Hotel Mesra keluarga di Macau

Our family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation.  From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.  The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family.  Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, it’s quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower.  Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym. On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice 😂 So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money. Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly.  But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you 😂

The noise from the upper room was loud especially someone dragged the heavy chair in the bathroom at night heard just like right next to you. And also hotel is very noisy when it closes. 😳 The western breakfast at Imperial had a Chinese flavor. It didn't seem like it was worth the money. The coffee in the room was totally a disaster. It was unpleasant to drink instant coffee in a 5 star hotel. There isn't any discounts or smthg for hotel guests in children's playground at Venetian street. The pool was very nice with warm water. Front desks and staffs were kindly and professional. I would never stay Venetian again. :(

Beberapa hotel Sands di Taipa lebih mahal, tetapi mereka juga mempunyai kemudahan yang agak besar, perkhidmatan dan keselamatan yang lengkap. Sejak Sheraton hilang, hotel Paris mempunyai nilai wang yang lebih baik. Hotel siri Sands, Venetian, Four Seasons, Londoner, Paris, dll. tidak memerlukan deposit untuk daftar masuk (sebelum ini memerlukan seribu) Sudah tentu, kekurangan semua hotel ialah daftar masuk pada hari cuti mengambil masa yang sangat, sangat lama, sangat lama. Tarikan: Filem difilemkan di mana-mana di Macau Inti tarikan Paris sudah tentu adalah replika Menara Eiffel Sesetengah platform akan memberikan kupon untuk Menara Eiffel🗼 apabila menempah bilik. Adalah disyorkan untuk menyemaknya jika anda berada di sini buat kali pertama. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari Guanye Street Anda boleh menavigasi melalui Venice dan berjalan ke arah Galaxy, atau menaiki teksi terus. Kalau nak ke Ruins of St Paul's, boleh naik bas di bandar lama kalau tak tergesa-gesa Nak naik teksi masih ada pemandu teksi yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Atau gunakan apl untuk menggunakan helah elektrik. Makanan: Restoran di kasino menawarkan makanan 24 jam sehari. Secara peribadi saya rasa layan diri hotel okey, anda boleh mencubanya. Tetapi penggunaannya tidaklah rendah. Menara Telur Andrew yang terkenal mempunyai cawangan di London di Venetian (dalam pengubahsuaian). Ia sangat dekat dengan orang Paris sehingga anda perlu beratur. Pengangkutan: Semua hotel dihubungkan dengan jambatan berbumbung, jadi lebih mudah untuk keluar. **Bas percuma ke (Gongbei Border Gate, Hengqin, Pier) berada di tingkat satu. Di sebelah kiri lobi di tingkat satu Lapangan Terbang Macau. Teksi berada di sebelah kanan selepas keluar dari lobi.

We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗

環境：在氹仔，離澳門機場和橫琴口岸近。和巴黎人、威尼斯人酒店相隔一條馬路，從倫敦人2樓有空中走廊，可以走去巴黎人買東西。御園和倫敦人酒店在同一片建築羣裏，這裏的免税店比巴黎人的小。娛樂場的機器可以直接用港幣，其他方式要去櫃枱兑換。 設施：房間設施齊全，有智能馬桶，全身按摩椅。有一間按摩房間，可以另付費請人按摩。各個設施維護很好，乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，無異味。我們定的騎士套房，一間大床、房一間雙床、三個衞生間。水吧飲料全免費，還有三大抽屜的零食，歡迎點心，免費續。 服務：御園服務非常貼心。管家提前會聯繫，免費接送一次。管家小徐和禮賓小哥來倫敦人接我們，把行李都確認好，直接幫我們拿去御園。我們直接去客房，管家來客房幫我們辦理入住手續，這樣很方便。管家會詢問行程，安排車輛送我們去景點。長者沒帶保温杯，還贈送兩個保温杯給我們。管家24小時隨叫隨到。晚上回房間，管家還放好了洗澡水，超級省心。 餐飲：早餐在36樓，沒什麼人。下午茶在倫敦人3樓的華庭。早餐有自助台，龍蝦、鮑魚、蝦餃、水蟹粥這種要和服務人員點。食材很新鮮，味道規矩。體驗很好。倫敦人華庭的水蟹粥，我們吃着有點鹹。這裏正好入住還送了水果點心，管家看孩子愛吃，馬上把吃完的都補充上。全家人都不喝酒，所以晚上的雞尾酒會，沒有去。 我們住的騎士套房，一晚上3W。包含早餐、下午茶和雞尾酒。還有接送服務。軟硬件各方面都相當滿意。頭一次沒聽長者提出不滿。 這次澳門住過的幾家酒店，我自己的綜合感受排名是倫敦人御園 -倫敦人 -老葡京-永利皇宮-新葡京。

Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor! Tetapi lebih besar daripada bilik lain! Kakitangan yang bertimbang rasa juga datang dengan bekalan kanak-kanak! Zhong membawa selipar pelbagai saiz dan membandingkannya dengan kanak-kanak! Saya mempunyai malam yang baik untuk mendaftar masuk dahulu! Walaupun topeng mata datang dengan semburan bantal! Tetapi mereka semua mempunyai cenderahati dan bar mini Yingji Alangkah baiknya Zhong Gai malam itu👍! Sarapan pagi kedua adalah sangat baik!

位置：酒店位置非常便利，位於新濠天地，威尼斯人和美高美都在附近400米範圍，酒店房間視野特別好，夜景很漂亮 設施：酒店房間很寬敞，設施非常便利，具備泳池、健身房、汗蒸等，符合5星的酒店標準 衞生：衞生非常乾淨，每天除了常規的衞生清理，晚間還有附贈的清理、換洗服務 服務：服務非常好，尤其是酒店的前台tony周錦浩先生，最初我們的訂單酒店並沒有及時接受，是這位前台一直在耐心對待並處理，還有事後遺落在房間的物品也是tony幫忙找尋，服務態度滿分

賓至如歸具體化一點不誇張～全程都很滿意，所以特意去問了當時接待的兩位經理。剛到大堂是很帥氣的男孩子Jackson主動詢問是否入住等訊息，立馬幫忙安置行李，時刻關注排隊辦理入住情況，而後也是由他幫忙拿至房間。辦理入住時候是吳雅婷經理接待，在問候中瞭解到是陪長輩一起入住，還特意介紹了酒店服務以及遊玩攻略，並安排了一間視野很好的房間，家人超級喜歡。也是從辦理入住開始一直和Jackson陪同到房間，很詳細介紹了房間以及使用平板、酒店服務、早餐、遊玩攻略、mini吧等等等等，很温暖，很貼心！若不是行程有變真希望住多幾晚～後面退房時候是王文雅經理，也是好有耐心，得知我們還要購物，很耐心解答分享，並主動提出是否需要將行李暫存再回來，這樣不用拎着拖箱到處跑～必須怒贊！

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times before the pandemic, and I still remember the spacious room and bathroom fondly. So, I decided to return for a birthday celebration. The service provided by Mavis was exceptional. She took the time to explain the different travel options and highlight the tourist sites in the area. Mavis personally walked us to our room, which was beautifully prepared with birthday decorations, and she arranged for a cake to be delivered later. Her kindness and sincerity truly stood out, and we felt the warmth of her service throughout our stay.

All hotel staff (from the concierge, to the bellhop, to reception (front desk), to housekeeping) each and every department staff are all so friendly and thoughtful. 😍🥰 I strongly recommend you to consider booking Studio City - Epic Tower if your are travel to Macau. #Macau #StudioCity #EpicTower #Travel #Vacation #Holiday
