PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking.
When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance.
In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes.
Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities.
We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smoothâstaff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, thereâs a calm, refined efficiency throughout.
One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to Westâfresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. Itâs clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here.
Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standardâspotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive.
The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. Thereâs even a charming âcastle-likeâ design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundingsâmaking it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel.
Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxuryâitâs about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau.

PPengguna TetamuThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didnât stop them.
Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table â and I didnât say anything else â her first response was âNo discount!â I didnât ask for any discount. She asked me âAre you our hotel guest?â I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said âI am. But I just checked out.â She responded grumpily, âNo discount gah! You donât have the room card!â
I wouldnât book with this resort anymore. I wouldnât recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

VVercetti88The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau đđ»đđ»đđ»

WwhjcA quick jaunt to Macau and the hotel is very easy to get to from the ferry port - walking distance. Also possible to walk to the historic centre as well.
Big rooms but suspect they are a little dated by Chinese standards but perfectly good for me.

HHufaitThis hotel is extremely stingy about giving extra towel and water. All needs to be charge. Even ask changing the bed sheet myself. Old hotel that smell rotten sweat on the pillow and moist on the floor.

PPengguna TetamuNice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.
