PPengguna TetamuGenuinely the best hotel that Iâve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

MMonicaLiuCame for a birthday getaway! No luck on an upgrade and the room was ready a bit late, almost 5pm still no room ready for usđ©. We came to celebrate birthday and emailed the hotel a week before and the hotel confirmed would set up the room and give us a complimentary cake. They gave us a birthday cake which was very much appreciated, but the lady who deliver to our room seemed not in a good mood. Yes rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated but terrible check in experience, and no room set up like they promised. From the beginning we were actually planning to stay for another night if everything satisfied but because of the delayed check in and bad service, I decided to book another hotel for our second night. Wouldn't consider staying here again, the only good thing is the location and hotel rooms are newly renovated.

Sshielanavarro23The hotel and food is good we also enjoy the amenities. Everything is good except that there's so many insects and i got so many bites even my kids. I hope they also give some antihistamine cream for thier guest to use after the bites. But overall Definitely will come back and we enjoy our stay

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe free shuttle from Macau International Airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and then to Taipa Ferry station on the way back when we had to leave.
The room itself was spotless, zero complaints.
When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster.
Other than that, overall great value for money.

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

We were told check out time was 12 - noon, at the time of check-in but, somehow we received a phone call at 11:45 am about check out time?? Later we saw the sign at the front desk to say check out time was 11 amâŠ

PPengguna TetamuNice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI booked this hotel because it was close to the Galaxy Arena for a concert and because it was cheaper than many others in the area.If you need something basic in the Cotai Area , and want to save some money,this is a suitable option.Staff were polite and did their job well, the room was quiet and I slept well.The location and price were why I chose to stay here , I was not expecting luxury so I was not disappointed
