CCherrylywHotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

PPengguna TetamuIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

MMonicaLiuCame for a birthday getaway! No luck on an upgrade and the room was ready a bit late, almost 5pm still no room ready for us😩. We came to celebrate birthday and emailed the hotel a week before and the hotel confirmed would set up the room and give us a complimentary cake. They gave us a birthday cake which was very much appreciated, but the lady who deliver to our room seemed not in a good mood. Yes rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated but terrible check in experience, and no room set up like they promised. From the beginning we were actually planning to stay for another night if everything satisfied but because of the delayed check in and bad service, I decided to book another hotel for our second night. Wouldn't consider staying here again, the only good thing is the location and hotel rooms are newly renovated.

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member I’ve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important.
From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggage’s, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan.
Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai *****, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. It’s a nice gesture to have our luggage’s nicely set up before we got in.
Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel.
After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time
At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal.
The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macao’s specialty) for us to bring home!
St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. We’ll definitely be back soon.

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
I’ve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and I’m left with a lot of HKD currency which I don’t need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel I’ve lost money.
And it’s the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

PPengguna TetamuSpacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient.

PPengguna TetamuPengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

PPengguna TetamuBiasanya ini adalah penginapan yang hebat tetapi malangnya pada kesempatan ini mereka lebih mementingkan tetamu bufet malam mereka daripada tetamu hotel mereka. Tiada makanan tersedia selain perkhidmatan bilik dan itu mengambil masa hampir 90 minit untuk tiba suam-suam kuku - malangnya kerana cuaca tidak mungkin untuk pergi ke tempat lain. Sarapan pagi juga mengecewakan daripada pilihan dan pilihan biasa termasuk fizz dan sushi yang hilang antara lain... Malangnya ini adalah perjalanan terakhir saya ke Macau dan bukan perjalanan yang saya inginkan

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.
