PPengguna TetamuGenuinely the best hotel that Iāve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

MMonicaLiuCame for a birthday getaway! No luck on an upgrade and theĀ room was ready a bit late, almost 5pm still no room ready for usš©. We came to celebrate birthday and emailed the hotel a week before and the hotel confirmed would set up the room and give us a complimentary cake. They gave us a birthday cakeĀ which was very much appreciated, but the lady who deliver to our room seemed not in a good mood. Yes rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated but terrible check in experience, and no room set up like they promised. From the beginning we were actually planning to stay for another night if everything satisfied but because of the delayed check in and bad service, I decided to book another hotel for our second night. Wouldn't consider staying here again, the only good thing is the location and hotel rooms are newly renovated.

PPengguna TetamuHave consistent good performances even though the checking in process (1:30pm till 1:55pm) and the time (3:45pm) to get to the room (#2505) took a bit longer than expectation.
Bell captain brought in the stored luggage, then come with Welcome Fruit, then come for 2 bottles of Evian water (which I insisted while Hotel claimed they would not support due to Environmental concerns) plus 2 coffee delivery to the room. Good to receive all these services within 45 mins. The Health Club (with Swimming Pools, Jaccuzi and Sauna Room etc) at 8/F are more than expectation and strongly recommended.

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
Iāve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and Iām left with a lot of HKD currency which I donāt need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel Iāve lost money.
And itās the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

Perkhidmatan: Semua kakitangan sangat baik. Cik Lilia di kaunter hadapan sangat profesional dan bersemangat, membantu mengatur daftar masuk awal, dan bagasi boleh dihantar terus ke bilik. Kami juga boleh menyimpan bagasi selepas daftar keluar.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Childrenās club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.
