Love this place! I stayed for 5 nights and it wasn't enough. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food and music in the restaurant was great, 10/10 would recommend. It's also right in front of the beach and a perfect location to see all of El Nido. I hope I will go back soon!

I have been here before and I am happy to be back! The day to day maintenance was impeccable. Shared bathrooms were always clean. Angelo from the front desk was very helpful. He recommended attractions we can go to and helped us with our inquiries. The breakfast was good. This place is also near the area with many restaurants and quaint cafes.

I understand why reviews of this hotel are so mixed. I first stayed in the newer part - a beautiful room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the beach. The room was clean, new and sparkling. There was a modern key card lock system, a fabulous bathroom and great views. Then, I was transferred to a room in the older section. Here, the bathroom had only a hand held shower head, the grout was discolored and the water didn't drain well, leaving me standing in a puddle while using the sink. The wood furniture and floor was scuffed and worn. The door lock used a key and was a bit flimsy. That said, it had a balcony overlooking the beach that offered the same great views. Avoid the first floor, as others have said, because people walk by on the way to breakfast and there is little privacy. El Nido beach is very busy, with walkers, vendors, even motorcycles, so be sure to get a higher floor.

We had amazing experience staying at CADLAO RESORT, when we arrived they sent tuktuk for pick up and upon arrival they guided really well throughout.. they arranged nice anniversary setup in room for us . They offered free cocktails from. 3-5 pm and you can watch best view while enjoying the cocktails at restaurant. This resort has 3 pools for each room location… staff is very courteous.. rooms are comfortable.. overall we had great stay.. i will definitely recommend this for families and couples. Our stay at Lihim Resort was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing hospitality from the staff. Having butlers assigned to us was a lovely experience; they were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating to all our requests. The hospitality of all the staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The location of the resort is fantastic—very peaceful with impeccable views. Although the funicular was not working, requiring us to walk down from our villa to the restaurants and pool area, the staff made up for it by providing car transport whenever we needed it. A tip for those staying during July-August: bring mosquito repellent spray or lotion. There were quite a few mosquitoes around, even in our room, but this is understandable given the proximity to nature. The breakfast was good, offering different choices each day. The staff were lovely, and the scrambled eggs were perfect. They even went out of their way to cook longanisa for us daily upon request, which was a delightful touch. The facial treatment and the two-hour integrative and Panari massage were exceptional—some of the best we've experienced. There are plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy, and the views are stunning. Overall, we would definitely recommend Lihim Resort and look forward to coming back again.

The facility itself is nice but for the my version of a 5 star rating the resort would need to meet the standard of Peninsula Tokyo or the Park Hyatt in Kyoto. Unfortunately the facility doesn’t not meet that standard. What will make up for the lack of the amenities, cleanliness and attention to detail is the service provider. From the front desk to the waiter and waitress, to the cleaning Male/ladies, the service staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Last draw back is the sand flies (nik nik as the locals refer to them) are pesky little suckers….literally which makes one hesitant to enjoy the beautiful beach on the resort…which then leads to you missing the beautiful sunrise and sunset that one would expect in paradise. Over all, yes i would gladly return to this facility. It is probably the best on the island but I cannot on good conscience say the this is a 5star resort.

How to start…. Unable to explain the overwhelming overly excellent hospitality of NBR and the Sunmai restaurant! Felt like we are part of their little family. My son was sick and front desk lady in the morning sent him hot tea with honey. Gave us access if doctor is needed. The Sunmai restaurant chef and servers modified their menu on what I am craving and they made it happen. So appreciative of little things but means so much. Felt really good after a relaxing massage from their outstanding masseuses. Beach is just so Picture Perfect!!! Can’t thank you enough to everyone made our stay stress free, worry free and never felt safe in Nacpan! It’s a home away from home!!! Thank you from the Abenojar’s of California!

Лучший пляж рядом с эль-нидо, рекомендую (но вводе бывают мелкие медузы - немного напрягают но безопасно). Завтраки вкусные и большой выбор - бесплатно кофе айс и фреши фруктов. Персонал очень отзывчивый.

This trip was decided on at the nick of time and we just came accross this resort via online. Not everything fell in perfectly but the serenity and the beauty of the place made our stay worth reminiscing. This resort keeps the best sunset viewing in the Island. Their food and beverage offerings can excessively satisfy your Island cravings as it is flavorful and instagrammable. A place isn’t a place to be if the people are not at their best. Please know that Nacpan Beach Villa has the best people in making your stay experience exceptional. It is worthy to mention few of the stellars in the like of Jonnel who made our booking arrangements spotless, Marve who welcomed us warmly and made our stay hassle free by all of his constant engagements and follow ups, Annie and Merla who swiftly arranged our transfers and other needs - both ladies are equally amazing and spectacular. They even sent us off warmly during our Island hopping tour. Mr. Rodel of Sunmai Restaurant who was all around providing his best for a seamless dining experience. Joemar of Glamping who was also an instrument in providing our orher basic needs when we were lounging in front of the restaurant and whenever we approached the reception for assistance. Of course, the Operations Manager Mr. Butch whom I offer my multiple thumbs up for his outstanding and unparalleled management efforts. All the best Nacpan Beach Villa, Glamping and Resort team! You are the “Safe Haven” of El Nido!! Tip: please provide clothes dryer in your room veranda. This is a resort and expect guests to get themselves wet multiple times a day.
