CCherrylywHotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good nightâs rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, weâve experienced excellent service beforeâbut what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard serviceâit felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptionalâspacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviarâsomething that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully.
You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices.
I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you.
To the cutest and most considerate lobby service staff - Rocky. đYour enthusiasm and thoughtfulness have made every guest feel it, which will be the motivation for us to come back!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt takes a while to check-in while the queuing area is small, and I was being asked then to go 2/F to check-in to speed up but actually that didnât really help with shortening waiting time.
Room is nice I got upgrade to a more spacious room. Clean, stylish and a washroom with bathtub and nice view.
Comfy stay overall.

PPengguna TetamuPengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

AArmelia TorresWe had a wonderful time at the Grand Coloane Resort. Breakfast daily was adequate and had a lot of choices - super loved the breakfast mimosas. We also tried the dinner buffet - and food was really excellent. Jackie the server was very helpful and gave excellent suggestions. My husband loved the golf course too. We will definitely go back to this resort.

The room was large and it featured a separate small area with a working desk facing a dull wall. Check out took quite some time since a lot of guests were leaving the property and the room had to be checked by hotel staff before I could depart.
