This b and b is immaculate downstairs and upstairs so clean and very nice decor breakfast is superb, would highly recommend a stay here, very welcoming from the host and nothing to much trouble. Situated opposite the beach ten minute walk into town.

This is the third time we have stayed at Ebor Lodge because it is lovely! The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The bed linen and towels are excellent quality, as are the provided toiletries and drinks in the room. The breakfast is truly special though. From the full english (including vegetarian) to smoked salmon and eggs the choice is fantastic. Plus huge choice of cereals, nuts, dried fruit, yoghurt and big bowl of fresh melon, pineapple, blueberries. Our hosts are charming and interested in us as individual guests offering tips regarding our stay. We will always stay in Ebor Lodge in future because I do not think we could find anywhere better.

Just arrived back from break at Ebor Lodge, Eastbourne. The hotel was fabulous. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. Will definitely go back. The drive from Essex was OK even with road diversions, it was no trouble. Was taken as part of 70th birthday present and I couldn't have enjoyed it any better. PS The little veranda was a good suntrap over looking beach and sea.

We had a Fab little room on the second floor. The Attention to detail was excellent. Little sweets and biscuits bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice en-suite with complementary items The breakfast was very nice as were the hosts

Lovely little BnB in a great location. Warm and friendly host, who very kindly accommodated me when I turned up on the doorstep the morning after working all night. Great breakfast and only a 2 minute walk to the seafront, and 5 minutes to the pier etc. Highly recommended, and I stay in a lot of hotels through work. Please disregard the nasty and biased review from 'Joann O' below.

Warm and friendly hosts .easy parking .Good location .loved the guest sitting room ..bedroom a little small but coftable bed great shower and loads of added extras ..very clean .breakfast had a good range and very well presented..would recommend this as a comfortable base to visit eastbourne great hosts

This is the second time we have stayed at Ebor Lodge and we will return. Always a warm welcome from the owners, very clean, rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast is first class, there is nothing you could possibly be disappointed with.
