Mll Mediterranean Bay - Adults Only

Please do not waste any of your time or money going to this hotel. The rooms are not what is shown in the photos and are the size of a shoe box, you practically walk in and trip over the bed. The balcony we had in room 204 was overlooking a shop which constantly stunk of people smoking. Upon arrival we asked for additional pillows as these were wafer thin and was like sleeping on a sheet of paper, these never arrived so we had to use the blankets for head and neck support. This room also must have had the worlds thinnest walls as we was able to hear every conversation going on either side of us at all times. The room also had an awful noise for x3 nights which was the sound of a WC refilling every 10/15 seconds. Booked a double room but was the standard 2 single beds. The food was constantly cold and very poor & also made us both very unwell including my pregnant girlfriend. When we told the staff nothing was said or done until 2 days before we were leaving and then we was offered late check out. When booking late check out we was asked back to reception 3 times to confirm as no notes had been placed on the system. The hotel staff was constantly rude when we was asking for our drinks throughout the day and would often mutter under their breath in Spanish. The “snack” bar was left out stall pastry’s from the morning which were shocking but you could always pay for food at the bar as part of your all inclusive holiday when you are also paying for your beer to be served in a dirty wine glass or plastic cup. Considering this is an adults only hotel there is no need for plastic cups epically dirty ones. The pool was the size of a paddling pool at the rear of the hotel. Where a member of staff quite clearly had brought his partner to work and went into the formal toilet with her for over 15 minutes and then left and acted like it was normal. Bear in mind there is only 2 external WC facilities so it was very clear what was happening and what they were up to. The beer was flat and the wine was warm. Luckily my girlfriend is pregnant so only one of us had to endure this awful part of the holiday. One of the pools was outside of reception on the corner of a main road which clearly is miss sold from the advertising photos. The staff also would not change up notes for coins when asked as we wanted to play pool but then did so for another couple which I believe were German I do not know if this was because I am English but it did feel like they didn’t want us there. There was no facility to make a tea or coffee in the morning or access to get this after or before certain times considering this was a all inclusive holiday we ended up eating out and having more snacks than expected. Although the hotel had said they did not want people bringing snacks in they had no issue with people sitting at night on the limited seats (around 20) drinking out of cans like teenagers in parks. We both looked to get a flight home earlier but decided we may as well stay and spend

My newly married wife and I spent 6hrs here and had to leave this hotel is absolutely disgusting definitely not a 4star hotel,not the hotels fault but the people advertising it it’s in a very run down area the rooms are extremely basic and dirty,if your on a hen/stagdoo it would be ideal but for a romantic short break definitely not ,I would not recommend for romantic quiet break

The service was verry good, really nice staff. They help you inmediatly. The food buffet was lovely, lot’s of choices of defferent foods& drinks. If you needed anything, they would be right there to help you, verry kind staff. Good teamwork in there team.

Comfortable and stylish rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of places to relax. The roof top bar is an exceptional addition to the hotel with amazing views! Entertainment on an evening is good too. 3 brilliant pools. Definitely would recommend to others.

A week on full board through imserso. Although the hotel is in a horrible area, it didn't look bad at all, but the food was a disaster. Rice, potatoes, pasted pasta and some low-quality meat or fish that shone in its absence. Pineapple or melon and stop counting. Neither fruit nor yogurt. The director defended herself by saying that with what we were paying her, 24 euros, they couldn't do miracles, and she was so broad. The pitiful entertainer. Always the same. Yes, he did his dracqueen show and stayed with all the imserso clients. To those who asked us reiteradas veces que votaramos en positivo la estancia, sobre todo en la comida. Muy triste.

Where to start! I understand the rules regarding three drinks for all inclusive, but a wine glass of beer?! The very definition of 'all inclusive' is everything included, but not even a cup of decent coffee or bottle of water was! Just plastic cups of fanta or cola available, and for hot drinks a rubbish vending machine with paper cups that only spat out dirty water. Service at both the rooftop bar and pool bar was non existent in the day. We waited twenty minutes for the girl to finally reappear after disappearing off somewhere with a young guy she was chatting to at the bar. Dinner was average on a good day and vile on others. A stew with lumps of bone in. Fish with bone in. Plain pasta. There was a constant stench of fish around the place. The room was the size of a postage stamp. Only good part was the view from the roof terrace. 'Entertainment' was very much aimed at the Germans there. It is, out of season, like a retirement home. Didn't find the staff at reception or bars friendly or helpful in any way. Avoid.
