Hotel Macau dengan Bar

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far! Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there! M. Chan

All was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

The hotel is great, the view is awesome—facing the sea—and the room is big and clean. Special thanks to Yuki, the gym worker, who helped my girlfriend find the AirPod that we forgot to take after the gym. He even helped us open the machine to get it since it had dropped inside. I really appreciate it, and he was so nice to do all of that. The receptionist, Steven, was also nice; he helped me follow up on the case of the missing AirPod and finally brought it to my room. The service is awesome. I’m looking forward to coming again.

Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor! Tetapi lebih besar daripada bilik lain! Kakitangan yang bertimbang rasa juga datang dengan bekalan kanak-kanak! Zhong membawa selipar pelbagai saiz dan membandingkannya dengan kanak-kanak! Saya mempunyai malam yang baik untuk mendaftar masuk dahulu! Walaupun topeng mata datang dengan semburan bantal! Tetapi mereka semua mempunyai cenderahati dan bar mini Yingji Alangkah baiknya Zhong Gai malam itu👍! Sarapan pagi kedua adalah sangat baik!

Very warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

🇲🇴 Cadangan Hotel Bernilai Hebat di Macau Hotel Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau Lokasi hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari Ruins of St. Paul's. Hotel ini menyediakan perkhidmatan simpanan bagasi. Pas masuk dan resit kemasukan diperlukan semasa daftar masuk. Selene, Zika, Yoyo, Lee, dan Lelia di kaunter depan semuanya mempunyai sikap perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Bilik masih sangat bersih. Semua kemudahan ada, seperti mesin kopi kapsul, peti sejuk, wifi, dll. Biliknya tenang dan selesa, dan pengering rambutnya Dyson! Terdapat dua botol air mineral percuma setiap hari! Perkhidmatan di sini juga sangat baik! Tiada masalah berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Mandarin. Bagasi boleh disimpan. Terdapat juga kedai kopi di tingkat bawah ☕️ Hotel ini juga memberikan baucar diskaun! Penginapan di hotel ini termasuk 2 peluang percuma untuk bermain mesin capit.

Very good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

Biasanya ini adalah penginapan yang hebat tetapi malangnya pada kesempatan ini mereka lebih mementingkan tetamu bufet malam mereka daripada tetamu hotel mereka. Tiada makanan tersedia selain perkhidmatan bilik dan itu mengambil masa hampir 90 minit untuk tiba suam-suam kuku - malangnya kerana cuaca tidak mungkin untuk pergi ke tempat lain. Sarapan pagi juga mengecewakan daripada pilihan dan pilihan biasa termasuk fizz dan sushi yang hilang antara lain... Malangnya ini adalah perjalanan terakhir saya ke Macau dan bukan perjalanan yang saya inginkan

Appreciate the cleanliness and newness of the hotel. Especially the TV has youtube and can share screen so satisfying. The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind. Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

Jika saya boleh memberi 100 bintang, saya akan! Berada di sana untuk ulang tahun istimewa kami, hotel menawarkan kami sebotol wain percuma! Apatah lagi naik taraf bilik percuma ke suite kerana bilik kami dipenuhi dengan bau asap. Suka tempat ini! Mereka sangat hangat! Lokasinya juga hebat! 5 minit berjalan kaki ke hotel Wynn dan Lisboa, dan berdekatan dengan banyak kedai makan dan kedai serbaneka, barangan runcit. Sudah tentu pilihan yang baik!
