Hotel 3 Bintang di Duesseldorf

Séjour de deux nuits fin juin. Le personnel est absolument charmant, la literie est très confortable et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement... C'est bien mais voilà malheureusement les seuls points positifs que l'on peut trouver à cet établissement ! Non loin de la gare (ce qui n'est pas un inconvénient a priori), il est situé à l'angle de deux grandes rues très fréquentées jour et nuit : importants bruits de circulation à tout moment ! Un night shop juste en face draine les fêtards alcoolisés et autres marginaux : cela ne contribue pas à créer une ambiance zen et reposante. Les lieux eux-mêmes sont plutôt vieillots et la propreté générale assez limite; voire carrément douteuse. Une grosse impression de délabrement règne dans les parties communes. Malgré que l'hôtel soit étiqueté ”non fumeur”, notre chambre empestait le tabac froid : 48 heures non stop de fenêtre ouverte ne sont même pas parvenu à faire disparaître cette désagréable odeur... Sachant que notre chambre était au premier étage côté rue et juste aussi de l'espace de livraison, vous imaginez aisément le bruit dont nous avons pu bénéficier...Salle de bains petite mais efficace. Enfin, pas eu l'occasion de tester le petit-déjeuner : on n'en servait pas pour cause de Covid-19! Voilà, expérience très mitigée et prix largement surfait... il y a certainement (beaucoup) mieux pour (beaucoup) moins cher ! Conclusion : peu emballant !

The staff is customer friendly, polite and thoughtful. The room is pleasant and clean for a soft price. This hotel is surrounded by many good pubs, good quality restaurants and supermarkets. Love to come back to this hotel for sure.

Das positive an dem Hotel war definitiv die Lage. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof und nicht weit entfernt von der Stadtmitte. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war erstaunlicherweise im Gegensatz zur restlichen Qualität des Hotels gut. Zum negativen: Das Hotel hat definitiv eine Renovierung notwendig! Die Betten und die Ausstattung sind sehr alt und riechen auch dementsprechend. Leider haben wir uns aufgrund dieser Ausstattung absolut nicht wohlgefühlt. Der Fernsehen war so klein, dass wir ihn vom Bett aus nicht mal sehen konnten. Das Badezimmer war wirklich sehr ranzig und es hat alles gestunken. Das Ambiente von unserem Zimmer war sehr schlimm, wir haben uns fast wie in einem Gefängnis von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit her gefühlt. Die Kissen waren sehr klein und die Betten ziemlich hart. Qualität wird in diesem Haus leider nicht groß geschrieben. Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung, aber mehr hätten wir nicht ausgehalten. Wir haben für zwei Nächte in so einer Qualität definitiv zu viel Geld bezahlt!

Hotel bem localizado, quarto confortável e espaçoso e equipe super eficiente.

We came for 5 days myself and my brother and the hotel was in a superb place for us to explore and we had tickets for dortmund vs Newcastle, we didn't have any breakfast at this hotel, but other places to try, we used the train at dusseldorf Station a 5 min walk from the hotel, myself and my brother used the WiFi for different reasons which was great, dortmund by train is 1 hour and 25 mins, we would walk to the main shopping area which was about a 25 min walk, head to the Riverside of dusseldorf and they have some nice restaurants there, we visited the tower and I am scared of heights and we were high up in our room and had no issues with it and would come back to this hotel and dusseldorf again

I stayed in Hotel Schumacher in Feb 2022 and it was great value for money. It was a simple, clean hotel with some funky art on the walls. The location was good for me, and near a train station and walking distance to the centre of Düsseldorf. Staff were nice, and I had a good experience here. During my stay there was a massive storm, so the room was quite noisy due to this, but I don’t think this would normally be the case. The on-suite was nice and large, and the room was very clean.

The sincerity, friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, from service to cleanliness, from reception to kitchen, are admirable. When I came to my room, I always found my bathroom and room clean. When I returned to my room, which I left in a hurry, even my pajamas were folded. The bathroom, sink and kitchen are really clean. Breakfast was buffet style and was very nice. The hotel offers free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Friends at the reception are there to help you whenever you want, 24 hours a day. This hotel was a last minute choice and I was quite superised the front desk lady very helpful and polite this is an old building and the lift was very small My room was on the top floor 506 it's was a single room while small it was fine for one person had everything that was needed bed was comfortable room was clean had bar fridge TV hair dryer wardrobe heating no aircon but no need for this time of year the internet was not great at times but not a big issue The hotel has a lot of art work displayed in rooms and common areas of the hotel done by a local artist Breakfast was included for my booking and I found it to be a good start to the day 3 hit dishes and all the regular items and was being replenished as needed Location is great 10/15 min walk to station or city center with cafes and restaurants at your door for the price this great value

Bien pour une nuit ou +. Équipements de cuisine complet. Disponibilité h24 de la chambre par codes et mail. Double vitrage vieillissant (rue très passante). Rideau de douche obsolète et perméable qui fait inonder la salle de bain. Correct dans l’ensemble

Super service upon arrival at the Hotel. I came in the morning, and the room was not ready yet. I left my suitcases at the hotel. And I went to the fair. The railway station is 300m from the hotel. In addition, there is also a Metro station. Very fast to the destination, especially if the temperature outside is around 0. At the reception they gave me a free subway ticket. This is probably the practice during the fair On the way back to the hotel, it didn't work in the room. Heating, TV, WiFi. I went to dinner, and everything was working when I came back. Super service from the guy at the reception. Another big plus of this hotel is that within 500m there are countless restaurants, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, etc.
