Hotel di El Nido dengan Kolam Renang

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und groß. Die Lage des Hotels mit dem privaten Strand sind natürlich das absolute Highlight gewesen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Kajaks etc. konnte man umsonst ausleihen, das ist ebenso ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur aufgekochten Kaffee, für den Rest musste man extra zahlen - finde ich bei dem Preis schon wirklich traurig. Ebenso ist das Personal teilweise sehr langsam. Wenn ich alleine an der Poolbar sitze und 15 Minuten auf meine Cola warten muss + noch mal drauf hinweisen muss, ist das wirklich schade.

Perfect in every case … Salil and the F&B-Team were amazing. The bungalow was very nice. Sometimes you have the feeling in the Lagoon villas, that people see you. Staff at reception could be more open. No options for late check-out. Sometimes it was completely full at the pool, that there was no space for a sunbath. … I had to rest on my veranda. Overall a little too expensive, but worth a stay.

We spent 6 nights at the Last Frontier Beach Resort. It is a great little gem located in the Corong area of El Nido. The location is right on the water and a short trike ride to El Nido. The property is adults only and comprised of mostly individual cottages and a few suites and standard rooms. We occupied the suites while the majority of our group stayed in the cottages. All of the rooms are great, charming, well maintained and we would most likely choose the cottages if we were to return. The grounds are lush, tropical and peaceful. Close to the beach is a wonderful pool and lawn area overlooking the ocean where the 7 in our group spent each morning sipping coffee and in the evening gathering for cocktails while watching the sunset. The restaurant is very well staffed and the food is delicious. Judith and her crew work very hard and did a great job meeting our needs during breakfast, happy hours and dinners. They are very friendly, a pleasure to be around and super attentive to any request you may make. Diana and Weng did a great job at the front desk and were able to assist with tour arrangements, massage appointments and a whole host of other requests with ease and grace. For our farewell dinner Diana was able to arrange for a traditional “Boodle Fight” feast on the beach for our group which was amazing. We left the Last Frontier with the most amazing memories and pictures of sunsets and highly recommend the property to anyone visiting El Nido!

The Karuna resort is a hillside paradise. We loved everything about the resort. The location was central and the views were absolutely stunning. Warning: there are quite a few steep hills and stairs all around the resort. You'll definitely get your workout here, but its so worth it. Our joglo was perfect. Clean and well appointed with modern amenities including comfortable beds, flatscreen TV with Netflix, fast wifi, and AC. There was plenty of room for our family of 3, along with a kitchen and large wraparound deck with views of the bay. It felt like our home away from home. We spent a lot of time at the pool, restaurant, and bar, which happened to be our favorite spots at the resort. The bar has a great happy hour and the restaurant has an extensive menu with lots of variety. One of the best things about Karuna is the staff. Lester, Sarifa, Tiffany, Prince, and Ellen were excellent hosts. They made our stay so wonderful, which made it hard to say goodbye!

Es un hotel muy cercano a la playa y cercana a las excursiones que salen del puerto, muchos lugares para cenar, linda piscina. Tuve problemas al llegar de conexión a internet, TV funcionando mal, agua caliente, etc; finalmente por insistencia me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación más grande pero con problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento también. El desayuno olvidable. Creo que es un hotel con gran potencial por su ubicación e instalaciones, pero deberían prestar atención a los detalles de limpieza, mantenimiento y demás, en vez de ponerle nombre a todo en el hotel (incluso la tapa del depósito del inodoro), gestionarlo con alguien que haya estado en una gran cadena de hoteles para que vea todas las falencias, ya que hoy parece estar gestionado por familias sin experiencia en la calidad hotelera.

We stayed at El Nido Coco Resort for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The resort is very lush and well kept – especially the pool. Which we used daily. It was a short walk to our rooms (bungalow by the beach) but did not mind it at all! Having your own bungalow and front porch was great, as it gave us privacy and a relaxed space. Location is good (assuming you want something less busy). it was a short tricycle ride to town and Las Cabanas Beach but also away from the crowds. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Room was decent size and clean. Aircon worked great! We didn’t watch much TV (for obvious reasons) but it did have a few English channels. They offer massages by the pool which was nice to have. The power went out once, but it went back on after a few mins – think they have a generator. Which was very helpful as outages in this island happens occasionally. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was above and beyond - really appreciated it. I would stay here again and it’s a great price for an April stay.

The hotel is behind a mountain, which means the only way in and out is with their transfers in 4x4, that are absurdly expensive. There is a 3 min path through the forest to a point where a tricycle can pick you up, but you need to call them ahead. The description in booking is not accurate, there is no 6 min walking to el nido, it is more 15 min tricycle + 3 min walking. I would have loved to know this in advance, we travel with kids and would have gone for an easier option. The premium villas are up the mountain, you need to go by funicular, which sometimes is not working due to maintenance issues, then you have to get a car up to your villa, both things you should plan ahead, the funicular operator is not always there, neither the cars. Also the funicular is not working early in the morning. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, which is a reasonable hour if you are planning to go to a tour, but the 3 days that we went at that time, not everything was ready. They picked us up from the airport with a pick up, the luggage was behind in the open and arrived completely covered in dust, the butler tried to clean it but it wasn’t easy. There are several things in the villa that weren’t working properly, like hair dryer, really bad smell in the toilet, dirt in the curtains… but those were small issues, the main issue we had is that in our last night our rooms were full of bugs, they were everywhere and it was impossible to sleep like that with bugs crawling over us, so we moved to a much smaller villa down the mountain and they gave us a discount due to the downgrade. The discount was nice and the staff did their best with the situation, but we lost more than 1 hour trying to kill the bugs to sleep there and also in the morning we had to review all the clothes in the luggage and remove the dead bugs after the fumigation. The pool toilets are out of order and you need to go to a first floor. In summary I don’t think the above is acceptable in a 5 starts hotel with the price they have. The tours were absurdly expensive, but I can’t tell if they were nice because we outsourced.

一人旅には勿体無いです。 最初にデポジットを支払いその中から必要経費が支払われるので、滞在中支払いはなく、また、大体ホテルのプランに含まれるアクティビティでほぼ満足できるので、予約の手間もありません。本当に世俗を忘れることができます。 送迎は三日前まで、アクティビティは、前日までの予約になりますから注意。 ホテル前のビーチの海洋植物、動物を大事に保護、育てているらしく、再生の兆しがみえるし、現在でも、あの狭い入江に、様々な動植物がいて桟橋からも見えるし、シュノーケルでも、ダイビングでもとても楽しいです。 空調は、フィリピンにいることを忘れそうなくらい、気持ちいいです。バスルームお湯もでます。 なにより、スタッフがとても一生懸命で、どんな社員教育してるのか聞いてみたいです。 アクティビティもとても面白いです。 食事は毎日変わります。フィリピンにしては、美味しいのだと思います。(全般において、食事はタイベトナムなどの方がよい。素材はあるのにどうして?)オムレツなんかは、フライパン取り返して自分で作りたかった。デザートもレシピあげたら作ってくれるかしら？)g 一つだけ、排水システムが甘いのかシャワー室にアンモニア臭上がってきます。これは、フィリピン全体的によくあることで、配管システムとか建築時技術とかの根本的問題でしょう。
