Upon arrival, Cynthia helps to arrange the connecting room, free upgrade with night view, bday surprise cake, welcome treat, special souvenir n extend check out to 2pm for us. Also follow-up to ensure everything in good hand. She really an amazing team player."

"Terletak berhampiran bandar lama Macau. Berjalan kaki dari kebanyakan tempat. Kolam renang yang bagus, tidak dipanaskan, bilik wap dan sauna yang hebat. Pemandangan sungai yang bagus. Bilik sangat selesa dan besar. Reka bentuk agak tua, memerlukan sedikit penyegaran. Agak mahal untuk apa itu, tiada sarapan pagi. Penuh dengan keluarga dan kanak-kanak di mana-mana, bahagian biasa yang bising semasa cuti Cina. Kakitangan yang baik, sangat membantu."

"Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."

"Kids love the decorations of the lobby, linked to the water park, super fun zone, theatre (playing the latest Disney animation) and a wide range of convenient shops and restaurants in the mall. Constantly playing Disney songs… fantastic experience"

"The stay was great until i was about to check out. The hotel gave coupons for shopping at one of their duty free shops, before checking out, I wanted to buy something but the moment i went in the cdf shop, the sales lady kept following me around even when i was trying to get away from her. I felt judged like i was a thief where i just wanted to buy something! Seriously, really upset that i didnt end up buying anything."

"Practical hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many amenities available at the lobby. I booked a larger room with a bath tub and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. There is a supermarket nearby. Loved that there is an air Macau check in and bag drop facility at the lobby."

"Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣"

"The overall experience was good, we booked the deluxe king room and was upgrade to the tower view room, our check in was pleasant from the moment we step into the lobby, first being greeted by the FOM, the FOO was very helpful and gladly explained the overall building structure and gave us a free Macao travel guide and the building map where we are staying in. Luggage was swiftly handled by the bell service. FOO also helped to arrange a London style limo to fetch us to tapia village. House keeping was next level as they were so thoughtful of the need of their guest and make sure the room was tidy on daily basis.. we were treated like royalties. We basically came back feeling like home.. thanks the team for their effort during our stay. Special shoutout to Evanna ,Mia and Leena for their extraordinary service during our stay to ensure it was smooth and pleasant for first time travellers like us."
