the attentive and welcoming staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend StudioM Dubai for a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

I will not recommend this hotel. I am not satisfied with the front desk staff. It takes too long to get check in. And in the evening around 7pm, no one was at the front desk. The security staff helped me to ask someone to come out from a room behind the desk, he specifically said it’s a Chinese. I don’t understand why nationality is so important for these staff. And apparently no one seems want to meet a Chinese. Because I was standing there waiting for at least 10 minutes and no one comes out or tell me to wait or anything! I was disappointed by its service. I felt being discriminated. The cleaning service is good overall.

You know that was not bad, location is convenient for business travelers get to the airport and some places you have to be, anyway I highly recommend it personally.

Kami menginap selama 3 malam.. lokasi hotel ini sangat memudahkan kami, hanya beberapa minit perjalanan dari pantai La mer dan Jumeirah. Hotel ini mempunyai gimnasium kecil yang bagus tetapi tiada kolam renang. Terdapat juga bar dan anda boleh memesan makanan dan minuman ke bilik anda. Bersih dan terawat dengan baik, lebih baik daripada yang kami jangkakan..

Hotel ini agak lama, tetapi lokasinya sangat unggul. Terdapat kereta bawah tanah, empat perhentian dari kereta bawah tanah ialah Dubai Mall, pasar raya besar dan pusat membeli-belah. Ia sangat mudah untuk makan dan minum di sekitar hotel. Ia tidak digalakkan order sarapan pagi, kalau order sarapan setiap hari, memang membazir. Anak-anak tak suka .

Ia adalah penginapan yang baik tetapi di dalam bilik kurang kemudahan kakitangan adalah ramah pembersihan bilik sedikit buruk boleh diperbaiki

Sarapan adalah ***a bufet, dan masih terdapat banyak jenis makanan. Namun, tidak banyak makanan yang menepati citarasa orang Cina, dan saya tidak biasa dengannya. Kerana ia adalah seorang, tidak ada cara untuk mengalami katil tambahan dan kanak-kanak. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Lokasi hotel ini baik, betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Dubai, hanya 300 hingga 400 meter dari terminal T3. Ia adalah kira-kira 6 minit hingga 10 minit dengan kereta. Bas jemput percuma hotel beroperasi antara lapangan terbang dan hotel sekali sejam, yang sangat mudah. Hotel ini terletak 5 atau 6 minit dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan bas, dan teksi juga sangat mudah. Walau bagaimanapun, anda mesti mengambil teksi biasa untuk melakukan perjalanan. Saya memandu kereta tanpa papan tanda teksi di hadapan hotel ke Longcheng Mall. Pemandu meminta pemandu tempatan untuk AED 180. Kerana masalah bahasa, saya terpaksa membayar. Apabila saya kembali, saya mengambil teksi biasa, jarak yang sama seperti semasa saya pergi, dan membayar 39 yuan untuk meter, dan memberi pemandu 40 yuan, iaitu perbezaan 140 yuan dari kereta hitam. Kereta hitam itu terlalu menipu. Nampaknya ia sama di mana-mana, kita mesti melakukan sesuatu melalui saluran rasmi untuk mengelak daripada ditipu.

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
